¹لامام المغنين على ذوات الاوتار على القرار. مزمور لداود‎. ‎يا رب لا توبخني بغضبك ولا تؤدبني بغيظك‎.

¹Yahweh, don’t rebuke me in your anger, neither discipline me in your wrath.

²‎ارحمني يا رب لاني ضعيف‎ . ‎اشفني يا رب لان عظامي قد رجفت

²Have mercy on me, Yahweh, for I am faint. Yahweh, heal me, for my bones are troubled.

³ونفسي قد ارتاعت جدا. وانت يا رب فحتى متى

³My soul is also in great anguish. But you, Yahweh—how long?

⁴عد يا رب. نج نفسي. خلّصني من اجل رحمتك‎.

⁴Return, Yahweh. Deliver my soul, and save me for your loving kindness’ sake.

⁵‎لانه ليس في الموت ذكرك. في الهاوية من يحمدك‎.

⁵For in death there is no memory of you. In Sheol Sheol is the place of the dead. , who shall give you thanks?

⁶‎تعبت في تنهدي. اعوّم في كل ليلة سريري بدموعي اذوّب فراشي‎.

⁶I am weary with my groaning. Every night I flood my bed. I drench my couch with my tears.

⁷‎ساخت من الغم عيني. شاخت من كل مضايقيّ

⁷My eye wastes away because of grief. It grows old because of all my adversaries.

⁸ابعدوا عني يا جميع فاعلي الاثم. لان الرب قد سمع صوت بكائي‎.

⁸Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity, for Yahweh has heard the voice of my weeping.

⁹‎سمع الرب تضرعي. الرب يقبل صلاتي‎.

⁹Yahweh has heard my supplication. Yahweh accepts my prayer.

¹⁰‎جميع اعدائي يخزون ويرتاعون جدا. يعودون ويخزون بغتة

¹⁰May all my enemies be ashamed and dismayed. They shall turn back, they shall be disgraced suddenly.
