1والذين ختموا هم نحميا الترشاثا ابن حكليا وصدقيا
1And at the head of those that sealed were Nehemiah the Tirshatha, the son of Hachaliah, and Zedekiah.
2وسرايا وعزريا ويرميا
2-- Seraiah, Azariah, Jeremiah,
3وفشحور وامريا وملكيا
3Pashhur, Amariah, Malchijah,
4وحطوش وشبنيا وملّوخ
4Hattush, Shebaniah, Malluch,
5وحاريم ومريموث وعوبديا
5Harim, Meremoth, Obadiah,
6ودانيال وجنثون وباروخ
6Daniel, Ginnethon, Baruch,
7ومشلام وابيا وميامين
7Meshullam, Abijah, Mijamin,
8ومعزيا وبلجاي وشمعيا. هؤلاء هم الكهنة.
8Maaziah, Bilgai, Shemaiah: these were the priests.
9واللاويون يشوع بن ازنيا وبنوي من بني حيناداد وقدميئيل
9-- And the Levites: Jeshua the son of Azaniah; Binnui, of the sons of Henadad; Kadmiel,
10واخوتهم شبنيا وهوديا وقليطا وفلايا وحانان
10and their brethren, Shebaniah, Hodijah, Kelita, Pelaiah, Hanan,
11وميخا ورحوب وحشبيا
11Mica, Rehob, Hashabiah,
12وزكور وشربيا وشبنيا
12Zaccur, Sherebiah, Shebaniah,
13وهوديا وباني وبنينو
13Hodijah, Bani, Beninu.
14رؤوس الشعب فرعوش وفحث موآب وعيلام وزتو وباني
14-- The chief of the people: Parosh, Pahath-Moab, Elam, Zatthu, Bani,
15وبنّي وعزجد وبيباي
15Bunni, Azgad, Bebai,
16وادونيا وبغواي وعادين
16Adonijah, Bigvai, Adin,
17واطير وحزقيا وعزور
17Ater, Hezekiah, Azzur,
18وهوديا وحشوم وبيصاي
18Hodijah, Hashum, Bezai,
19وحاريف وعناثوث ونيباي
19Hariph, Anathoth, Nebai,
20ومجفيعاش ومشلام وحزير
20Magpiash, Meshullam, Hezir,
21ومشزبئيل وصادوق ويدوع
21Meshezabeel, Zadok, Jaddua,
22وفلطيا وحانان وعنايا
22Pelatiah, Hanan, Anaiah,
23وهوشع وحننيا وحشوب
23Hoshea, Hananiah, Hashub,
24وهلوحيش وفلحا وشوبيق
24Hallohesh, Pilha, Shobek,
25ورحوم وحشبنا ومعسيا
25Rehum, Hashabnah, Maaseiah,
26واخيّا وحانان وعانان
26and Ahijah, Hanan, Anan,
27وملّوخ وحريم وبعنة
27Malluch, Harim, Baanah.
28وباقي الشعب والكهنة واللاويين والبوابين والمغنين والنثينيم وكل الذين انفصلوا من شعوب الاراضي الى شريعة الله ونسائهم وبنيهم وبناتهم كل اصحاب المعرفة والفهم
28And the rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the doorkeepers, the singers, the Nethinim, and all they that had separated themselves from the peoples of the lands to the law of God, their wives, their sons and their daughters, every one having knowledge [and] having understanding,
29لصقوا باخوتهم وعظمائهم ودخلوا في قسم وحلف ان يسيروا في شريعة الله التي أعطيت عن يد موسى عبد الله وان يحفظوا ويعملوا جميع وصايا الرب سيدنا واحكامه وفرائضه
29joined with their brethren, their nobles, and entered into a curse and into an oath, to walk in the law of God, which had been given by Moses the servant of God, and to keep and do all the commandments of Jehovah our Lord, and his ordinances and his statutes;
30وان لا نعطي بناتنا لشعوب الارض ولا ناخذ بناتهم لبنينا.
30and that we would not give our daughters to the peoples of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons:
31وشعوب الارض الذين يأتون بالبضائع وكل طعام يوم السبت للبيع لا نأخذ منهم في سبت ولا في يوم مقدس وان نترك السنة السابعة والمطالبة بكل دين.
31and that if the peoples of the land brought wares or any grain on the sabbath day to sell, we would not take it of them on the sabbath, or on [any] holy day; and that we would leave [the land uncultivated] the seventh year, and the exaction of every debt.
32واقمنا على انفسنا فرائض ان نجعل على انفسنا ثلث شاقل كل سنة لخدمة بيت الهنا
32And we made ordinances for us, to charge ourselves yearly with the third part of a shekel for the service of the house of our God,
33لخبز الوجوه والتقدمة الدائمة والمحرقة الدائمة والسبوت والاهلّة والمواسم والاقداس وذبائح الخطية للتكفير عن اسرائيل ولكل عمل بيت الهنا.
33for the bread to be set in rows, and for the continual oblation, and for the continual burnt-offering, [for that] of the sabbaths [and] of the new moons, for the set feasts and for the holy [things], and for the sin-offerings to make an atonement for Israel, and [for] all the work of the house of our God.
34والقينا قرعا على قربان الحطب بين الكهنة واللاويين والشعب لادخاله الى بيت الهنا حسب بيوت آبائنا في اوقات معينة سنة فسنة لاجل احراقه على مذبح الرب الهنا كما هو مكتوب في الشريعة
34And we cast the lots among the priests, the Levites, and the people, for the wood-offering, to bring [it] into the house of our God, according to our fathers' houses, at times appointed year by year, to burn upon the altar of Jehovah our God, as it is written in the law;
35ولادخال باكورات ارضنا وباكورات ثمر كل شجرة سنة فسنة الى بيت الرب
35and to bring the first-fruits of our land, and the first-fruits of all fruit of all trees, year by year to the house of Jehovah,
36وابكار بنينا وبهائمنا كما هو مكتوب في الشريعة وابكار بقرنا وغنمنا لاحضارها الى بيت الهنا الى الكهنة الخادمين في بيت الهنا.
36and the firstborn of our sons and of our cattle, as it is written in the law; and to bring the firstlings of our herds and of our flocks to the house of our God, to the priests that minister in the house of our God;
37وان نأتي باوائل عجيننا ورفائعنا واثمار كل شجرة من الخمر والزيت الى الكهنة الى مخادع بيت الهنا وبعشر ارضنا الى اللاويين واللاويون هم الذين يعشرون في جميع مدن فلاحتنا.
37and that we should bring the first-fruits of our coarse meal and our heave-offerings, and the fruit of all manner of trees, new wine and oil, to the priests, into the chambers of the house of our God, and the tithes of our ground to the Levites, that they, the Levites, should take the tithes in all the cities of our tillage.
38ويكون الكاهن ابن هرون مع اللاويين حين يعشر اللاويون ويصعد اللاويون عشر الاعشار الى بيت الهنا الى المخادع الى بيت الخزينة.
38And the priest the son of Aaron shall be with the Levites, when the Levites take tithes; and the Levites shall bring up the tithe of the tithes to the house of our God, into the chambers of the treasure-house.
39لان بني اسرائيل وبني لاوي ياتون برفيعة القمح والخمر والزيت الى المخادع وهناك آنية القدس والكهنة الخادمون والبوابون والمغنون ولا نترك بيت الهنا
39For the children of Israel and the children of Levi shall bring the heave-offering of the corn, of the new wine and the oil, into the chambers, where are the vessels of the sanctuary, and the priests that minister, and the doorkeepers and the singers. And we will not forsake the house of our God.
