¹Moreover Jehovah answered Job, and said,

¹တဖန်ထာဝရဘုရားက၊ အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင်ကို ဆုံးမသော သူသည် ဆန့်ကျင်ဘက်ပြုဦးမလော။

²Shall he that cavilleth contend with the Almighty? He that argueth with God, let him answer it.

²ဘုရားသခင်ကို အပြစ်တင်သော သူသည် ပြန်ပြောစေတော့ဟု ယောဘအား မိန့်တော်မူလျှင်၊

³Then Job answered Jehovah, and said,

³ယောဘက အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ဆိုးယုတ်ပါ၏။

⁴Behold, I am of small account; What shall I answer thee? I lay my hand upon my mouth.

⁴ကိုယ်တော်အား အဘယ်သို့ ပြန်လျှောက်ရပါမည်နည်း။ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်နှုတ်ကို ကိုယ်လက်နှင့် ပိတ်ပါမည်။

⁵Once have I spoken, and I will not answer; Yea, twice, but I will proceed no further.

⁵တကြိမ်ပြောမိပါပြီ။ တဖန်မပြောဝံ့ပါ။ နှစ်ကြိမ်တိုင်အောင် ပြောမိပါပြီ။ သို့ရာတွင် ထပ်၍မပြောဝံ့ပါဟု ထာဝရဘုရားအား ပြန်၍ လျှောက်လေ၏။

⁶Then Jehovah answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said,

⁶တဖန်ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မိုဃ်းသက်မုန်တိုင်း ထဲက ယောဘအား မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊

⁷Gird up thy loins now like a man: I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto me.

⁷လူယောက်ျားကဲ့သို့ သင်၏ခါးကိုစည်းလော့။ ငါမေးမြန်း သောပြဿနာတို့ကို ဖြေလော့။

⁸Wilt thou even annul my judgment? Wilt thou condemn me, that thou mayest be justified?

⁸သင်သည် ငါတရားစီရင်ချက်ကို ပယ်မည်လော။ သင်သည် ကိုယ်တိုင်ဖြောင့်မတ်ဟန်ရှိစေခြင်းငှါ၊ ငါကိုအပြစ်ရှိသည်ဟု စီရင်မည်လော။

⁹Or hast thou an arm like God? And canst thou thunder with a voice like him?

⁹သင်သည်ဘုရားသခင်၏ လက်ရုံးကဲ့သို့သော လက်ရုံးရှိသလော။ ဘုရားသခင်၏ အသံကဲ့သို့သော အသံနှင့် မိုဃ်းချုန်းနိုင်သလော။

¹⁰Deck thyself now with excellency and dignity; And array thyself with honor and majesty.

¹⁰ထူးဆန်းသော ဘုန်းတန်ခိုးအာနုဘော်ကို ဝတ်ဆောင်လော့။ တင့်တယ်သော ဂုဏ်အသရေနှင့် တန်ဆာဆင်လော့။

¹¹Pour forth the overflowings of thine anger; And look upon every one that is proud, and abase him.

¹¹သင်၏အမျက်အရှိန်ကို လွှတ်လော့။ မာန ထောင်လွှားသောသူအပေါင်းတို့ကို ကြည့်ရှု၍ နှိမ့်ချ လော့။

¹²Look on every one that is proud, [and] bring him low; And tread down the wicked where they stand.

¹²မာနထောင်လွှားသော သူအပေါင်းတို့ကို ကြည့်ရှု၍ ရှုတ်ချလော့။ အဓမ္မလူတို့ကို နှိပ်နင်း၍၊

¹³Hide them in the dust together; Bind their faces in the hidden [place].

¹³သူတို့ကိုမြေမှုန့်၌ တစုတည်း ဝှက်ထားလော့။ သူတို့မျက်နှာများကို မှောင်မိုက်၌ ဖုံးအုပ်လော့။

¹⁴Then will I also confess of thee That thine own right hand can save thee.

¹⁴သို့ပြုလျှင် သင်၏လက်ျာလက်ရုံးသည် သင့်ကို ကယ်တင်နိုင်သည်ဟု ငါဝန်ခံမည်။

¹⁵Behold now, behemoth, which I made as well as thee; He eateth grass as an ox.

¹⁵သင်နှင့်အတူ ငါဖန်ဆင်းသော ဗေဟမုတ်ခြင်း ကို ကြည့်ရှုလော့။ နွားကဲ့သို့ မြက်ကို စားတတ်၏။

¹⁶Lo now, his strength is in his loins, And his force is in the muscles of his belly.

¹⁶သူ၏တန်ခိုးသည် ခါး၌၎င်း၊ သူ၏ခွန်အားသည် ဝမ်းကြော၌၎င်း တည်လျက်ရှိ၏။

¹⁷He moveth his tail like a cedar: The sinews of his thighs are knit together.

¹⁷သူ့အမြီးသည် အာရဇ်ပင်ကဲ့သို့ လှုပ်တတ်၏။ ပေါင်ကြောတို့သည် အထပ်ထပ်ရှိကြ၏။

¹⁸His bones are [as] tubes of brass; His limbs are like bars of iron.

¹⁸အရိုးငယ်တို့သည် ကြေးဝါချောင်း၊ အရိုးကြီး တို့သည် သံတုံးကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်ကြ၏။

¹⁹He is the chief of the ways of God: He [only] that made him giveth him his sword.

¹⁹ဘုရားသခင်ဖန်ဆင်းသော သတ္တဝါတို့တွင် ထူးဆန်းသော သတ္တဝါဖြစ်၏။ သူ့ကိုဖန်ဆင်းသော ဘုရားသာလျှင် သူ၏တံစဉ်ကို ပေးပြီ။

²⁰Surely the mountains bring him forth food, Where all the beasts of the field do play.

²⁰မြေတိရစ္ဆာန်အပေါင်းတို့ ကစားရာတောင်ရိုး သည် သူ၏ကျက်စားရာအရပ်ဖြစ်၏။

²¹He lieth under the lotus-trees, In the covert of the reed, and the fen.

²¹အရိပ်ကောင်းသော အပင်အောက်၊ ကျူပင် ချုံဖုတ်အောက်၊ ရေများသောအရပ်၌ နေတတ်၏။

²²The lotus-trees cover him with their shade; The willows of the brook compass him about.

²²ထိုအပင်တို့သည် အရိပ်နှင့်လွှမ်းမိုး၍ ချောင်း နားမိုဃ်းမခပင်တို့သည် ဝိုင်းကြ၏။

²³Behold, if a river overflow, he trembleth not; He is confident, though a Jordan swell even to his mouth.

²³မြစ်ရေထသော်လည်း သူသည်မပြေးတတ်။ သူ၏ခံတွင်းကို ယော်ဒန်မြစ်ရေ ဝှေ့တိုက်သော်လည်း မတုန်မလှုပ်ဘဲ နေတတ်၏။

²⁴Shall any take him when he is on the watch, Or pierce through his nose with a snare?

²⁴ထိုမြင်းကို ထင်ရှားစွာ ဘမ်းယူမည်လော။ သူ၏နှာခေါင်းကို သံချိတ်နှင့် ဖောက်မည်လော။
