¹اخيرا ايها الاخوة صّلوا لاجلنا لكي تجري كلمة الرب وتتمجد كما عندكم ايضا.

¹For the rest, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may run and be glorified, even as also with you;

²ولكي ننقذ من الناس الاردياء الاشرار. لان الايمان ليس للجميع.

²and that we may be delivered from bad and evil men, for faith [is] not [the portion] of all.

³امين هو الرب الذي سيثبتكم ويحفظكم من الشرير.

³But the Lord is faithful, who shall establish you and keep [you] from evil.

⁴ونثق بالرب من جهتكم انكم تفعلون ما نوصيكم به وستفعلون ايضا.

⁴But we trust in the Lord as to you, that the things which we enjoin, ye both do and will do.

⁵والرب يهدي قلوبكم الى محبة الله والى صبر المسيح

⁵But the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patience of the Christ.

⁶ثم نوصيكم ايها الاخوة باسم ربنا يسوع المسيح ان تتجنبوا كل اخ يسلك بلا ترتيب وليس حسب التعليم الذي اخذه منا.

⁶Now we enjoin you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw from every brother walking disorderly and not according to the instruction which he received from us.

⁷اذ انتم تعرفون كيف يجب ان يتمثل بنا لاننا لم نسلك بلا ترتيب بينكم

⁷For ye know yourselves how ye ought to imitate us, because we have not walked disorderly among you;

⁸ولا اكلنا خبزا مجانا من احد بل كنا نشتغل بتعب وكد ليلا ونهارا لكي لا نثقل على احد منكم.

⁸nor have we eaten bread from any one without cost; but in toil and hardship working night and day not to be chargeable to any one of you:

⁹ليس ان لا سلطان لنا بل لكي نعطيكم انفسنا قدوة حتى تتمثلوا بنا.

⁹not that we have not the right, but that we might give ourselves as an example to you, in order to your imitating us.

¹⁰فاننا ايضا حين كنا عندكم اوصيناكم بهذا انه ان كان احد لا يريد ان يشتغل فلا ياكل ايضا.

¹⁰For also when we were with you we enjoined you this, that if any man does not like to work, neither let him eat.

¹¹لاننا نسمع ان قوما يسلكون بينكم بلا ترتيب لا يشتغلون شيئا بل هم فضوليون.

¹¹For we hear that [there are] some walking among you disorderly, not working at all, but busybodies.

¹²فمثل هؤلاء نوصيهم ونعظهم بربنا يسوع المسيح ان يشتغلوا بهدوء ويأكلوا خبز انفسهم.

¹²Now such we enjoin and exhort in [the] Lord Jesus Christ, that working quietly they eat their own bread.

¹³اما انتم ايها الاخوة فلا تفشلوا في عمل الخير.

¹³But *ye*, brethren, do not faint in well-doing.

¹⁴وان كان احد لا يطيع كلامنا بالرسالة فسموا هذا ولا تخالطوه لكي يخجل.

¹⁴But if any one obey not our word by the letter, mark that man, and do not keep company with him, that he may be ashamed of himself;

¹⁵ولكن لا تحسبوه كعدو بل انذروه كأخ.

¹⁵and do not esteem him as an enemy, but admonish [him] as a brother.

¹⁶ورب السلام نفسه يعطيكم السلام دائما من كل وجه. الرب مع جميعكم

¹⁶But the Lord of peace himself give you peace continually in every way. The Lord [be] with you all.

¹⁷السلام بيدي انا بولس الذي هو علامة في كل رسالة. هكذا انا اكتب.

¹⁷The salutation by the hand of me, Paul, which is [the] mark in every letter; so I write.

¹⁸نعمة ربنا يسوع المسيح مع جميعكم. آمين

¹⁸The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with you all.
