1And Jehovah said unto Aaron, Thou and thy sons and thy fathers' house with thee shall bear the iniquity of the sanctuary; and thou and thy sons with thee shall bear the iniquity of your priesthood.
1परमेश्वर अहरोनला म्हणाला, “या पवित्र जागेविरुद्ध काही वाईट गोष्टी केल्या तर तू, तुझी मुले, तुझ्या वडिलांच्या कुटुंबातले सगळे लोक त्याला जबाबदार रहाल. तू आणि तुझी मुले याजकांविरुद्ध केलेल्या वाईट गोष्टींबद्दल जबाबदार राहाल.
2And thy brethren also, the tribe of Levi, the tribe of thy father, bring thou near with thee, that they may be joined unto thee, and minister unto thee: but thou and thy sons with thee shall be before the tent of the testimony.

3And they shall keep thy charge, and the charge of all the Tent: only they shall not come nigh unto the vessels of the sanctuary and unto the altar, that they die not, neither they, nor ye.

4And they shall be joined unto thee, and keep the charge of the tent of meeting, for all the service of the Tent: and a stranger shall not come nigh unto you.

5And ye shall keep the charge of the sanctuary, and the charge of the altar; that there be wrath no more upon the children of Israel.

6And I, behold, I have taken your brethren the Levites from among the children of Israel: to you they are a gift, given unto Jehovah, to do the service of the tent of meeting.
6इस्राएल मधल्या सर्व लोकांतून मीच लेवी लोकांना निवडले. ते तुझ्यासाठी एक भेट आहे. त्या लोकांना मी तुला दिले. ते परमेश्वराची सेवा करतील आणि दर्शन मंडपात काम करतील.
7And thou and thy sons with thee shall keep your priesthood for everything of the altar, and for that within the veil; and ye shall serve: I give you the priesthood as a service of gift: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.

8And Jehovah spake unto Aaron, And I, behold, I have given thee the charge of my heave-offerings, even all the hallowed things of the children of Israel; unto thee have I given them by reason of the anointing, and to thy sons, as a portion for ever.
8नंतर परमेश्वर अहरोनला म्हणाला, “लोक मला ज्या खास भेटी देतात त्यांची जबाबदारी मी स्वत: तुझ्यावर टाकली आहे. इस्राएलाचे लोक ज्या पवित्र भेटी मला देतात त्या सर्व मी तुला दिल्या आहेत. तू आणि तुझी मुले त्या वाटून घेऊ शकता. त्या नेहमीच तुमच्या राहतील.
9This shall be thine of the most holy things, [reserved] from the fire: every oblation of theirs, even every meal-offering of theirs, and every sin-offering of theirs, and every trespass-offering of theirs, which they shall render unto me, shall be most holy for thee and for thy sons.
9लोक होमार्पण, धान्यार्पण, पापार्पणे आणि अपराधासाठी करावयाची अर्पणे इत्यादी बऱ्याच गोष्टी आणतील. ती अर्पणे पवित्र आहेत. सर्वात पवित्र अर्पणातला ने जळलेला भाग तुझा असेल. त्या सगव्व्या गोष्टी फकत तुझ्यासाठी आणि तुझ्या मुलांसाठी असतील.
10As the most holy things shalt thou eat thereof; every male shall eat thereof: it shall be holy unto thee.
10त्या गोष्टी फकत पवित्र जागेतच खा. तुझ्या कुटुंबातला प्रत्येक पुरुष ते खाऊ शकतो. पण ती अर्पणे पवित्र आहेत हे तू लक्षात ठेव.
11And this is thine: the heave-offering of their gift, even all the wave-offerings of the children of Israel; I have given them unto thee, and to thy sons and to thy daughters with thee, as a portion for ever; every one that is clean in thy house shall eat thereof.
11“आणि इस्राएलचे लोक ओवाळणीची अर्पणे म्हणून जी अर्पणे देतील ती सुद्धा तुझीच असतील. मी ती तुला, तुझ्या मुलांना आणि मुलींना देत आहे. हा तुझा वाटा आहे. तुझ्या कुटुंबातला प्रत्येक शुद्ध माणूस ती खाऊ शकेल.
12All the best of the oil, and all the best of the vintage, and of the grain, the first-fruits of them which they give unto Jehovah, to thee have I given them.

13The first-ripe fruits of all that is in their land, which they bring unto Jehovah, shall be thine; every one that is clean in thy house shall eat thereof.

14Everything devoted in Israel shall be thine.
14“इस्राएलमधून ज्या ज्या गोष्टी परमेश्वराला देण्यात येतात त्या तुझ्या आहेत.
15Everything that openeth the womb, of all flesh which they offer unto Jehovah, both of man and beast shall be thine: nevertheless the first-born of man shalt thou surely redeem, and the firstling of unclean beasts shalt thou redeem.
15“स्त्रिचे पहिले मूल आणि जनावराचे पहिले पाडस परमेश्वराला अर्पण केलेच पाहिजे. ते मूल तुझे असेल. जन्माला आलेले पहिले पाडस जर अशुद्ध असेल तर ते परत मागे विकत घेतले पाहिजे. जर ते मूल असेल तर ते परत मागे विकत घेतले पाहिजे. ते मूल परत त्या कुटुंबाचे होईल.
16And those that are to be redeemed of them from a month old shalt thou redeem, according to thine estimation, for the money of five shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary (the same is twenty gerahs).

17But the firstling of a cow, or the firstling of a sheep, or the firstling of a goat, thou shalt not redeem; they are holy: thou shalt sprinkle their blood upon the altar, and shalt burn their fat for an offering made by fire, for a sweet savor unto Jehovah.
17“परंतु तू प्रथम जन्मलेल्या गाय, मेंढी आणि बकरीसाठी पैसे देऊ नकोस. ते प्राणी पवित्र आहेत. त्यांचे रकत वेदीवर शिंपड आणि त्यांची चरबी जाळून टाक. ही अग्नीत दिलेली अर्पणे आहेत. त्यांचा सुवास परमेश्वराला संतोष देतो.
18And the flesh of them shall be thine, as the wave-breast and as the right thigh, it shall be thine.

19All the heave-offerings of the holy things, which the children of Israel offer unto Jehovah, have I given thee, and thy sons and thy daughters with thee, as a portion for ever: it is a covenant of salt for ever before Jehovah unto thee and to thy seed with thee.
19लोक ज्या पवित्र गोष्टी मला अर्पण करतात त्या मी परमेश्वर तुला देतो. तो तुझा वाटा आहे. मी तो तुला, तुझ्या मुलांना व मुलींना देत आहे. हा नियम सदैव अस्तित्वात राहील. तो परमेश्वराबरोबर केलेला पवित्र करार आहे. तो मोडता येणार नाही. मी तुला आणि तुझ्या वंशजांना असे वचन देतो.”
20And Jehovah said unto Aaron, Thou shalt have no inheritance in their land, neither shalt thou have any portion among them: I am thy portion and thine inheritance among the children of Israel.
20परमेश्वर अहरोनाला आणखी म्हणाला, “तुला कुठलीही जमीन मिळणार नाही आणि जे दुसऱ्या लोकांचे आहे ते तुला मिळणार नाही. मी परमेश्वर तुझा हिस्सा आहे. इस्राएल लोकांना मी वचन दिल्याप्रमाणे जमीन मिळेल. पण मी मात्र तुझी भेट आहे.
21And unto the children of Levi, behold, I have given all the tithe in Israel for an inheritance, in return for their service which they serve, even the service of the tent of meeting.
21“इस्राएलाचे लोक त्यांच्या जवळच्या सर्व गोष्टीतला दहावा हिस्सा देतील. म्हणून तो दहाव्वा भाग मी लेवीच्या सर्व वंशजांना देतो. ते दर्शन मंडपात जे काम करतील त्याचा हा मोबदला आहे.
22And henceforth the children of Israel shall not come nigh the tent of meeting, lest they bear sin, and die.
22परंतु इस्राएलच्या इतर लोकांनी कधीनी दर्शन मंडपाजवळ जाता कामा नये. ते जर गेले तर त्यांना मारून टाकण्यात यावे.
23But the Levites shall do the service of the tent of meeting, and they shall bear their iniquity: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations; and among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance.
23लेवीचे जे वंशज दर्शन मंडपात काम करतात ते त्याच्याविरुद्ध केलेल्या पापाला जबाबदार असतील. हा नियम नेहमी अस्तीत्वात राहील. मी इस्राएल लोकांना जी जमीन देण्याचे वचन दिले आहे ती जमीन लेवीना मिळणार नाही.
24For the tithe of the children of Israel, which they offer as a heave-offering unto Jehovah, I have given to the Levites for an inheritance: therefore I have said unto them, Among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance.
24परंतु इस्राएल लोकांजलऴ जे आहे त्याच्या दहावा भाग ते मला देतील. आणि तो दहावा भाग मी लेवी लोकांना देईन. म्हणून मी लेवी लोकांबद्दल असे बोललो: त्या लोकांना मी इस्राएल लोकांना जी जमीन देणार आहे ती मिळणार नाही.”
25And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,

26Moreover thou shalt speak unto the Levites, and say unto them, When ye take of the children of Israel the tithe which I have given you from them for your inheritance, then ye shall offer up a heave-offering of it for Jehovah, a tithe of the tithe.
26“तू लेवी लोकांशी बोल आणि त्यांना सांग: इस्राएलाचे लोक त्यांच्या जवळ जे जे आहे त्या सगव्व्याचा दहावा भाग परमेश्वराला देतील. तो दहावा भाग लेवी लोकांचा असेल. पण त्याचा दहावा भाग तू परमेश्वराला अर्पण केला पाहिजेस.
27And your heave-offering shall be reckoned unto you, as though it were the grain of the threshing-floor, and as the fulness of the winepress.
27पिक काढल्यानंतर तुला धान्य देण्यात येईल आणि द्राक्षारसही देण्यात येईल. म्हणून ती तुझी परमेश्वराला देण्यात येणारी अर्पणे असतील.
28Thus ye also shall offer a heave-offering unto Jehovah of all your tithes, which ye receive of the children of Israel; and thereof ye shall give Jehovah's heave-offering to Aaron the priest.
28याप्रमाणे तू सुद्धा इस्राएलाचे लोक देतात तशी परमेश्वराला अर्पणे देशील. इस्राएलचे लोक परमेश्वराला जे देतात त्याच्या दहावा भाग ते तुला देतील आणि त्यातला दहावा भाग तू याजक अहरोनाला देशील.
29Out of all your gifts ye shall offer every heave-offering of Jehovah, of all the best thereof, even the hallowed part thereof out of it.
29इस्राएलचे लोक जेव्हा त्यांच्याकडे असलेल्या गोष्टीतील दहावा भाग तुला देतील तेव्हा तू त्यातला सर्वात चांगला आणि पवित्र भाग निवडायला पाहिजेस आणि तो दहावा भाग तू परमेश्वराला अर्पण केला पाहिजेस.
30Therefore thou shalt say unto them, When ye heave the best thereof from it, then it shall be reckoned unto the Levites as the increase of the threshing-floor, and as the increase of the wine-press.
30“मोशे लेवी लोकांना सांग: इस्राएलचे लोक त्यांच्या कापणीचा आणि द्राक्षारसाचा दहावा भाग त्यांना देतील. तेव्हा तुम्ही त्यातला सर्वात चांगला भाग परमेश्वराला द्यावा.
31And ye shall eat it in every place, ye and your households: for it is your reward in return for your service in the tent of meeting.
31उरलेले तुम्ही आणि तुमचे कुटुंबीय ह्यांनी खावा. तुम्ही दर्शन मंडपात जे काम करता त्याबद्दलची ही मजुरी आहे.
32And ye shall bear no sin by reason of it, when ye have heaved from it the best thereof: and ye shall not profane the holy things of the children of Israel, that ye die not.
32आणि जर तुम्ही सर्वांत चांगला दहावा भाग परमेश्वराला द्याल तर तुम्ही कधीही अपराधी होणार नाही. तुम्हाला हे नेहमी आठवेल की त्या भेटी म्हणजे इस्राएल लोकांकडून पवित्र अर्पणे होत आणि तुम्ही मरणार नाही.”
