¹At that time, an affirmation of Jehovah, I am for God to all families of Israel, And they — they are to Me for a people.

¹ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ထိုကာလ ၌ ငါသည် ဣသရေလအဆွေအမျိုးအပေါင်းတို့၏ ဘုရားသခင်ဖြစ်၍၊ သူတို့သည် ငါ၏လူဖြစ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။

²Thus said Jehovah: Found grace in the wilderness Hath a people remaining from the sword Going to cause it to rest — Israel.

²တဖန် မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ထားဘေးနှင့်လွတ် သော သူတို့သည် တော၌ကျေးဇူးကို ခံရကြပြီ။ ငါသည် ကြွသွား၍ ဣသရေလအမျိုးကို ချမ်းသာပေးမည်။

³From afar Jehovah hath appeared to me, With love age-during I have loved thee, Therefore I have drawn thee [with] kindness.

³ထာဝရဘုရားသည် အဝေးက ထင်ရှား၍ မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ အကယ်စင်စစ် ထာဝရမေတ္တာနှင့် သင့်ကိုငါချစ်၏။ ထိုကြောင့်၊ ကရုဏာကျေးဇူးကို သင်၌ကြာမြင့်စွာပြ၏။

⁴Again do I build thee, And thou hast been built, O virgin of Israel, Again thou puttest on thy tabrets, And hast gone out in the chorus of the playful.

⁴အို ဣသရေလ သတို့သမီးကညာ၊ သင့်ကိုတဖန် ငါတည်ဆောက်သောကြောင့်၊ သင်သည် တည်ဆောက်ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်လိမ်မည်။ သင်သည် တဖန် ပတ်သာ နှင့် တန်ဆာဆင်လျက်၊ ရွှင်မြူးခြင်းကို ပြုသောသူတို့နှင့် အတူကခုန်လျက်သွားလိမ့်မည်။

⁵Again thou dost plant vineyards In mountains of Samaria, Planters have planted, and made common.

⁵ရှမာရိတောင်ပေါ်မှာ စပျစ်ဥယျာဉ်ကို တဖန် စိုက်လိမ့်မည်။ ဥယျာဉ်လုပ်သောသူတို့သည် စိုက်ပျိုး၍၊ အသီးကို ကိုယ်အလိုအလျောက် စားရကြလိမ့်မည်။

⁶For there is a day, Cried have watchmen on mount Ephraim, `Rise, and we go up to Zion, unto Jehovah our God;

⁶ဧဖရိမ်တောင်ပေါ်မှာ ကင်းစောင့်တို့က၊ ထကြ လော့။ ငါတို့ ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရားရှိတော်မူရာ ဇိအုန်တောင်သို့သွားကြကုန်အံ့ဟု ကြွေးကြော်ရသော အချိန်ကာလသည် ရောက်လိမ့်မည်။

⁷For thus said Jehovah: Sing, O ye to Jacob, [with] joy, And cry aloud at the head of the nations, Sound ye, praise ye, and say, Save, O Jehovah, thy people, the remnant of Israel.

⁷ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ယာကုပ် အမျိုးအား၊ ရွှင်လန်းစွာ သီချင်းဆိုကြလော့။ လူမျိုးတို့၏ အထွဋ်၌ ကြွေးကြော်ကြလော့။ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ လူမျိုးတည်းဟူသော၊ ကျန်ကြွင်းသော ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားကို ကယ်တင်တော်မူပြီဟု မြွက်ဆို လျက် သိတင်းကြားလိုက်၍ ချီးမွမ်းကြလော့။

⁸Lo, I am bringing them in from the north country, And have gathered them from the sides of the earth, Among them [are] blind and lame, Conceiving and travailing one — together, A great assembly — they turn back hither.

⁸သူတို့ကို မြောက်ပြည်မှ ငါဆောင်ခဲ့၍၊ မြေကြီး စွန်းမှ စုသိမ်းမည်။ မျက်စိကန်းသောသူ၊ ခြေဆွံ့သောသူ၊ ကိုယ်ဝန်ဆောင်သောမိန်းမ၊ သားဘွားခြင်းဝေဒနာကို ခံရသော မိန်းမများလည်းပါလျက်၊ ကြီးစွာသော အစည်း အဝေးတို့သည် ပြန်လာကြလိမ့်မည်။

⁹With weeping they come in, And with supplications I bring them, I cause them to go unto streams of waters, In a right way — they stumble not in it, For I have been to Israel for a father, And Ephraim — My first-born [is] he.

⁹ငိုကြွေးလျက် လာကြလိမ့်မည်။ ဆုတောင်း ပဌနာပြုလျက်ရှိသော ထိုသူတို့ကို ငါပို့ဆောင်မည်။ မြစ်နားမှာ ရှောက်သောလမ်း၊ ထိမိ၍ မလဲရသော လမ်းဖြောင့်တို့၌ ငါသွေးဆောင်မည်။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ငါသည် ဣသရေလအမျိုး၏ အဘဖြစ်၏။ ဧဖရိမ်အမျိုး သည် ငါ၏ သားဦးဖြစ်၏။

¹⁰Hear a word of Jehovah, O nations, And declare ye among isles afar off, and say: He who is scattering Israel doth gather him, And hath kept him as a shepherd [doth] his flock,

¹⁰အိုလူမျိုးတို့၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ အမိန့်တော်ကို နားထောင်ကြလော့။ ဝေးသောအရပ်ရပ်တို့၌ ကြွေးကြော် ၍၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့ကို အရပ်ရပ်သို့ ကွဲပြား စေသောသူသည် တဖန်စုသိမ်းပြီးလျှင်၊ သိုးထိန်းသည် မိမိသိုးစုကိုစောင့်တတ်သကဲ့သို့ စောင့်တော်မူမည်ဟု ကြားပြောကြလော့။

¹¹For Jehovah hath ransomed Jacob, And redeemed him from a hand stronger than he.

¹¹အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ယာကုပ် အမျိုးကို ရွေးနှုတ်တော်မူပြီ။ သူ့ထက်အားကြီးသော သူ၏လက်မှ ကယ်လွှတ်တော်မူပြီ။

¹²And they have come in, And have sung in the high place of Zion, And flowed unto the goodness of Jehovah, For wheat, and for new wine, and for oil, And for the young of the flock and herd, And their soul hath been as a watered garden, And they add not to grieve any more.

¹²ထိုကြောင့်အမျိုးသားတို့သည် လာ၍၊ ဇိအုန် တောင်ထိပ်၌ သီချင်းဆိုကြလိမ့်မည်။ ထာဝရဘုရား ပြုတော်မူခြင်း ကျေးဇူးတည်းဟူသော ဆန်စပါး၊ စပျစ် ရည်၊ ဆီ၊ သိုးသငယ်၊ နွားသငယ်တို့ကို ရအံ့သောငှါ စည်းဝေးကြလိမ့်မည်။ သူတို့စိတ်ဝိညာဉ်သည် ရေ လောင်းသော ဥယျာဉ်ကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်၍၊ နောက်တဖန် ညှိုးငယ် ခြင်းမရှိရ။

¹³Then rejoice doth a virgin in a chorus, Both young men and old men — together, And I have turned their mourning to joy, And have comforted them, And gladdened them above their sorrow,

¹³ထိုအခါသမီးကညာသည် ကခုန်လျက်၊ လူပျို၊ လူအိုတို့နှင့်တကွ ပျော်မွေ့လိမ့်မည်။ သူတို့ညည်းတွားခြင်း အရာ၌ ဝမ်းမြောက်ခြင်းကို ငါဖြစ်စေမည်။ သူတို့သည် ဝမ်းနည်းခြင်းကို ခံရသောနောက်၊ စိတ်သက်သာ၍ ရွှင်လန်းမည်အကြောင်းကို ငါပြုမည်။

¹⁴And satisfied the soul of the priests [with] fatness, And My people with My goodness are satisfied, An affirmation of Jehovah.

¹⁴ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်တို့ကိုလည်း ဆူဖြိုးသော အမဲသားနှင့်ဝစွာ ကျွေးမည်။ ငါ၏လူတို့သည်လည်း ငါ့ကျေးဇူးနှင့် ဝပြောကြလိမ့်မည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

¹⁵Thus said Jehovah, A voice in Ramah is heard, wailing, weeping most bitter, Rachel is weeping for her sons, She hath refused to be comforted for her sons, because they are not.

¹⁵ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ရာမအရပ် ၌ သည်းစွာသော ညည်းတွားငိုကြွေးခြင်းအသံကို ကြားရ ၍၊ ရာခေလသည် မိမိသားတို့မရှိသောကြောင့်၊ ငို၍ စိတ်မပြေနိုင်။

¹⁶Thus said Jehovah: Withhold thy voice from weeping, and thine eyes from tears, For there is a reward for thy work, An affirmation of Jehovah, And they have turned back from the land of the enemy.

¹⁶ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ သင်သည် ငိုကြွေးသံကို ချုပ်လော့၊ မျက်ရည်မကျစေနှင့်။ သင်သည် ကိုယ်ကျင့်သော အကျင့်၏ အကျိုးကိုခံရလိမ့်မည်။ သင်၏ သားတို့သည် ရန်သူပြည်မှ ပြန်လာကြလိမ့်မည်။

¹⁷And there is hope for thy latter end, An affirmation of Jehovah, And the sons have turned back [to] their border.

¹⁷သင်၏အဆုံး၌ မြော်လင့်စရာအကြောင်း ရှိ၏။ သင်၏ သားတို့သည် နေရင်းပြည်သို့ပြန်လာကြလိမ့်မည် ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

¹⁸I have surely heard Ephraim bemoaning himself, `Thou hast chastised me, And I am chastised, as a heifer not taught, Turn me back, and I turn back, For thou [art] Jehovah my God.

¹⁸ဧဖရိမ်က၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ဆုံးမ တော်မူပြီ။ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ရိုင်းသောနွားလားကဲ့သို့ ဆုံးမခြင်းကို ခံရပါပြီ။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုသွေးဆောင်တော် မူပါ။ သို့ပြုလျှင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ပြန်လာပါမည်။ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဘုရား သခင်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။

¹⁹For after my turning back I repented, And after my being instructed I struck on the thigh, I have been ashamed, I have also blushed, For I have borne the reproach of my youth.

¹⁹ပြန်လာသောနောက်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အမှန် နောင်တရပါ၏။ ဆုံးမတော်မူခြင်းကို ခံရသောနောက်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်ပေါင်ကို ရိုက်ပါ၏။ အသက်ငယ်စဉ် ပြုမိသော အပြစ်ကြောင့် အသရေပျက်ခြင်းကို ခံရ သဖြင့်၊ ရှက်ကြောက်၍ မှိုင်တွေလျက်ရှိပါ၏ဟု ကိုယ်ကို အပြစ်တင်၍ မြည်တမ်းသောစကားကို ငါသည် ဆက် ဆက်ကြားရပြီ။

²⁰A precious son is Ephraim to Me? A child of delights? For since My speaking against him, I do thoroughly remember him still, Therefore have My bowels been moved for him, I do greatly love him, An affirmation of Jehovah.

²⁰ဧဖရိမ်သည် ငါ၏ချစ်သားဖြစ်သလော။ ချစ် ဘွယ်သော သူငယ်ဖြစ်သလော။ သူ၏အကြောင်းကို ငါပြောလေရာရာ၌ ငါသည် အလွန်တရာ အောက်မေ့ လျက်နေ၏။ ထိုကြောင့်၊ ငါသည် သူ့အတွက် စိတ်ကြင်နာ ခြင်းရှိ၏။ အကယ်စင်စစ် သူ့ကိုငါကယ်မသနားမည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

²¹Set up for thee signs, make for thee heaps, Set thy heart to the highway, the way thou wentest, Turn back, O virgin of Israel, Turn back unto these thy cities.

²¹လမ်း၌မှတ်တိုင်တို့ကိုစိုက်လော့။ အလံတိုင်တို့ကို ထူလော့။ လိုက်သွားသောလမ်းမကို စိတ်စွဲလမ်းလော့။ အိုဣသရေလသတို့သမီးကညာ၊ ပြန်လာလော့။ သင်၏ နေရာ ဤမြို့များသို့ ပြန်လာလော့။

²²Till when dost thou withdraw thyself, O backsliding daughter? For Jehovah hath prepared a new thing in the land, Woman doth compass man.

²²အိုဖောက်ပြန်သော သတို့သမီး၊ သင်သည် အဘယ်မျှကာလပတ်လုံးလှည့်လည်၍ နေလိမ့်မည်နည်း။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မြေကြီးပေါ်မှာ ထူးဆန်းသော အမှု ကို စီရင်တော်မူ၍၊ မိန်းမသည် ယောက်ျားကို ပတ်ဝိုင်း လိမ့်မည်။

²³Thus said Jehovah of Hosts, God of Israel, Still they say this word in the land of Judah, And in its cities, In My turning back [to] their captivity, Jehovah doth bless thee, habitation of righteousness, Mountain of holiness.

²³ဣသရေလအမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကောင်းကင် ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ သိမ်း သွားခြင်းကို ခံရသောသူတို့ကို ငါဆောင်ခဲ့ပြန်သောအခါ၊ ယုဒပြည်၏မြို့ရွာတို့၌ နေသောသူတို့က၊ အို ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းနေရာအရပ်၊ အိုသန့်ရှင်းခြင်း နေရာတောင်၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် သင့်ကို ကောင်းကြီးပေးတော်မူစေသတည်း ဟူသော စကားကို တဖန်သုံးကြလိမ့်မည်။

²⁴And dwelt in Judah have husbandmen, and in all its cities together, And they have journeyed in order.

²⁴ထိုအရပ်၌ ယုဒပြည်သူ၊ ယုဒမြို့ရွာသား အပေါင်းတို့သည်၊ လယ်လုပ်သောသူနှင့် သိုးထိန်းသော သူများပါလျက်၊ အတူနေရကြလိမ့်မည်။

²⁵For I have satiated the weary soul, And every grieved soul I have filled.`

²⁵ငတ်မွတ်သော သူအပေါင်းတို့ကို ငါကျွေးမွေး မည်။ ညှိုးငယ်သော သူအပေါင်းတို့ကို ငါသက်သာစေမည် ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

²⁶On this I have awaked, and I behold, and my sleep hath been sweet to me.

²⁶ထိုနောက်၊ ငါသည် နိုး၍ကြည့်ရှုသောအခါ၊ အိပ်ပျော်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် အားရလျက်ရှိ၏။

²⁷Lo, days are coming, an affirmation of Jehovah, And I have sown the house of Israel, And the house of Judah, With seed of man, and seed of beast.

²⁷ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ငါသည် ဣသရေလပြည်၊ ယုဒပြည်၌ လူမျိုးစေ့နှင့် တိရစ္ဆာန် မျိုးစေ့ကို ကြဲရသော အချိန်ကာလ ရောက်လိမ့်မည်။

²⁸And it hath been, as I watched over them to pluck up, And to break down, and to throw down, And to destroy, and to afflict; So do I watch over them to build, and to plant, An affirmation of Jehovah.

²⁸ငါသည် သူတို့ကို နှုတ်ပယ်ဖြိုချမှောက်လှန် ဖျက်ဆီးညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်းအမှုကို ပြုဘူးသည်နည်းတူ၊ တဖန် တည်ဆောက် စိုက်ပျိုးခြင်းအမှုကို ပြုဦးမည်ဟု မိန့်တော် မူ၏။

²⁹In those days they do not say any more: Fathers have eaten unripe fruit, And the sons` teeth are blunted.

²⁹ထိုကာလ၌ အဘသည် ချဉ်သောစပျစ်သီးကို စားသောကြောင့်၊ သားသည် သွားကျိန်းခြင်းကို ခံရ၏ ဟု မဆိုရကြ။

³⁰But — each for his own iniquity doth die, Every man who is eating the unripe fruit, Blunted are his teeth.

³⁰လူတိုင်း မိမိအပြစ်ကြောင့် မိမိသေရမည်။ ချဉ်သောစပျစ်သီးကို စားသောသူတိုင်း သွားကျိန်းခြင်းကို ခံရမည်။

³¹Lo, days are coming, an affirmation of Jehovah, And I have made with the house of Israel And with the house of Judah a new covenant,

³¹ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ငါသည်

³²Not like the covenant that I made with their fathers, In the day of My laying hold on their hand, To bring them out of the land of Egypt, In that they made void My covenant, And I ruled over them — an affirmation of Jehovah.

³²ဤလူမျိုး၏ ဘိုးဘေးတို့ကို လက်ဆွဲ၍ အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည်မှ ဆောင်သွားသောအခါ၊ သူတို့၌ ငါပေးသော ပဋိညာဉ်တရားနှင့် ခြားနားသော ပဋိညာဉ်တရားသစ်ကို ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား၊ ယုဒအမျိုးသားတို့၌ ငါပေးသော အချိန်ကာလ ရောက်လိမ့်မည်။ အရင်ငါပေးဘူးသော ပဋိညာဉ်တရားကို သူတို့သည် ဖျက်၍၊ ငါသည်လည်း သူတို့ကို ရွံရှာ၏။

³³For this [is] the covenant that I make, With the house of Israel, after those days, An affirmation of Jehovah, I have given My law in their inward part, And on their heart I do write it, And I have been to them for God, And they are to me for a people.

³³နောက်ကာလအခါ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့၌ ငါပေးအံ့သော ပဋိညာဉ်တရားဟူမူကား၊ ငါထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် ငါ၏ပညတ်တရားကို သူတို့အတွင်းထဲသို့ သွင်းမည်။ သူတို့နှလုံးပေါ်မှာ ရေးထားမည်။ ငါသည် သူတို့၏ ဘုရားဖြစ်သည်။ သူတို့သည်လည်း ငါ၏လူ ဖြစ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။

³⁴And they do not teach any more Each his neighbour, and each his brother, Saying, Know ye Jehovah, For they all know Me, from their least unto their greatest, An affirmation of Jehovah; For I pardon their iniquity, And of their sin I make mention no more.

³⁴ထိုသူတို့က၊ ထာဝရဘုရားကို သိလော့ဟု၊ အမျိုးသားချင်း၊ ညီအစ်ကိုအချင်းချင်း တယောက်ကို တယောက်ဆုံးမဩဝါဒမပေးရကြ။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ အငယ်ဆုံးသော သူမှစ၍ အကြီးဆုံးသောသူတိုင်အောင်၊ ထိုသူအပေါင်းတို့သည် ငါ့ကိုသိကြလိမ့်မည်။ ထိုအခါ ငါသည် သူတို့အပြစ်များကို သည်းခံမည်။ သူတို့ပြုသော ဒုစရိုက်များကို မအောက်မေ့ဘဲနေမည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

³⁵Thus said Jehovah, Who is giving the sun for a light by day, The statutes of moon and stars for a light by night, Quieting the sea when its billows roar, Jehovah of Hosts [is] His name:

³⁵နေ့အချိန်၌ လင်းစရာဘို့နေကိုခန့်ထား၍၊ ညဉ့် အချိန်၌ လင်းစရာဘို့ လနှင့်ကြယ်တို့ကို စီရင်တော်မူ ထသော၊ သမုဒ္ဒရာကိုဆုံးမ၍ လှိုင်းတံပိုးကို ဟုန်းစေတော် မူထသော၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရားဟူ သော ဘွဲ့နာမရှိတော်မူသော ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော် မူသည်ကား၊

³⁶If these statutes depart from before Me, An affirmation of Jehovah, Even the seed of Israel doth cease From being a nation before Me all the days.

³⁶ထိုတရားတို့သည် ငါ့ရှေ့မှာ ကွယ်ပျောက်လျှင်၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသည် ငါ့ရှေ့မှာ အမျိုးတိမ်မြုပ်၍ အစဉ်ကွယ်ပျောက်လိမ့်မည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

³⁷Thus said Jehovah: If the heavens above be measured, And the foundations of earth below searched, Even I kick against all the seed of Israel, For all that they have done, An affirmation of Jehovah.

³⁷တဖန်ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ အထက်မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင်ကို တိုင်းထွာနိုင်လျှင်၎င်း၊ မြေကြီးအောက်ဆုံးအမြစ်တို့ကိုလိုက်၍ စစ်နိုင်လျှင်၎င်း၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားအပေါင်းတို့ကို သူတို့ပြုမိသမျှသော အပြစ်တို့ကြောင့် ငါစွန့်ပစ်မည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

³⁸Lo, days [are coming], an affirmation of Jehovah, And the city hath been built to Jehovah, From the tower of Hananeel to the gate of the corner.

³⁸တဖန်ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ဟာနနေလရဲတိုက်မှ စ၍ မြို့ထောင့်တံခါးတိုင်အောင်၊ မြို့တော်ကို ထာဝရဘုရားအဘို့ တည်ထောင်ရသော အချိန်ကာလသည် ရောက်လိမ့်မည်။

³⁹And gone out again hath the measuring line Over-against it, unto the height of Gareb, And it hath compassed to Goah.

³⁹ဂါရက်တောင်ကို လွန်၍ မျဉ်းကြိုးနှင့်တန်းချ လိမ့်မည်။ ဂေါသတောင်ကိုလည်း ဝိုင်းမိလိမ့်မည်။

⁴⁰And all the valley of the carcases and of the ashes, And all the fields unto the brook Kidron, Unto the corner of the horse-gate eastward, [Are] holy to Jehovah, it is not plucked up, Nor is it thrown down any more to the age!

⁴⁰အရှေ့ဘက်မြင်းတံခါးရှိသော မြို့ထောင့်တိုင် အောင်၊ အသေကောင်များ၊ ပြာများစွန့်ပစ်ရာ ချိုင့် တရှောက်လုံးနှင့်၊ ကေဒြုန်ချောင်းအတွင်းတွင်၊ လယ်ပြင် ရှိသမျှတို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရားအဘို့ သန့်ရှင်းကြလိမ့် မည်။ နောက်တဖန် နှုတ်ပယ်ဖြိုချခြင်း အလျှင်းမရှိရဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
