1Then Job answered Jehovah, and said,
1ယောဘသည်ထာဝရဘုရားအား ပြန်လျှောက်သည်ကား၊
2I know that thou canst do all things, And that no purpose of thine can be restrained.
2ကိုယ်တော်သည် အလုံးစုံတို့ကို တတ်နိုင်တော်မူ ကြောင်းကို၎င်း၊ အကြံအစည်တော်ကို အဘယ်သူမျှ မဆီးတားနိုင်ကြောင်းကို၎င်း အကျွန်ုပ်သိပါ၏။
3Who is this that hideth counsel without knowledge? Therefore have I uttered that which I understood not, Things too wonderful for me, which I knew not.
3ပညာမရှိဘဲ အကြံအစည်တော်ကိုမိုက်စေသော သူကားအဘယ်သူနည်း။ သို့ရာတွင် အကျွန်ုပ်သည် နားမလည်သောအရာတို့ကို၎င်း၊ ကိုယ်တိုင်မသိ၊ အံ့ဩ၍ မကုန်နိုင်သော အရာတို့ကို၎င်း ပြောမိပါပြီ။
4Hear, I beseech thee, and I will speak; I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto me.
4နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်လျှောက်ပါမည်။ အကျွန်ုပ်မေးလျှောက်သော အရာတို့ကို သွန်သင် တော်မူပါ။
5I had heard of thee by the hearing of the ear; But now mine eye seeth thee:
5သိတင်းတော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်သည် နားနှင့်ကြားဘူး ပါပြီ။ ယခုမူကား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို မျက်စိနှင့်မြင်ရပါ၏။
6Wherefore I abhor [myself], And repent in dust and ashes.
6ထိုကြောင့်အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်ကိုရွံ့ရှာပါ၏။ မြေမှုန့်နှင့်မီးဖိုပြာ၌ထိုင်၍ နောင်တရပါ၏ဟု လျှောက် လေ၏။
7And it was so, that, after Jehovah had spoken these words unto Job, Jehovah said to Eliphaz the Temanite, My wrath is kindled against thee, and against thy two friends; for ye have not spoken of me the thing that is right, as my servant Job hath.
7ထိုသို့ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ယောဘအား မိန့်တော်မူပြီးမှ၊ တေမန်အမျိုးသား ဧလိဖတ်အားလည်း သင်နှင့်သင်၏ အဆွေခင်ပွန်းနှစ်ယောက် ကိုငါအမျက် ထွက်၏။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ငါ့ကျွန်ယောဘသည် ငါ့အ ကြောင်းအရာတို့ကို ဟုတ်မှန်စွာ ပြောသကဲ့သို့ သင်တို့သည် မပြော။
8Now therefore, take unto you seven bullocks and seven rams, and go to my servant Job, and offer up for yourselves a burnt-offering; and my servant Job shall pray for you; for him will I accept, that I deal not with you after your folly; for ye have not spoken of me the thing that is right, as my servant Job hath.
8သို့ဖြစ်၍ နွားထီးခုနစ်ကောင်နှင့် သိုးထီးခုနစ် ကောင်တို့ကိုယူ ပြီးလျှင်၊ ငါ့ကျွန်ယောဘ ထံသို့သွား၍၊ မိမိတို့မီးရှို့ရာယဇ်ကို ပူဇော်ကြလော့။ ငါ့ကျွန်ယောဘသည် သင်တို့အဘို့ ဆုတောင်းရမည်။ သူ၏မျက်နှာကို ငါထောက်မည်။ သို့မဟုတ်ငါ့ကျွန်ယောဘသည် ငါ့ အကြောင်းအရာတို့ကို ဟုတ်မှန်စွာပြောသကဲ့သို့၊ သင်တို့ သည် မပြောသောအပြစ်နှင့် အလျောက်ငါစီရင်မည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
9So Eliphaz the Temanite and Bildad the Shuhite and Zophar the Naamathite went, and did according as Jehovah commanded them: and Jehovah accepted Job.
9ထိုသို့ထာဝရဘုရားမှာ ထားတော်မူသည် အတိုင်း တေမန်အမျိုးသားဧလိဖတ်၊ ရှုအာအမျိုးသား ဗိလဒဒ်၊ နေမတ်အမျိုးသားဇောဖာတို့သည် သွား၍ ပြုကြ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည်လည်း ယောဘ၏မျက်နှာ ကို ထောက်တော်မူ၏။
10And Jehovah turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: and Jehovah gave Job twice as much as he had before.
10ယောဘသည် အဆွေခင်ပွန်းတို့အဘို့ ဆုတောင်းပြီးမှ၊ သူခံရသောဒုက္ခအကြောင်းကို ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် ပယ်ရှင်း၍၊ အရင်ထက် နှစ်ဆသောဥစ္စာကို ပေးတော်မူ၏။
11Then came there unto him all his brethren, and all his sisters, and all they that had been of his acquaintance before, and did eat bread with him in his house: and they bemoaned him, and comforted him concerning all the evil that Jehovah had brought upon him: every man also gave him a piece of money, and every one a ring of gold.
11ထိုအခါ သူ၏ညီအစ်ကိုနှမများ၊ အရင်သိကျွမ်း သောသူများ၊ အပေါင်းတို့သည် သူ့ထံသို့လာ၍ သူ၏ အိမ်၌ သူနှင့်အတူစားသောက်ကြ၏။ အပေါ်မှာ ထာဝရဘုရားရောက်စေတော်မူသော ဒုက္ခဆင်းရဲရှိသမျှကို အောက်မေ့၍ သူနှင့်အတူ ညည်းတွားခြင်းနှင့် နှစ်သိမ့် စေခြင်းကို ပြုကြ၏။ ထိုသူအပေါင်းတို့သည်လည်း၊ ငွေ တပြားစီနှင့် ရွှေနားတောင်းတဘက်စီပေးကြ၏။
12So Jehovah blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning: And he had fourteen thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she-asses.
12ထိုသို့ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ယောဘ၏ ရှေ့ဖြစ်ဟန်ကို ကောင်းကြီးပေးတော်မူသဖြင့်၊ သူသည် သိုး တသောင်းလေးထောင်၊ ကုလားအုပ်ခြောက်ထောင်၊ နွားယှဉ်တထောင်၊ မြည်းမတထောင်ကို ရတတ်၏။
13He had also seven sons and three daughters.
13သားခုနစ်ယောက်နှင့် သမီးသုံးယောက်ကို လည်း ရပြန်၏။
14And he called the name of the first, Jemimah: and the name of the second, Keziah; and the name of the third, Keren-happuch.
14သမီးကြီးကား၊ ယေမိမ၊ သမီးလပ်ကား ကေဇိ၊ သမီးငယ်ကား ကေရင်္ဟပ္ပုတ်အမည်ရှိသတည်း။
15And in all the land were no women found so fair as the daughters of Job: and their father gave them inheritance among their brethren.
15တပြည်လုံး၌ယောဘ၏ သမီးကဲ့သို့ လှသောမိန်းမတစုံတယောက်မျှမရှိ။ သူတို့၏အဘသည်သူတို့ မောင်များနှင့်အညီအမျှ သူတို့အာအမွေဥစ္စာကို ဝေပေး လေ၏။
16And after this Job lived a hundred and forty years, and saw his sons, and his sons' sons, [even] four generations.
16ထိုနောက် ယောဘသည် အနှစ်တရာလေးဆယ် အသက်ရှင်၍ မိမိသား၊ မြေး၊ မြစ်တို့ကိုပင် မြင်ရပြီးမှ၊
17So Job died, being old and full of days.
17အသက်ကြီးရင့်၍ နေ့ရက်ကာလနှင့် ကြွယ်ဝ သော်၊ အနိစ္စ ရောက်လေ၏။
