1A Psalm of Asaph. God standeth in the congregation of God; He judgeth among the gods.
1देव देवांच्या सभेत उभा राहातो. तो देवांच्या सभेत न्यायाधीश आहे.
2How long will ye judge unjustly, And respect the persons of the wicked? Selah
2देव म्हणतो, “तू किती काळपर्यंत लोकांना विपरीत न्याय देणार आहेस? दुष्टांना तू आणखी किती काळ शिक्षा न करताच सोडून देणार आहेस?”
3Judge the poor and fatherless: Do justice to the afflicted and destitute.
3“गरीबांना आणि अनाथांना संरक्षण दे. त्या गरीब लोकांच्या हक्कांचे रक्षण कर.
4Rescue the poor and needy: Deliver them out of the hand of the wicked.
4त्या गरीब, असहाय्य लोकांना मदत कर. त्यांचे दुष्टांपासून रक्षण कर.”
5They know not, neither do they understand; They walk to and fro in darkness: All the foundations of the earth are shaken.
5“काय घडते आहे ते त्यांना कळत नाही. त्यांना काही समजत नाही. ते काय करीत आहेत ते त्यांना कळत नाही. त्यांचे जग त्यांच्या भोवती कोसळत आहे.”
6I said, Ye are gods, And all of you sons of the Most High.
6मी (देव) म्हणतो, “तुम्ही देव आहात तुम्ही सर्वशक्तिमान देवाची मुले आहात.”
7Nevertheless ye shall die like men, And fall like one of the princes.
7परंतु तुम्ही मरणार आहात इतर लोक मरतात त्याप्रमाणे तुम्ही मराल, इतर पुढारी मरतात त्याप्रमाणे तुम्ही मराल.
8Arise, O God, judge the earth; For thou shalt inherit all the nations.
8देवा, ऊठ! तू न्यायाधीश हो. देवा, तू सर्व देशांचा पुढारी हो.
