¹And there is a word of Jehovah of Hosts, saying:

¹တဖန် ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်သည် ငါ့ဆီသို့ ရောက်လာ၍၊

²`Thus said Jehovah of Hosts: I have been zealous for Zion with great zeal, With great heat I have been zealous for her.

²ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရားမိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ငါသည် ဇိအုန်တောင်အဘို့ အလွန် စိတ်အားကြီးပြီ။ အလွန်အမျက်ထွက်၍ သူ့အဘို့ စိတ် အားကြီးပြီ။

³Thus said Jehovah: I have turned back unto Zion, And I have dwelt in the midst of Jerusalem, And Jerusalem hath been called `The city of truth,` And the mountain of Jehovah of Hosts, `The holy mountain.`

³ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရားမိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ဇိအုန်တောင်သို့ ငါပြန်လာပြီ။ ယေရု ရှလင်မြို့ထဲမှာ နေမည်။ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ကို သမ္မာမြို့ဟူ၍ ၎င်း၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၏ တောင် တော်ကို သန့်ရှင်းသောတောင်ဟူ၍၎င်း သမုတ်ကြလိမ့် မည်။

⁴Thus said Jehovah of Hosts: Again dwell do old men and old women, In broad places of Jerusalem, And each his staff in his hand, Because of abundance of days.

⁴ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ အိုသော ယောက်ျားမိန်းမ၊ အသက်ကြီး ၍ တောင်ဝေးကိုင်သောသူအပေါင်းတို့သည် ယေရုရှလင် မြို့လမ်းတို့၌ နေကြလေဦးမည်။

⁵And broad places of the city are full of boys and girls, Playing in its broad places.

⁵မြို့လမ်းတို့သည်လည်း ကစားသော သူငယ် ယောက်ျားမိန်းမတို့နှင့် အပြည့်ရှိကြလိမ့်မည်။

⁶Thus said Jehovah of Hosts: Surely it is wonderful in the eyes of the remnant of this people in those days, Also in Mine eyes it is wonderful, An affirmation of Jehovah of Hosts.

⁶တဖန် မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ထိုအမှုသည် ယခု ကာလတွင် ကျန်ကြွင်းသော ဤလူတို့ မျက်မှောက်၌ အံ့ဩဘွယ်ဖြစ်သော်လည်း၊ ငါ့မျက်မှောက်၌ အံ့ဩဘွယ် ဖြစ်ရာသလောဟု ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင်ထာဝရ ဘုရားမိန့်တော်မူ၏။

⁷Thus said Jehovah of Hosts: Lo, I am saving My people from the land of the rising, And from the land of the going in, of the sun,

⁷ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ငါ၏လူတို့ကို အရှေ့ပြည်မှ၎င်း၊ အနောက်ပြည်မှ၎င်း ငါကယ်တင်၍၊

⁸And I have brought them in, They have dwelt in the midst of Jerusalem, And they have been to Me for a people, And I am to them for God, In truth and in righteousness.

⁸ဆောင်ခဲ့သဖြင့် သူတို့သည် ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ထဲ မှာ နေရကြလိမ့်မည်။ သစ္စာတရားနှင့် ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်း တရားအားဖြင့်၊ သူတို့သည် ငါ၏လူဖြစ်၍ ငါသည်လည်း သူတို့၏ဘုရားသခင်ဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။

⁹Thus said Jehovah of Hosts: Let your hands be strong, Ye who are hearing in these days these words from the mouth of the prophets, That in the day the house of Jehovah of Hosts Hath been founded, the temple [is] to be built.

⁹ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ ဗိမာန်တော်ကို တည်ဆောက်ခြင်းငှါ၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား၏ အိမ်တော် တိုက်မြစ်ကို ချသောကာလ၌ရှိသော ပရောဖက်တို့ ဟော ပြောသော ဤစကားကို ယခုကာလ၌ကြားသော သူတို့၊ သင်တို့လက်ကို အားကြီးစေကြလော့။

¹⁰For, before those days there hath been no hiring of man, Yea, a hiring of beasts there is none; And to him who is going out, And to him who is coming in, There is no peace because of the adversary, And I send all men — each against his neighbour.

¹⁰ထိုကာလအထက်၌ လူခံရသော အကျိုးမရှိ။ တိရစ္ဆာန်ခံရသောအကျိုးမရှိ။ ထွက်ဝင်သော သူတို့သည် ရန်သူရှိသောကြောင့် ချမ်းသာမရကြ။ ငါသည် လူ အပေါင်းတို့ကို တယောက်နှင့်တယောက် ရန်ဘက်ဖြစ်စေ ၏။

¹¹And now, not as [in] the former days [am] I to the remnant of this people, An affirmation of Jehovah of Hosts.

¹¹ယခုမူကား၊ ကျန်ကြွင်းသော ဤလူတို့၌ ငါသည် အရင်ကဲ့သို့မပြုဟု ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရ ဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

¹²Because of the sowing of peace, The vine doth give her fruit, And the earth doth give her increase, And the heavens do give their dew, And I have caused the remnant of this people To inherit all these.

¹²မျိုးစေ့ကို ငြိမ်ဝပ်စွာ ကြဲရလိမ့်မည်။ စပျစ်ပင် သည် အသီးကို၎င်း၊ မြေသည် မိမိစီးပွားကို၎င်း၊ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင် သည် နှင်းရည်ကို၎င်း၊ ပေးရ လိမ့်မည်။ ကျန်ကြွင်းသော ဤလူတို့သည် ဤအရာအလုံး စုံတို့ကို ရတတ်စေခြင်းငှါ ငါပြုမည်။

¹³And it hath come to pass, As ye have been a reviling among nations, O house of Judah, and house of Israel, So I save you, and ye have been a blessing, Do not fear, let your hands be strong.

¹³အိုယုဒအမျိုးနှင့် ဣသရေလအမျိုးတို့၊ သင်တို့ သည် တပါးအမျိုးတို့တွင် ကျိန်ဆဲရာဖြစ်ဘူးသကဲ့သို့၊ ကောင်းကြီးခံရာဖြစ်စေခြင်းငှါ ငါကယ်တင်မည်။ မစိုးရိမ် ဘဲ လက်အားကြီးကြလော့။

¹⁴For, thus said Jehovah of Hosts, As I did purpose to do evil to you, When your fathers made Me wroth, Said Jehovah of Hosts, and I did not repent,

¹⁴ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ သင်တို့၏ ဘိုးဘေးတို့သည် ငါ့အမျက် ကို နှိုးဆော်ကြသောအခါ အပြစ်ပြုမည်ဟု ငါသည် နောင်တမရဘဲ ကြံသကဲ့သို့၊

¹⁵So I have turned back, I have purposed, in these days, To do good with Jerusalem, And with the house of Judah — fear not!

¹⁵တဖန် ယခုကာလ၌ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့နှင့် ယုဒ အမျိုးကို ကျေးဇူးပြုမည်ဟု ငါကြံပြန်၏။ မစိုးရိမ်ကြနှင့်ဟု ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

¹⁶These [are] the things that ye do: Speak ye truth each with his neighbour, Truth and peaceful judgment judge in your gates,

¹⁶သင်တို့ ကျင့်ရမည်အကျင့်ဟူမူကား၊ သင်တို့ရှိ သမျှသည် တယောက်နှင့်တယောက်မှန်သော စကားကို ပြောကြလော့။ မြို့တံခါးဝမှာ ဖြောင့်မတ်စွာ စီရင်၍၊ တရားတွေ့သည်အမှုကို ငြိမ်းစေခြင်းငှါ ဆုံးဖြတ်ကြ လော့။

¹⁷And each the evil of his neighbour ye do not devise in your heart, And a false oath ye do not love, For all these [are] things that I have hated, An affirmation of Jehovah.`

¹⁷တယောက်ကိုတယောက် အဘယ်သူမျှ မကောင်းသောအကြံကို မကြံကြနှင့်။ မမှန်သော ကျိန်ဆို ခြင်းကို မနှစ်သက်ကြနှင့်။ ထိုသို့သော အမှုရှိသမျှတို့ကို ငါမုန်းသည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

¹⁸And there is a word of Jehovah of Hosts unto me, saying:

¹⁸တဖန် ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်သည် ငါ့ဆီသို့ ရောက်လာ၍၊

¹⁹`Thus said Jehovah of Hosts: The fast of the fourth, and the fast of the fifth, and the fast of the seventh, and the fast of the tenth [months], are to the house of Judah for joy and for rejoicing, and for pleasant appointed seasons, and the truth and the peace they have loved.

¹⁹ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရားမိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ စတုတ္ထလတွင် အစာရှောင်ခြင်း၊ ပဥ္စမ လတွင် အစာရှောင်ခြင်း၊ သတ္တမလတွင် အစာရှောင် ခြင်း၊ ဒသမလတွင် အစာရှောင်ခြင်းတို့သည် ယုဒအမျိုး ဝမ်းမြောက်ရွှင်လန်း၍ ပွဲလုပ်ရာ ကာလဖြစ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းတရား၊ ငြိမ်ဝပ်ခြင်းတရားကို နှစ်သက် ကြလော့။

²⁰Thus said Jehovah of Hosts: Yet come do peoples, and inhabitants of many cities,

²⁰ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကား၊ များစွာသော မြို့သူရွာသား၊ လူအမျိုး မျိုးတို့သည် လာကြလိမ့်မည်။

²¹Yea, gone have inhabitants of one To another, saying: We go diligently, To appease the face of Jehovah, To seek Jehovah of Hosts — I go, even I.

²¹မြို့တမြို့၌နေသော သူသည် အခြားမြို့တမြို့၌ နေသော သူတို့ဆီသို့ သွား၍၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့တော်၌ ဆုတောင်းခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာ ဝရဘုရားကို ရှာခြင်းငှါ၎င်း ဧကန်အမှန် သွားကြကုန်အံ့။ ငါလည်း သွားမည်ဟု ခေါ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။

²²Yea, come in have many peoples, and mighty nations, To seek Jehovah of Hosts in Jerusalem, And to appease the face of Jehovah.

²²ကြီးသော တိုင်းနိုင်ငံသား၊ လူအမျိုးမျိုးတို့သည် ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရားကို ယေရုရှလင် မြို့၌ရှာ၍၊ ထာဝရဘုရားရှေ့တော်၌ ဆုတောင်းခြင်းငှါ လာကြလိမ့်မည်။

²³Thus said Jehovah of Hosts: In those days take hold do ten men of all languages of the nations, Yea, they have taken hold on the skirt of a man, a Jew, saying: We go with you, for we heard God [is] with you!

²³ထိုကာလ၌ ဘာသာအသီးအသီးကို ပြောတတ် သော လူအမျိုးမျိုးတို့တွင် တကျိပ်သော လူတို့သည်။ ယုဒ လူဖြစ်သော သူ၏အဝတ်စွန်းကို ကိုင်လျက်၊ ဘုရားသခင် သည် သင်နှင့်အတူ ရှိတော်မူသည်ဟု အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ကြားသိ၍၊ သင်တို့နှင့်အတူ လိုက်ပါမည်ဟု ဆိုကြလိမ့် မည်ဟု ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
