¹Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of Jehovah is risen upon thee.

¹ "Cod, llewyrcha, oherwydd daeth dy oleuni; llewyrchodd gogoniant yr ARGLWYDD arnat.

²For, behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the peoples; but Jehovah will arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.

² Er bod tywyllwch yn gorchuddio'r ddaear, a'r fagddu dros y bobloedd, bydd yr ARGLWYDD yn llewyrchu arnat ti, a gwelir ei ogoniant arnat.

³And nations shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.

³ Fe ddaw'r cenhedloedd at dy oleuni, a brenhinoedd at ddisgleirdeb dy wawr.

⁴Lift up thine eyes round about, and see: they all gather themselves together, they come to thee; thy sons shall come from far, and thy daughters shall be carried in the arms.

⁴ "Cod dy lygaid ac edrych o'th gwmpas; y maent i gyd yn ymgasglu i ddod atat, yn dwyn dy feibion a'th ferched o bell, ac yn eu cludo ar eu hystlys;

⁵Then thou shalt see and be radiant, and thy heart shall thrill and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be turned unto thee, the wealth of the nations shall come unto thee.

⁵ pan weli, bydd dy wyneb yn gloywi, bydd dy galon yn llawn cyffro a llawenydd; troir atat gyflawnder y m�r, a daw golud y cenhedloedd yn eiddo iti.

⁶The multitude of camels shall cover thee, the dromedaries of Midian and Ephah; all they from Sheba shall come; they shall bring gold and frankincense, and shall proclaim the praises of Jehovah.

⁶ Bydd gyrroedd o gamelod yn dy orchuddio, daw camelod masnach o Midian, Effa a Sheba; byddant i gyd yn cludo aur a thus, ac yn mynegi moliant yr ARGLWYDD.

⁷All the flocks of Kedar shall be gathered together unto thee, the rams of Nebaioth shall minister unto thee; they shall come up with acceptance on mine altar; and I will glorify the house of my glory.

⁷ Cesglir holl ddefaid Cedar atat, a bydd hyrddod Nebaioth at dy wasanaeth; offrymir hwy'n aberthau derbyniol ar fy allor, ac ychwanegaf at ogoniant fy nhu375? gogoneddus.

⁸Who are these that fly as a cloud, and as the doves to their windows?

⁸ "Pwy yw'r rhain sy'n ehedeg fel cwmwl, ac fel colomennod i'w nythle?

⁹Surely the isles shall wait for me, and the ships of Tarshish first, to bring thy sons from far, their silver and their gold with them, for the name of Jehovah thy God, and for the Holy One of Israel, because he hath glorified thee.

⁹ Y mae cychod yr ynysoedd yn ymgasglu, a llongau Tarsis ar y blaen, i ddod �'th blant o bell, a'u harian a'u haur gyda hwy, er anrhydedd i'r ARGLWYDD dy Dduw, Sanct Israel; oherwydd y mae wedi dy ogoneddu.

¹⁰And foreigners shall build up thy walls, and their kings shall minister unto thee: for in my wrath I smote thee, but in my favor have I had mercy on thee.

¹⁰ "Dieithriaid fydd yn codi dy furiau, a'u brenhinoedd yn dy wasanaethu, oherwydd, er i mi yn fy nig dy daro, penderfynais dosturio wrthyt.

¹¹Thy gates also shall be open continually; they shall not be shut day nor night; that men may bring unto thee the wealth of the nations, and their kings led captive.

¹¹ Bydd dy byrth yn agored bob amser, heb eu cau ddydd na nos, er mwyn dwyn golud y cenhedloedd atat, gyda'u brenhinoedd yn osgordd.

¹²For that nation and kingdom that will not serve thee shall perish; yea, those nations shall be utterly wasted.

¹² Oherwydd difethir y genedl a'r deyrnas sy'n gwrthod dy wasanaethu; dinistrir y cenhedloedd hynny'n llwyr.

¹³The glory of Lebanon shall come unto thee, the fir-tree, the pine, and the box-tree together, to beautify the place of my sanctuary; and I will make the place of my feet glorious.

¹³ Daw gogoniant Lebanon atat � y ffynidwydd, y ffawydd a'r pren bocs � i harddu man fy nghysegr, ac anrhydeddu'r lle y gosodaf fy nhraed.

¹⁴And the sons of them that afflicted thee shall come bending unto thee; and all they that despised thee shall bow themselves down at the soles of thy feet; and they shall call thee The city of Jehovah, The Zion of the Holy One of Israel.

¹⁴ Daw plant dy ormeswyr atat yn ostyngedig; bydd pob un a'th ddiystyrodd yn ymostwng wrth dy draed; galwant di yn Ddinas yr ARGLWYDD, Seion Sanct Israel.

¹⁵Whereas thou hast been forsaken and hated, so that no man passed through thee, I will make thee an eternal excellency, a joy of many generations.

¹⁵ "Yn lle dy fod yn wrthodedig ac yn atgas, heb neb yn tramwyo trwot, fe'th wnaf yn ogoniant tragwyddol, ac yn llawenydd o oes i oes.

¹⁶Thou shalt also suck the milk of the nations, and shalt suck the breast of kings; and thou shalt know that I, Jehovah, am thy Saviour, and thy Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.

¹⁶ Cei sugno llaeth cenhedloedd, a'th fagu ar fronnau brenhinoedd, a chei wybod mai myfi, yr ARGLWYDD, yw dy achubydd, ac mai Duw cadarn Jacob yw dy waredydd.

¹⁷For brass I will bring gold, and for iron I will bring silver, and for wood brass, and for stones iron. I will also make thy officers peace, and thine exactors righteousness.

¹⁷ "Yn lle pres dygaf aur, yn lle haearn dygaf arian, ac yn lle coed, bres, yn lle cerrig, haearn; gwnaf dy lywodraethwyr yn heddychol a'th feistradoedd yn gyfiawn.

¹⁸Violence shall no more be heard in thy land, desolation nor destruction within thy borders; but thou shalt call thy walls Salvation, and thy gates Praise.

¹⁸ Ni chlywir mwyach am drais yn dy wlad, nac am ddistryw na dinistr o fewn dy derfynau, ond gelwi dy fagwyrydd yn Iachawdwriaeth, a'th byrth yn Foliant.

¹⁹The sun shall be no more thy light by day; neither for brightness shall the moon give light unto thee: but Jehovah will be unto thee an everlasting light, and thy God thy glory.

¹⁹ "Nid yr haul fydd mwyach yn goleuo i ti yn y dydd, ac nid y lleuad fydd yn llewyrchu i ti yn y nos; ond yr ARGLWYDD fydd yn oleuni di�baid i ti, a'th Dduw fydd yn ddisgleirdeb i ti.

²⁰Thy sun shall no more go down, neither shall thy moon withdraw itself; for Jehovah will be thine everlasting light, and the days of thy mourning shall be ended.

²⁰ Ni fachluda dy haul mwyach, ac ni phalla dy leuad; oherwydd yr ARGLWYDD fydd yn oleuni di-baid i ti, a daw diwedd ar ddyddiau dy alar.

²¹Thy people also shall be all righteous; they shall inherit the land for ever, the branch of my planting, the work of my hands, that I may be glorified.

²¹ Bydd dy bobl i gyd yn gyfiawn, yn gwreiddio yn y tir am byth, yn flaguryn a blennais � fy ngwaith fy hun i'm gogoneddu.

²²The little one shall become a thousand, and the small one a strong nation; I, Jehovah, will hasten it in its time.

²² Daw'r lleiaf yn llwyth, a'r ychydig yn genedl gref. Myfi yw'r ARGLWYDD; brysiaf i wneud hyn yn ei amser."
