1A Psalm of Asaph. Only — good to Israel [is] God, to the clean of heart. And I — as a little thing, My feet have been turned aside,
1အကယ်စင်စစ် ဘုရားသခင်သည် နှလုံးသန့်ရှင်း သော သူတည်းဟူသော ဣသရေလအမျိုး၌ ကျေးဇူးကြီး တော်မူ၏။
2As nothing, have my steps slipped, For I have been envious of the boastful,
2ငါမူကား၊ ခြေချော်လုလျက်၊ ခြေရာလွဲလုလျက် ရှိမိပြီ။
3The peace of the wicked I see, That there are no bands at their death,
3အကြောင်းမူကား၊ မတရားသောသူတို့၏ စည်း စိမ်ကို မြင်သောအခါ၊ မိုက်သောသူတို့ကိုပင် ငါငြူစူမိပြီ။
4And their might [is] firm.
4ထိုသူတို့သည် မသေမှီတိုင်အောင် နာကြင်ခြင်း ဝေဒနာမရှိ။ ခိုင်မာသောအစွမ်းသတ္တိရှိကြ၏။
5In the misery of mortals they are not, And with common men they are not plagued.
5သူတို့သည် လောကဓံဒုက္ခမရှိ။ လူများကဲ့သို့ အနှောင့်အရှက်ကိုမခံရကြ။
6Therefore hath pride encircled them, Violence covereth them as a dress.
6ထိုကြောင့် မာနကို လည်ဆွဲတန်ဆာကဲ့သို့ဆင်၍၊ ညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်း အဝတ်ကိုလည်း ဝတ်တတ်ကြ၏။
7Their eye hath come out from fat. The imaginations of the heart transgressed;
7ဆူဝသောကြောင့် မျက်နှာမော်လျက်ရှိကြ၏။ စိတ်နှလုံးကြံစည်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် လွန်ကျူးတတ်ကြ၏။
8They do corruptly, And they speak in the wickedness of oppression, From on high they speak.
8ဆိုးသောညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်းကိုပင် ပြက်ယယ်ပြု၍ ပြော တတ်ကြ၏။ ထောင်လွှားသော စကားကိုလည်း သုံးတတ် ကြ၏။
9They have set in the heavens their mouth, And their tongue walketh in the earth.
9သူတို့နှုတ်သည် ကောင်းကင်နှင့် ဆန့်ကျင်ဘက် ပြု၍၊ လျှာသည်လည်း မြေကြီးကို လှည့်လည်တတ်၏။
10Therefore do His people return hither, And waters of fulness are wrung out to them.
10ထိုကြောင့် ဘုရားသခင်၏ လူတို့သည် သူတို့ ထံသို့ ပြန်သွား၍ များစွာသော ရေကိုမျိုရကြ၏။
11And they have said, `How hath God known? And is there knowledge in the Most High?`
11ဘုရားသခင်သည် အဘယ်သို့ သိတော်မူမည် နည်း။ အမြင့်ဆုံးသော ဘုရား၌ ဥာဏ်ရှိပါလိမ့်မည်လော ဟု ဆိုတတ်ကြ၏။
12Lo, these [are] the wicked and easy ones of the age, They have increased strength.
12ထိုမတရားသော သူတို့သည် အစဉ်ကောင်းစား ၍ ဥစ္စာပွားများကြ၏။
13Only — a vain thing! I have purified my heart, And I wash in innocency my hands,
13အကယ်စင်စစ် ငါ့နှလုံးကို ငါသန့်ရှင်းစေသော် လည်း အကျိုးမရှိ။ အပြစ်ကင်းခြင်းနှင့် ငါ့လက်ကို ဆေးကြောသော်လည်း အကျိုးမရှိ။
14And I am plagued all the day, And my reproof [is] every morning.
14နေ့တိုင်းနှောင့်ရှက်ခြင်းနှင့် နံနက်တိုင်းဆုံးမ ခြင်းကို ငါခံရ၏။
15If I have said, `I recount thus,` Lo, a generation of Thy sons I have deceived.
15ထိုသို့သဘောကျမည်ဟု အကျွန်ုပ်ဆိုလျှင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ အမျိုးသားတို့ကို ပြစ်မှားရာသို့ ရောက်ပါ လိမ့်မည်။
16And I think to know this, Perverseness it [is] in mine eyes,
16ထိုအမှုကိုနားလည်ရအောင် ဆင်ခြင်သောအခါ အလွန်ခက်သည်ဟု ထင်ပါ၏။
17Till I come in to the sanctuaries of God, I attend to their latter end.
17နောက်မှဘုရားသခင်၏ သန့်ရှင်းရာ ဌာနထဲသို့ ဝင်၍၊ သူတို့၏ အဆုံးကို နားလည်ရပါ၏။
18Only, in slippery places Thou dost set them, Thou hast caused them to fall to desolations.
18အကယ်စင်စစ်ကိုယ်တော်သည် သူတို့ကို ချော သောအရပ်၌ ထားတော်မူပြီ။ ဖျက်ဆီးရာအရပ်သို့ ချတော်မူ၏။
19How have they become a desolation as in a moment, They have been ended — consumed from terrors.
19တခဏခြင်းတွင် အကျိုးနည်းကြပါပြီတကား။ ဘေးဥပဒ်များအားဖြင့် ရှင်းရှင်းပယ်ပျောက်လျက် ရှိကြပါ ပြီတကား။
20As a dream from awakening, O Lord, In awaking, their image Thou despisest.
20အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ လူသည် နိုးသောအခါ အိပ် မက်ကိုမှတ်သကဲ့သို့ သူတို့ကို နှိုးတော်မူသောအခါ၊ သူတို့ အကြံအစည်ကို မထီမဲ့မြင်ပြုတော်မူမည်။
21For my heart doth show itself violent, And my reins prick themselves,
21ထိုသို့ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် နှလုံးနာလျက်၊ ကျောက် ကပ်မွှေနှောက်လျက်ရှိ၍၊
22And I am brutish, and do not know. A beast I have been with Thee.
22မိုက်သောသူ၊ ပညာမဲ့သောသူဖြစ်ပါ၏။ ရှေ့ တော်၌ တိရစ္ဆာန်ကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်ပါ၏။
23And I [am] continually with Thee, Thou hast laid hold on my right hand.
23သို့သော်လည်း အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော်ထံမှာ အစဉ်ရှိ၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏လက်ျာလက်ကို ဆွဲကိုင်တော်မူ၏။
24With Thy counsel Thou dost lead me, And after honour dost receive me.
24အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ဥာဏ်ပေး၍ပဲ့ပြင်တော်မူမည်။ နောက်တဖန် ဘုန်းအသရေ၌ သိမ်းယူတော်မူမည်။
25Whom have I in the heavens? And with Thee none I have desired in earth.
25ကိုယ်တော်မှတပါး၊ ကောင်းကင်ဘုံမှာ အကျွန်ုပ် ၌ အဘယ်သူရှိပါသနည်း။
26Consumed hath been my flesh and my heart, The rock of my heart and my portion [is] God to the age.
26အကျွန်ုပ်၏အသားနှင့် နှလုံးသည် ပျက်ကြပါ ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ ဘုရားသခင်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်နှလုံး၏ အစွမ်းသတ္တိ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်အစဉ်အမြဲ ခံစားရာအဘို့ ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
27For, lo, those far from Thee do perish, Thou hast cut off every one, Who is going a whoring from Thee.
27အကယ်စင်စစ် ကိုယ်တော်နှင့် ဝေးဝေးနေသော သူတို့သည် ပျက်စီးခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ရကြပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော် နှင့် ကွာ၍မှားယွင်းသော သူအပေါင်းတို့ကို ပယ်ရှင်းတော် မူ၏။
28And I — nearness of God to me [is] good, I have placed in the Lord Jehovah my refuge, To recount all Thy works!
28အကျွန်ုပ်မူကား၊ ဘုရားသခင့်ထံတော်သို့ ချဉ်း ကပ်၍ အကျိုးရှိပါ၏။ အမှုတော်ရှိသမျှတို့ကို ကြားပြော ခြင်းအလိုငှါ၊ အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၌ ခိုလှုံလျက်နေပါ၏။
