¹Let a man so account of us, as of ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God.

¹ခရစ်တော်၏ အစေအပါ ကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ ဘုရားသခင်၏ နက်နဲသော အရာတို့ကို စောင့်သော ဘဏ္ဍာစိုး ကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ သူတပါးသည် ငါတို့ကို မှတ်ပါစေ။

²Here, moreover, it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.

²ထိုမှတပါး၊ ဘဏ္ဍာစိုးမည်သည်ကား၊ သစ္စာရှိရမည်။

³But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged of you, or of man's judgment: yea, I judge not mine own self.

³သင်တို့မှစ၍ အခြားသောလူများတို့သည် ငါ့ကို သစ္စာမရှိဟု စီရင်သော်လည်း၊ ငါသည်အမှုမထား။ ငါ့ကိုယ်ကို ငါမစီရင်။

⁴For I know nothing against myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord.

⁴အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ကိုယ်စိတ်သည် ကိုယ်ကို အပြစ်မတင်။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ ထိုအကြောင်းဖြင့် ငါသည် အပြစ်လွတ်သည်မဟုတ်။ ငါ့ကို စီရင်သောသူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရားပေတည်း။

⁵Wherefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who will both bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and make manifest the counsels of the hearts; and then shall each man have his praise from God.

⁵ထိုသို့ဖြစ်လျှင်မှောင်မိုက်၌ ဝှက်ထားသော အရာတို့ကို ပွင့်လင်း စေ၍ စိတ်နှလုံးအကြံအစည်များကို ထင်ရှားစေလတံ့သော သခင်ဘုရား ကြွလာတော်မမူမှီ တိုင်အောင် အဘယ်အမှုကိုမျှ အဆုံးအဖြတ် မစီရင် ကြနှင့်။ ကြွလာတော်မူသောအခါ၊ အသီးသီးတို့သည် ဘုရားသခင်ချီးမွမ်းတော်မူခြင်းကျေးဇူးကို ခံရကြလတံ့။

⁶Now these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and Apollos for your sakes; that in us ye might learn not [to go] beyond the things which are written; that no one of you be puffed up for the one against the other.

⁶ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ သင်တို့သည် ကျမ်းစာကို လွန်၍ သူတပါးကို မရိုသေအပ်ဟု ငါတို့ကိုထောက်၍ နားလည် စေခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ မာနစိတ်ထောင်လွှားသည်နှင့် တယောက်ကိုမှီဝဲ၍ တယောက်ကိုငြင်းဆန်ခြင်း မရှိစေခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ ငါဆိုခဲ့ပြီးသောအချက်၌ သင်တို့၏ အကျိုးကို ထောက်၍ ငါနှင့်အာပေါလုကို ပုံဆောင်လျက် ဆိုသတည်း။

⁷For who maketh thee to differ? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? but if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory as if thou hadst not received it?

⁷ထိုမှတပါး၊ အဘယ်သူသည် သင့်ကိုထူးခြားစေသနည်း။ သူတပါးလက်မှ မခံမယူဘဲ အလိုအလျောက် ရသော အရာတစုံတခုမျှ သင်၌ရှိသလော။ သူတပါးလက်မှ ခံယူသည်မှန်လျှင်၊ မခံမယူသကဲ့သို့ အဘယ်ကြောင့် ဝါကြွားသနည်း။

⁸Already are ye filled, already ye are become rich, ye have come to reign without us: yea and I would that ye did reign, that we also might reign with you.

⁸ယခုတွင် သင်တို့သည် ကြွယ်ဝကြ၏။ ငွေရ တတ်ကြ၏။ ငါတို့ မရှိစဉ်တွင်စိုးစံကြ၏။ ငါတို့သည် သင်တို့နှင့်အတူ စိုးစံရသော အခွင့်ရှိမည်အကြောင်း၊ သင်တို့ကို အမှန်စိုးစံစေခြင်းငှါ အလိုရှိ၏။

⁹For, I think, God hath set forth us the apostles last of all, as men doomed to death: for we are made a spectacle unto the world, both to angels and men.

⁹သတ်ဘို့ရာထားသောသူကဲ့သို့ အခြားသော သူများနောက်၌ တမန်တော်တည်းဟူသော ငါတို့ကို ဘုရားသခင်ထုတ်ပြတော်မူသည်ဟု ငါထင်၏။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ငါတို့သည် လောကီသားများနှင့် ကောင်းကင်တမန်များ မျက်မှောက်၌ ပွဲဝင်သောသူ ဖြစ်ကြ၏။

¹⁰We are fools for Christ's sake, but ye are wise in Christ; we are weak, but ye are strong; ye have glory, but we have dishonor.

¹⁰ငါတို့သည် ခရစ်တော်၏ အကြောင်းကြောင့် လူမိုက်ဖြစ်ကြ၏။ သင်တို့မူကား၊ ခရစ်တော်၌ ပညာရှိ ဖြစ်ကြ၏။ ငါတို့သည် အားနည်းသောသူ ဖြစ်ကြ၏။ သင်တို့မူကား၊ အစွမ်းသတ္တိနှင့် ပြည့်စုံသောသူ၊ အသရေ ရှိသောသူ ဖြစ်ကြ၏။ ငါတို့သည် အရှက်အကြောက် ခံရသော သူဖြစ်၍၊

¹¹Even unto this present hour we both hunger, and thirst, and are naked, and are buffeted, and have no certain dwelling-place;

¹¹ယခုတိုင်အောင် အစားအသောက်ငတ်မွတ်ခြင်း၊ အဝတ်နွမ်းပါးခြင်း၊ ရိုက်ပုတ်ညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်းကို ခံရကြ၏။ နေရာမကျသောသူ၊

¹²and we toil, working with our own hands: being reviled, we bless; being persecuted, we endure;

¹²ကိုယ်လက်နှင့်ပင်ပန်းစွာ လုပ်ဆောင်ရသောသူ ဖြစ်ကြ၏။ ကဲ့ရဲ့ခြင်းကို ခံရသောအခါ မေတ္တာပို့ကြ၏။ ညှဉ်းဆဲနှိပ်စက်ခြင်းကို ခံရသောအခါ သည်းခံကြ၏။

¹³being defamed, we entreat: we are made as the filth of the world, the offscouring of all things, even until now.

¹³အသရေရှုတ်ချခြင်းကို ခံရသောအခါ တောင်းပန်ကြ၏။ ဤလောက၏ အညစ်အကြေးကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ အရပ်ရပ်ထဲက လှည်းပစ်သော တန်မြက်ချေး အမှိုက် ကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ ယခုတိုင်အောင်ဖြစ်ကြ၏။

¹⁴I write not these things to shame you, but to admonish you as my beloved children.

¹⁴သင်တို့သည် ရှက်စေခြင်းငှါ ဤသို့ငါရေးသည် မဟုတ်။ သင်တို့ကို ချစ်သားကဲ့သို့ မှတ်၍ သတိပေး၏။

¹⁵For though ye have ten thousand tutors in Christ, yet [have ye] not many fathers; for in Christ Jesus I begat you through the gospel.

¹⁵သင်တို့တွင် ခရစ်တော်၏အကြောင်းကို သင်ပေးသော ဆရာတသောင်းရှိငြားသော်လည်း၊ အဘ အများမရှိ။ ဧဝံဂေလိတရားအားဖြင့် ငါသည် သင်တို့ကို ယေရှုခရစ်၌ ဖြစ်ဘွားစေပြီ။

¹⁶I beseech you therefore, be ye imitators of me.

¹⁶သို့ဖြစ်၍၊ ငါကျင့်သည်နည်းတူ သင်တို့သည် ကျင့်ကြမည်အကြောင်း ငါနှိုးဆော် တောင်းပန်၏။

¹⁷For this cause have I sent unto you Timothy, who is my beloved and faithful child in the Lord, who shall put you in remembrance of my ways which are in Christ, even as I teach everywhere in every church.

¹⁷ထိုအကြောင်းကြောင့် သခင်ဘုရား၌ သစ္စာရှိသော ငါ၏ချစ်သားတိမောသေကို သင်တို့ဆီသို့ ငါ စေလွှတ်၏။ ခပ်သိမ်းသော အရပ်တို့၌ ခပ်သိမ်းသော အသင်းတော်တို့ကို ငါသွန်သင်သည်နှင့်အညီ၊ ငါသည် ခရစ်တော်၌ကျင့်သော အကျင့်ဓလေ့များကို သင်တို့သည် မှတ်မိစေခြင်းငှါ သူသည် ပြသတိုက်တွန်းလိမ့်မည်။

¹⁸Now some are puffed up, as though I were not coming to you.

¹⁸ငါသည်သင်တို့ဆီသို့ ကိုယ်တိုင်မလာဟု အချို့သော သူတို့သည် ထင်မှတ်သည်နှင့်၊ မာနထောင်လွှားခြင်း ရှိကြ၏။

¹⁹But I will come to you shortly, if the Lord will; and I will know, not the word of them that are puffed up, but the power.

¹⁹သို့သော်လည်း သခင်ဘုရားသည် အလိုတော်ရှိ လျှင် ငါသည် မြန်မြန်လာမည်။ လာသောအခါ မာန ထောင်လွှားသောသူတို့၏ စကားကို သိမှတ်မည်မဟုတ်။ သူတို့၏တန်ခိုးကို သိမှတ်မည်။

²⁰For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.

²⁰အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ဘုရားသခင်၏နိုင်ငံတော်သည် စကား၌ တည်သည်မဟုတ်၊ တန်ခိုး၌ တည်၏။

²¹What will ye? shall I come unto you with a rod, or in love and a spirit of gentleness?

²¹သင်တို့သည် အဘယ်သို့ အလိုရှိသနည်း။ ငါသည်နှင်တံနှင့် သင်တို့ဆီသို့လာရမည်လော။ သို့မဟုတ် မေတ္တာနှင့် ၎င်း၊ နူးညံ့သိမ်မွေ့သော စိတ်နှင့်၎င်း၊ လာရမည်လော။
