1In Thee, O Jehovah, I have trusted, Let me not be ashamed to the age.
1യഹോവ, ഞാന് നിന്നില് ആശ്രയിക്കുന്നു; ഞാന് ഒരുനാളും ലജ്ജിച്ചുപോകരുതേ.
2In Thy righteousness Thou dost deliver me, And dost cause me to escape, Incline unto me Thine ear, and save me.
2നിന്റെ നീതിനിമിത്തം എന്നെ ഉദ്ധരിച്ചു വിടുവിക്കേണമേ; നിന്റെ ചെവി എങ്കലേക്കു ചായിച്ചു എന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കേണമേ.
3Be to me for a rock — a habitation, To go in continually, Thou hast given command to save me, For my rock and my bulwark [art] Thou.
3ഞാന് എപ്പോഴും വന്നു പാര്ക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നീ എനിക്കു ഉറപ്പുള്ള പാറയായിരിക്കേണമേ; എന്നെ രക്ഷിപ്പാന് നീ കല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; നീ എന്റെ പാറയും എന്റെ കോട്ടയും ആകുന്നുവല്ലോ.
4O my God, cause me to escape From the hand of the wicked, From the hand of the perverse and violent.
4എന്റെ ദൈവമേ, ദുഷ്ടന്റെ കയ്യില്നിന്നും നീതികേടും ക്രൂരതയും ഉള്ളവന്റെ കയ്യില് നിന്നും എന്നെ വിടുവിക്കേണമേ.
5For Thou [art] my hope, O Lord Jehovah, My trust from my youth.
5യഹോവയായ കര്ത്താവേ, നീ എന്റെ പ്രത്യാശയാകുന്നു; ബാല്യംമുതല് നീ എന്റെ ആശ്രയം തന്നേ.
6By Thee I have been supported from the womb, From my mother`s bowels Thou dost cut me out, In Thee [is] my praise continually.
6ഗര്ഭംമുതല് നീ എന്നെ താങ്ങിയിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ അമ്മയുടെ ഉദരത്തില്നിന്നു എന്നെ എടുത്തവന് നീ തന്നെ; എന്റെ സ്തുതി എപ്പോഴും നിന്നെക്കുറിച്ചാകുന്നു;
7As a wonder I have been to many, And Thou [art] my strong refuge.
7ഞാന് പലര്ക്കും ഒരത്ഭുതം ആയിരിക്കുന്നു; നീ എന്റെ ബലമുള്ള സങ്കേതമാകുന്നു.
8Filled is my mouth [with] Thy praise, All the day [with] Thy beauty.
8എന്റെ വായ് നിന്റെ സ്തുതികൊണ്ടും ഇടവിടാതെ നിന്റെ പ്രശംസകൊണ്ടും നിറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു.
9Cast me not off at the time of old age, According to the consumption of my power forsake me not.
9വാര്ദ്ധക്യകാലത്തു നീ എന്നെ തള്ളിക്കളയരുതേ; ബലം ക്ഷയിക്കുമ്പോള് എന്നെ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കയുമരുതേ.
10For mine enemies have spoken against me, And those watching my soul have taken counsel together,
10എന്റെ ശത്രുക്കള് എന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു സംസാരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ പ്രാണഹാനിക്കായി കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നവര് കൂടിയാലോചിക്കുന്നു.
11Saying, `God hath forsaken him, Pursue and catch him, for there is no deliverer.`
11ദൈവം അവനെ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; പിന്തുടര്ന്നു പിടിപ്പിന് ; വിടുവിപ്പാന് ആരുമില്ല എന്നു അവര് പറയുന്നു.
12O God, be not far from me, O my God, for my help make haste.
12ദൈവമേ, എന്നോടു അകന്നിരിക്കരുതേ; എന്റെ ദൈവമേ, എന്നെ സഹായിപ്പാന് വേഗം വരേണമേ.
13They are ashamed, they are consumed, Who are opposing my soul, They are covered [with] reproach and blushing, Who are seeking my evil,
13എന്റെ പ്രാണന്നു വിരോധികളായവര് ലജ്ജിച്ചു നശിച്ചുപോകട്ടെ; എനിക്കു അനര്ത്ഥം അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നവര് നിന്ദകൊണ്ടും ലജ്ജകൊണ്ടും മൂടിപ്പോകട്ടെ.
14And I continually do wait with hope, And have added unto all Thy praise.
14ഞാനോ എപ്പോഴും പ്രത്യാശിക്കും; ഞാന് മേലക്കുമേല് നിന്നെ സ്തുതിക്കും.
15My mouth recounteth Thy righteousness, All the day Thy salvation, For I have not known the numbers.
15എന്റെ വായ് ഇടവിടാതെ നിന്റെ നീതിയെയും രക്ഷയെയും വര്ണ്ണിക്കും; അവയുടെ സംഖ്യ എനിക്കു അറിഞ്ഞുകൂടാ.
16I come in the might of the Lord Jehovah, I mention Thy righteousness — Thine only.
16ഞാന് യഹോവയായ കര്ത്താവിന്റെ വീര്യപ്രവൃത്തികളോടുകൂടെ വരും; നിന്റെ നീതിയെ മാത്രം ഞാന് കീര്ത്തിക്കും.
17God, Thou hast taught me from my youth, And hitherto I declare Thy wonders.
17ദൈവമേ, എന്റെ ബാല്യംമുതല് നീ എന്നെ ഉപദേശിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; ഇന്നുവരെ ഞാന് നിന്റെ അത്ഭുതപ്രവൃത്തികളെ അറിയിച്ചുമിരിക്കുന്നു.
18And also unto old age and grey hairs, O God, forsake me not, Till I declare Thy strength to a generation, To every one that cometh Thy might.
18ദൈവമേ, അടുത്ത തലമുറയോടു ഞാന് നിന്റെ ഭുജത്തെയും വരുവാനുള്ള എല്ലാവരോടും നിന്റെ വീര്യപ്രവൃത്തിയെയും അറിയിക്കുവോളം വാര്ദ്ധക്യവും നരയും ഉള്ള കാലത്തും എന്നെ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കരുതേ.
19And Thy righteousness, O God, [is] unto the heights, Because Thou hast done great things, O God, who [is] like Thee?
19ദൈവമേ, നിന്റെ നീതിയും അത്യുന്നതമായിരിക്കുന്നു; മഹാകാര്യങ്ങളെ പ്രവര്ത്തിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ദൈവമേ, നിന്നോടു തുല്യന് ആരുള്ളു?
20Because Thou hast showed me many and sad distresses, Thou turnest back — Thou revivest me, And from the depths of the earth, Thou turnest back — Thou bringest me up.
20അനവധി കഷ്ടങ്ങളും അനര്ത്ഥങ്ങളും ഞങ്ങളെ കാണുമാറാക്കിയവനേ, നീ ഞങ്ങളെ വീണ്ടും ജീവിപ്പിക്കും; ഭൂമിയുടെ ആഴങ്ങളില്നിന്നു ഞങ്ങളെ തിരികെ കയറ്റും.
21Thou dost increase my greatness, And Thou surroundest — Thou comfortest me,
21നീ എന്റെ മഹത്വം വര്ദ്ധിപ്പിച്ചു എന്നെ വീണ്ടും ആശ്വസിപ്പിക്കേണമേ.
22I also thank Thee with a vessel of psaltery, Thy truth, O my God, I sing to Thee with a harp, O Holy One of Israel,
22എന്റെ ദൈവമേ, ഞാനും വീണകൊണ്ടു നിന്നെയും നിന്റെ വിശ്വസ്തതയെയും സ്തുതിക്കും; യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ പരിശുദ്ധനായുള്ളോവേ, ഞാന് കിന്നരംകൊണ്ടു നിനക്കു സ്തുതിപാടും.
23My lips cry aloud when I sing praise to Thee, And my soul that Thou hast redeemed,
23ഞാന് നിനക്കു സ്തുതിപാടുമ്പോള് എന്റെ അധരങ്ങളും നീ വീണ്ടെടുത്ത എന്റെ പ്രാണനും ഘോഷിച്ചാനന്ദിക്കും.
24My tongue also all the day uttereth Thy righteousness, Because ashamed — because confounded, Have been those seeking my evil!
24എന്റെ നാവും ഇടവിടാതെ നിന്റെ നീതിയെക്കുറിച്ചു സംസാരിക്കും; എനിക്കു അനര്ത്ഥം അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നവര് ലജ്ജിച്ചു ഭ്രമിച്ചുപോയിരിക്കുന്നു. (ശലോമോന്റെ ഒരു സങ്കീര്ത്തനം.)
