¹وبنيامين ولد بالع بكره واشبيل الثاني واخرخ الثالث

¹Benjamin became the father of Bela his firstborn, Ashbel the second, and Aharah the third,

²ونوحة الرابع ورافا الخامس.

²Nohah the fourth, and Rapha the fifth.

³وكان بنو بالع ادّار وجيرا وابيهود

³Bela had sons: Addar, and Gera, and Abihud,

⁴وابيشوع ونعمان واخوخ

⁴and Abishua, and Naaman, and Ahoah,

⁵وحيرا وشفوفان وحورام.

⁵and Gera, and Shephuphan, and Huram.

⁶وهؤلاء بنو آحود. هؤلاء رؤوس آباء سكان جبع ونقلوهم الى مناحة.

⁶These are the sons of Ehud: these are the heads of fathers’ households of the inhabitants of Geba, and they carried them captive to Manahath:

⁷اي نعمان واخيّا. وجيرا هو نقلهم وولد عزّا واخيحود.

⁷and Naaman, and Ahijah, and Gera, he carried them captive: and he became the father of Uzza and Ahihud.

⁸وشجرايم ولد في بلاد موآب بعد اطلاقه امرأتيه حوشيم وبعرا.

⁸Shaharaim became the father of children in the field of Moab, after he had sent them away; Hushim and Baara were his wives.

⁹وولد من خودش امرأته يوباب وظبيا وميشا وملكام

⁹He became the father of Hodesh his wife, Jobab, and Zibia, and Mesha, and Malcam,

¹⁰ويعوص وشبيا ومرمة. هؤلاء بنو رؤوس آباء.

¹⁰and Jeuz, and Shachia, and Mirmah. These were his sons, heads of fathers’ households.

¹¹ومن حوشيم ولد ابيطوب وألفعل.

¹¹Of Hushim he became the father of Abitub and Elpaal.

¹²وبنو ألفعل عابر ومشعام وشامر وهو بنى اونو ولود وقراها.

¹²The sons of Elpaal: Eber, and Misham, and Shemed, who built Ono and Lod, with its towns;

¹³وبريعة وشمع. هما راسا آباء لسكان ايّلون وهما طردا سكان جتّ.

¹³and Beriah, and Shema, who were heads of fathers’ households of the inhabitants of Aijalon, who put to flight the inhabitants of Gath;

¹⁴واخيو وشاشق ويريموت

¹⁴and Ahio, Shashak, and Jeremoth,

¹⁵وزبديا وعراد وعادر

¹⁵and Zebadiah, and Arad, and Eder,

¹⁶وميخائيل ويشفة ويوخا ابناء بريعة.

¹⁶and Michael, and Ishpah, and Joha, the sons of Beriah,

¹⁷وزبديا ومشلام وحزقي وحابر

¹⁷and Zebadiah, and Meshullam, and Hizki, and Heber,

¹⁸ويشمراي ويزلياه ويوباب ابناء ألفعل.

¹⁸and Ishmerai, and Izliah, and Jobab, the sons of Elpaal,

¹⁹وياقيم وزكري وزبدي

¹⁹and Jakim, and Zichri, and Zabdi,

²⁰واليعيناي وصلّتاي وايليئيل

²⁰and Elienai, and Zillethai, and Eliel,

²¹وعدايا وبرايا وشمرة ابناء شمعي.

²¹and Adaiah, and Beraiah, and Shimrath, the sons of Shimei,

²²ويشفان وعابر وايليئيل

²²and Ishpan, and Eber, and Eliel,

²³وعبدون وزكري وحانان

²³and Abdon, and Zichri, and Hanan,

²⁴وحننيا وعيلام وعنثوثيا

²⁴and Hananiah, and Elam, and Anthothijah,

²⁵ويفدايا وفنوئيل ابناء شاشق.

²⁵and Iphdeiah, and Penuel, the sons of Shashak,

²⁶وشمشراي وشحريا وعثليا

²⁶and Shamsherai, and Shehariah, and Athaliah,

²⁷ويعرشيا وايليا وزكري ابناء يروحام.

²⁷and Jaareshiah, and Elijah, and Zichri, the sons of Jeroham.

²⁸هؤلاء رؤوس آباء. حسب مواليدهم رؤوس. هؤلاء سكنوا في اورشليم.

²⁸These were heads of fathers’ households throughout their generations, chief men: these lived in Jerusalem.

²⁹وفي جبعون سكن ابو جبعون واسم امرأته معكة.

²⁹In Gibeon there lived the father of Gibeon, whose wife’s name was Maacah;

³⁰وابنه البكر عبدون ثم صور وقيس وبعل ناداب

³⁰and his firstborn son Abdon, and Zur, and Kish, and Baal, and Nadab,

³¹وجدور واخيو وزاكر.

³¹and Gedor, and Ahio, and Zecher.

³²ومقلوث ولد شماة. وهم ايضا مع اخوتهم سكنوا في اورشليم مقابل اخوتهم

³²Mikloth became the father of Shimeah. They also lived with their brothers in Jerusalem, over against their brothers.

³³ونير ولد قيس وقيس ولد شاول وشاول ولد يهوناثان وملكيشوع وابيناداب واشبعل.

³³Ner became the father of Kish; and Kish became the father of Saul; and Saul became the father of Jonathan, and Malchishua, and Abinadab, and Eshbaal.

³⁴وابن يهوناثان مريببعل ومريببعل ولد ميخا.

³⁴The son of Jonathan was Merib Baal; and Merib Baal became the father of Micah.

³⁵وبنو ميخا فيثون ومالك وتاريع وآحاز.

³⁵The sons of Micah: Pithon, and Melech, and Tarea, and Ahaz.

³⁶وآحاز ولد يهوعدّة ويهوعدة ولد علمث وعزموت وزمري. وزمري ولد موصا

³⁶Ahaz became the father of Jehoaddah; and Jehoaddah became the father of Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri; and Zimri became the father of Moza.

³⁷وموصا ولد بنعة ورافة ابنه والعاسة ابنه وآصيل ابنه

³⁷Moza became the father of Binea; Raphah was his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son.

³⁸ولآصيل ستة بنين وهذه اسماؤهم. عزريقام وبكرو واسماعيل وشعريا وعوبديا وحانان. كل هؤلاء بنو آصيل.

³⁸Azel had six sons, whose names are these: Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Obadiah, and Hanan. All these were the sons of Azel.

³⁹وبنو عاشق اخيه اولام بكره ويعوش الثاني واليفلط الثالث.

³⁹The sons of Eshek his brother: Ulam his firstborn, Jeush the second, and Eliphelet the third.

⁴⁰وكان بنو اولام رجالا جبابرة بأس يغرقون في القسي كثيري البنين وبني البنين مئة وخمسين. كل هؤلاء من بني بنيامين

⁴⁰The sons of Ulam were mighty men of valor, archers, and had many sons, and sons’ sons, one hundred fifty. All these were of the sons of Benjamin.
