1An instruction, by Ethan the Ezrahite. Of the kind acts of Jehovah, to the age I sing, To all generations I make known Thy faithfulness with my mouth,
1အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ကရုဏာတော် ကို အစဉ်အမြဲ သီချင်းဆိုပါမည်။ ကိုယ်တော်၏သစ္စာကို လူမျိုးအဆက်ဆက်တို့အား ဟောပြောမြွက်ဆိုပါမည်။
2For I said, `To the age is kindness built, The heavens! Thou dost establish Thy faithfulness in them.`
2ကရုဏာတော်သည် အစဉ်အမြဲတည်ရပါ၏။ သစ္စာတော်ကို ကောင်းကင်၌ခိုင်ခံ့မြဲမြံစေတော်မူသည် ဟု အကျွန်ုပ်သဘောကျပါ၏။
3I have made a covenant for My chosen, I have sworn to David My servant:
3ကိုယ်တော်မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ သင်၏အမျိုး အနွယ်ကို အစဉ်မပြတ် ငါမြဲမြံစေမည်။
4`Even to the age do I establish thy seed, And have built to generation and generation thy throne. Selah.
4သင်၏ပလ္လင်ကိုလည်း လူမျိုးအဆက်ဆက် တည်စေမည်ဟု ငါရွေးကောက်သောသူနှင့် ငါသည် ပဋိညာဉ်ဖွဲ့၍၊ ငါ၏ ကျွန်ဒါဝိဒ်အား ကျိန်ဆိုခြင်းကိုပြုပြီ။
5and the heavens confess Thy wonders, O Jehovah, Thy faithfulness also [is] in an assembly of holy ones.
5အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကောင်းကင်သည် အံ့ဘွယ် သော အမှုတော်တို့ကို၎င်း၊ သန့်ရှင်းသောသူတို့သည် စည်းဝေးလျက် သစ္စာတော်ကို၎င်း ချီးမွမ်းကြပါစေသော။
6For who in the sky, Compareth himself to Jehovah? Is like to Jehovah among sons of the mighty?
6အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ကောင်းကင်တွင် ထာဝရ ဘုရားနှင့် အဘယ်သူပြိုင်နိုင်သနည်း။ ဘုရားသခင်၏ သားတို့တွင် ထာဝရဘုရားနှင့် အဘယ်သူတူသနည်း။
7God is very terrible, In the secret counsel of His holy ones, And fearful over all surrounding Him.
7ဘုရားသခင်သည် သန့်ရှင်းသူတို့၏ ပရိသတ် တွင် အလွန်ကြောက်ရွံ့ဘွယ်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ အထံတော်၌ ပတ်လည်နေသောသူအပေါင်းတို့ထက် ရိုသေဘွယ် ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
8O Jehovah, God of Hosts, Who [is] like Thee — a strong Jah? And Thy faithfulness [is] round about Thee.
8ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ဘုရားသခင်ထာဝရ ဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်နှင့် အဘယ်သူ တူပါသနည်း။ ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် ခွန်အားကြီးတော်မူ၏။ သစ္စာတော်လည်း ကိုယ်တော်ကို ပတ်ဝန်းလျက်ရှိပါ၏။
9Thou [art] ruler over the pride of the sea, In the lifting up of its billows Thou dost restrain them.
9သမုဒ္ဒရာ ဟုန်းခြင်းကို အစိုးရတော်မူ၏။ လှိုင်း တံပိုးထသောအခါ ငြိမ်းစေတော်မူ၏။
10Thou hast bruised Rahab, as one wounded. With the arm of Thy strength Thou hast scattered Thine enemies.
10ကိုယ်တော်သည် သူရဲကဲ့သို့ ရာခပ်ကိုချိုးဖျက်၍၊ အားကြီးသော လက်ရုံးတော်ဖြင့် ရန်သူတို့ကို အရပ်ရပ်သို့ ကွဲပြားစေတော်မူ၏။
11Thine [are] the heavens — the earth also [is] Thine, The habitable world and its fulness, Thou hast founded them.
11ကောင်းကင်နှင့်မြေကြီးသည် ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥစ္စာဖြစ်ပါ၏။ လောကဓာတ်နှင့် လောကဓာတ်တန်ဆာ များကို တည်တော်မူပြီ။
12North and south Thou hast appointed them, Tabor and Hermon in Thy name do sing.
12မြောက် မျက်နှာနှင့်တောင်မျက်နှာ ကိုလည်းဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူပြီ။ တာဗော်တောင်နှင့် ဟေရမုန် တောင်သည် နာမတော်ကို အမှီပြု၍ ရွှင်လန်းစွာ သီချင်း ဆိုကြပါ၏။
13Thou hast an arm with might, Strong is Thy hand — high Thy right hand.
13တန်ခိုးရှိသော လက်ရုံးနှင့် ပြည့်စုံတော်မူ၏။ လက်တော်သည် အားကြီး၍၊ လက်ျာလက်တော်သည် မြင့်ပါ၏။
14Righteousness and judgment [Are] the fixed place of Thy throne, Kindness and truth go before Thy face.
14တရားသဖြင့် စီရင်ခြင်း၊ ဖြောင့်မတ်စွာ ဆုံးဖြတ် ခြင်းသည် ပလ္လင်တော်၏ တည်ရာဖြစ်ပါ၏။ ကရုဏာနှင့် သစ္စာသည် မျက်နှာတော်ရှေ့၌ သွားကြပါ၏။
15O the happiness of the people knowing the shout, O Jehovah, in the light of Thy face they walk habitually.
15အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ နှိုးဆော်တော် မူခြင်းအသံကို နားလည်သော လူမျိုးသည် မင်္ဂလာရှိပါ၏။
16In Thy name they rejoice all the day, And in Thy righteousness they are exalted,
16သူတို့သည် မျက်နှာတော်အလင်း၌ သွားလာ ရကြပါ၏။ နာမတော်၌အစဉ် ဝမ်းမြောက်၍ ဖြောင့်မတ် တော်မူခြင်းတရားအားဖြင့် ချီးမြှောက်ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ရ ကြပါ၏။
17For the beauty of their strength [art] Thou, And in Thy good will is our horn exalted,
17ကိုယ်တော်သည် သူတို့အစွမ်းသတ္တိ၏ ဘုန်းဖြစ် တော်မူ၏။ ကျေးဇူးတော်အားဖြင့်လည်း အကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ဦးချိုသည် ချီးမြှောက်လျက် ရှိပါ၏။
18For of Jehovah [is] our shield, And of the Holy One of Israel our king.
18ထာဝရဘုရားသည် အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ကို ကွယ်ကာ တော်မူ၏။ ဣသရေလအမျိုး၏သန့်ရှင်းသော ဘုရား သည် အကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ရှင်ဘုရင်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
19Then Thou hast spoken in vision, To Thy saint, yea, Thou sayest, I have placed help upon a mighty one, Exalted a chosen one out of the people,
19တရံရောအခါ ကိုယ်တော်၏ သန့်ရှင်းသူတို့ကို ဗျာဒိတ်တော်အားဖြင့် မိန့်မြွက်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ အားကြီးသော သူသည် ကူမမည် အကြောင်းငါခန့် ထားပြီ။ လူစုထဲက ရွေးကောက်သောသူတယောက်ကို ငါချီးမြှောက်ပြီ။
20I have found David My servant, With My holy oil I have anointed him.
20ငါ၏ ကျွန် ဒါဝိဒ်ကို ငါတွေ့၍၊ သန့်ရှင်းသော ဆီနှင့်ဘိသိက်ပေးပြီ။
21With whom My hand is established, My arm also doth strengthen him.
21သူ့ဘက်မှာ ငါ့လက်သည် တည်လိမ့်မည်။ ငါ့လက်ရုံးသည် သူ့ကို မြဲမြံခိုင်ခံ့စေမည်။
22An enemy exacteth not upon him, And a son of perverseness afflicteth him not.
22ရန်သူသည် သူ၏ဥစ္စာကို အနိုင်အထက်မယူရ။ မတရားသော သူသည် မညှဉ်းဆဲရ။
23And I have beaten down before him his adversaries, And those hating him I plague,
23သူ၏ ရန်သူတို့ကို သူ့ရှေ့မှာ ငါနှိပ်စက်၍၊ သူ့ကိုမုန်းသော သူတို့ကို ဒဏ်ခတ်မည်။
24And My faithfulness and kindness [are] with him, And in My name is his horn exalted.
24ငါ၏သစ္စာနှင့် ကရုဏာသည် သူ့ဘက်မှာနေ၍၊ ငါ၏နာမအားဖြင့် သူ၏ ဦးချိုသည် ချီးမြှောက်လျက် ရှိလိမ့်မည်။
25And I have set on the sea his hand, And on the rivers his right hand.
25သူ၏လက်ကိုလည်း၊ ပင်လယ်ပေါ်မှာ၎င်း၊သူ၏လက်ျာလက်ကို မြစ်များပေါ်မှာ၎င်း ငါတင်၍ ထားမည်။
26He proclaimeth me: `Thou [art] my Father, My God, and the rock of my salvation.`
26သူကလည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၏အဘ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်တင်ရာ ကျောက်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏ဟု၊ ငါ့ကို ကြွေးကြော်လိမ့်မည်။
27I also first-born do appoint him, Highest of the kings of the earth.
27အကယ်စင်စစ်သူ့ကို သားဦးအရာ၌ ခန့်ထား၍၊ လောကီရှင် ဘုရင်တို့အပေါ်မှာ ချီးမြှောက်မည်။
28To the age I keep for him My kindness, And My covenant [is] stedfast with him.
28ငါ၏ ကရုဏာကို သူ့အဘို့ငါသည် အစဉ်စောင့်၍၊ ငါ၏ ပဋိညာဉ်တရားသည် သူ၌ မြဲမြံလိမ့်မည်။
29And I have set his seed for ever, And his throne as the days of the heavens.
29သူ၏ အမျိုးအနွယ်ကို အစဉ်အမြဲ တည်စေ မည်။ သူ၏ပလ္လင်သည် ကောင်းကင်ကလာကဲ့သို့ နိစ္စ ထာဝရဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။
30If his sons forsake My law, And in My judgments do not walk;
30သူ၏သားမြေးတို့သည် ငါ့တရားကို စွန့်ပယ်၍၊ ငါ၏စီရင်ချက်တို့ကို မကျင့်၊
31If My statutes they pollute, And My commands do not keep,
31ငါ၏အထုံးအဖွဲ့တို့ကို ရှုတ်ချ၍၊ ငါ၏ပညတ် တို့ကို မစောင့်ဘဲနေလျှင်၊
32I have looked after with a rod their transgression, And with strokes their iniquity,
32ငါသည် သူတို့ပြစ်မှားသောကြောင့်၊ ကြိမ်လုံးနှင့် ဆုံးမ၍ ဒဏ်ချက်တို့နှင့် ဒုစရိုက်အတိုင်း အပြစ်ပေးမည်။
33And My kindness I break not from him, Nor do I deal falsely in My faithfulness.
33သို့သော်လည်း၊ ငါ၏ကရုဏာကိုသူမှ ငါမနှုတ် မပယ်။ ငါ၏သစ္စာကိုလည်း မဖျက်။
34I profane not My covenant, And that which is going forth from My lips I change not.
34ငါ၏ပဋိညာဉ် တရားကိုလည်း မရှုတ်ချ။ ငါမိန့် မြွက်သော စကားလည်း ဖေါက်ပြန်ခြင်းမရှိရ။
35Once I have sworn by My holiness, I lie not to David,
35ငါသည် ဒါဝိဒ်ကို မလှည့်စားဟု ငါ၏သန့်ရှင်း ခြင်း ပါရမီကို တိုင်တည်၍ တခါကျိန်ဆိုပြီ။
36His seed is to the age, And his throne [is] as the sun before Me,
36သူ၏အမျိုးအနွယ်သည် အစဉ်အမြဲ တည်ရ မည်။ သူ၏ပလ္လင်သည်လည်း၊ ငါ့ရှေ့၌ နေကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်ရ မည်။
37As the moon it is established — to the age, And the witness in the sky is stedfast. Selah.
37လကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင်၌ သစ္စာစောင့် သော သက်သေကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ အစဉ်မြဲမြံရမည်ဟု ကိုယ် တော်သည် မိန့်တော်မူပါပြီ။
38And Thou, Thou hast cast off, and dost reject, Thou hast shown Thyself wroth With Thine anointed,
38သို့သော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ယခုစွန့်ပယ်၍ ရွံရှာတော်မူပြီ။ အထံတော်၌ ဘိသိက်ခံသော သူကို အမျက်ထွက်တော်မူပြီ။
39Hast rejected the covenant of Thy servant, Thou hast polluted to the earth his crown,
39ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်နှင့်ဖွဲ့သော ပဋိညာဉ်ကို ဖျက်၍၊ သူ၏သရဖူကို မြေတိုင်အောင် ရှုတ်ချတော်မူပြီ။
40Thou hast broken down all his hedges, Thou hast made his fenced places a ruin.
40သူ၏ခြံရှိသမျှတို့ကိုချိုး၍၊ သူ၏တိုက်များကို ဖြိုဖျက်တော်မူပြီ။
41Spoiled him have all passing by the way, He hath been a reproach to his neighbours,
41လမ်း၌ရှောက်သွားသော သူအပေါင်းတို့သည် သူ့ကိုလုယူကြ၏။ အိမ်နီးချင်းတို့တွင် ကဲ့ရဲ့ဘွယ်ဖြစ်ပါ၏။
42Thou hast exalted the right hand of his adversaries, Thou hast caused all his enemies to rejoice.
42သူ၏ရန်သူတို့ လက်ျာလက်ကို ချီးမြှင့်၍၊ ရန်ဘက်ပြုသောသူ အပေါင်းတို့ကို ဝမ်းမြောက်စေ တော်မူ၏။
43Also — Thou turnest back the sharpness of his sword, And hast not established him in battle,
43သူ၏ထားသွားကိုလိပ်စေ၍၊ သူစစ်တိုက်ရာတွင် ထောက်မတော်မမူပါ။
44Hast caused [him] to cease from his brightness, And his throne to the earth hast cast down.
44သူ၏ဘုန်းကိုကွယ်စေ၍၊ သူ၏ရာဇပလ္လင်ကို မြေသို့နှိမ့်ချတော် မူပြီ။
45Thou hast shortened the days of his youth, Hast covered him over [with] shame. Selah.
45သူ၏ပျိုသောအရွယ်ကို တိုစေ၍ အရှက်ခွဲတော် မူပြီ။
46Till when, O Jehovah, art Thou hidden? For ever doth Thy fury burn as fire?
46အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အလျှင်း မထင်ရှားဘဲ၊ အဘယ်မျှကာလပတ်လုံးပုန်း၍ နေတော် မူမည်နည်း။ အမျက်တော်သည် အဘယ်မျှကာလပတ်လုံး မီးကဲ့သို့ လောင်ရပါမည်နည်း။
47Remember, I pray Thee, what [is] life-time? Wherefore in vain hast Thou created All the sons of men?
47အကျွန်ုပ်၏ အသက်တာသည် အဘယ်မျှ လောက် တိုသည်ကို၎င်း၊ အဘယ်မျှလောက်ပျက်တတ် စေခြင်းငှါ၊ လူသားအပေါင်းတို့ကို ဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူသည် ကို၎င်း၊ အောက်မေ့တော်မူပါ။
48Who [is] the man that liveth, and doth not see death? He delivereth his soul from the hand of Sheol. Selah.
48သေခြင်းသို့မရောက်၊ အသက်ရှင်၍ မိမိဝိညာဉ် ကို မရဏနိုင်ငံတန်ခိုးမှ ကယ်နှုတ်နိုင်သော သူကား အဘယ်သူနည်း။
49Where [are] Thy former kindnesses, O Lord. Thou hast sworn to David in Thy faithfulness,
49အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ သစ္စာတော်နှင့်တကွ ကိုယ် တော်၏ ကျွန်ဒါဝိဒ်အား ကျိန်ဆိုတော်မူသော ရှေး ကရုဏာတော်သည် အဘယ်မှာ ရှိပါသနည်း။
50Remember, O Lord, the reproach of Thy servants, I have borne in my bosom all the strivings of the peoples,
50အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်တို့သည် ခံရသောကဲ့ရဲ့ခြင်းကို အောက်မေ့တော်မူပါ။ များစွာ သော လူတို့၏ အမှုအလုံးစုံကို အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ် ရင်ခွင်၌ ဆောင်ရပါ၏။
51Wherewith Thine enemies reproached, O Jehovah, Wherewith they have reproached The steps of Thine anointed.
51အကြောင်းမူကား၊ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ် တော်၏ ရန်သူတို့သည် ကဲ့ရဲ့တတ်ကြပါ၏။ အထံတော်၌ ဘိသိက်ခံသောသူ၏ ခြေတော်ရာတို့ကို ကဲ့ရဲ့တတ်ကြ ပါ၏။
52Blessed [is] Jehovah to the age. Amen, and amen!
52ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ကမ္ဘာအဆက်ဆက်မင်္ဂလာ ရှိတော်မူစေသတည်း။ အာမင်နှင့်အာမင်။
