1هللويا. سبحي يا نفسي الرب.
1Praise ye Jah! Praise, O my soul, Jehovah.
2اسبح الرب في حياتي. وارنم لالهي ما دمت موجودا
2I praise Jehovah during my life, I sing praise to my God while I exist.
3لا تتكلوا على الرؤساء ولا على ابن آدم حيث لا خلاص عنده.
3Trust not in princes — in a son of man, For he hath no deliverance.
4تخرج روحه فيعود الى ترابه. في ذلك اليوم نفسه تهلك افكاره
4His spirit goeth forth, he returneth to his earth, In that day have his thoughts perished.
5طوبى لمن اله يعقوب معينه ورجاؤه على الرب الهه
5O the happiness of him Who hath the God of Jacob for his help, His hope [is] on Jehovah his God,
6الصانع السموات والارض البحر وكل ما فيها. الحافظ الامانة الى الابد.
6Making the heavens and earth, The sea and all that [is] in them, Who is keeping truth to the age,
7المجري حكما للمظلومين المعطي خبزا للجياع. الرب يطلق الاسرى.
7Doing judgment for the oppressed, Giving bread to the hungry.
8الرب يفتح اعين العمي. الرب يقوم المنحنين. الرب يحب الصديقين.
8Jehovah is loosing the prisoners, Jehovah is opening (the eyes of) the blind, Jehovah is raising the bowed down, Jehovah is loving the righteous,
9الرب يحفظ الغرباء. يعضد اليتيم والارملة. اما طريق الاشرار فيعوجه.
9Jehovah is preserving the strangers, The fatherless and widow He causeth to stand, And the way of the wicked He turneth upside down.
10يملك الرب الى الابد الهك يا صهيون الى دور فدور. هللويا
10Jehovah doth reign to the age, Thy God, O Zion, to generation and generation, Praise ye Jah!
