¹Then answered Bildad the Shuhite, and said,

¹တဖန် ရှုအာအမျိုးသား ဗိလဒဒ်မြွက်ဆိုသည် ကား၊

²Dominion and fear are with him; He maketh peace in his high places.

²ဘုရားသခင်သည် အာဏာတော်နှင့်၎င်း၊ ကြောက်ရွံ့ရိုသေဘွယ်သော ဂုဏ်တော်နှင့်၎င်း ပြည့်စုံ၍၊ မြင့်သောဌာနတော်၌ ငြိမ်သက်ခြင်းကို ပြုစုတော်မူ၏။

³Is there any number of his armies? And upon whom doth not his light arise?

³ဗိုလ်ခြေတော်တို့ကို ရေတွက်နိုင်သလော။ အလင်းတော်သည် အဘယ်သူကိုမလင်းဘဲ နေသနည်း။

⁴How then can man be just with God? Or how can he be clean that is born of a woman?

⁴သို့ဖြစ်၍ လူသည် ဘုရားသခင်ရှေ့တော်၌ ကုသိုလ်ကို အဘယ်သို့ရနိုင်သနည်း။ လူမိန်းမဘွားမြင် သောသူသည် အဘယ်သို့ သန့်ရှင်းနိုင်သနည်း။

⁵Behold, even the moon hath no brightness, And the stars are not pure in his sight:

⁵လသော်လည်း အလင်းမရှိ။ ကြယ်သော်လည်း ရှေ့တော်၌ မဖြူစင်။

⁶How much less man, that is a worm! And the son of man, that is a worm!

⁶ထိုမျှမက၊ တီကောင်ဖြစ်သောလူ၊ ပိုးရွဖြစ်သောလူသားကို အဘယ်ဆိုဘွယ်ရာ ရှိသနည်းဟု မြွက်ဆို၏။
