¹Praise ye Jehovah. Praise, O ye servants of Jehovah, Praise the name of Jehovah.

¹ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ကျွန်တော်တို့၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏နာမတော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းကြလော့။ ချီးမွမ်းကြလော့။

²Blessed be the name of Jehovah From this time forth and for evermore.

²ထာဝရဘုရား၏ နာမတော်သည် ယခုမှစ၍၊ အစဉ်အဆက် မင်္ဂလာရှိစေသတည်း။

³From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same Jehovah's name is to be praised.

³နေထွက်ရာမှသည် နေဝင်ရာတိုင်အောင်၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၏နာမတော်သည် ချီးမွမ်းဘွယ်ဖြစ်၏။

⁴Jehovah is high above all nations, And his glory above the heavens.

⁴ထာဝရဘုရားသည် လူမျိုးတကာတို့ အပေါ်၌၎င်း၊ ဘုန်းတော်သည် ကောင်းကင်အပေါ်၌၎င်း မြင့်တော်မူ၏။

⁵Who is like unto Jehovah our God, That hath his seat on high,

⁵ကိုယ်ကို ချီးမြှင့်၍ ကျိန်းဝပ်တော်မူသော်လည်း၊

⁶That humbleth himself to behold [The things that are] in heaven and in the earth?

⁶ကိုယ်ကိုနှိမ့်ချ၍ ကောင်းကင်အရာနှင့် မြေကြီး အရာတို့ကို ကြည့်ရှုတော်မူသော ငါတို့၏ ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရားနှင့် အဘယ်သူ တူသနည်း။

⁷He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, And lifteth up the needy from the dunghill;

⁷ဆင်းရဲသောသူကို မြေမှုန့်ထဲကကြွလျက်၊ ငတ်မွတ်သော သူကို နောက်ချေးပုံထဲက ချီးမြှောက်လျက်၊

⁸That he may set him with princes, Even with the princes of his people.

⁸မင်းသားတို့တွင်၎င်း၊ မိမိလူတို့ကို အုပ်စိုးသော မင်းတို့တွင်၎င်း နေရာပေးတော်မူ၏။

⁹He maketh the barren woman to keep house, [And to be] a joyful mother of children. Praise ye Jehovah.

⁹မြုံနေသောမိန်းမသည် အိမ်၌နေ၍၊ဝမ်းမြောက် သောစိတ်နှင့် သားဘွားရသော အခွင့်ကို ပေးတော်မူ၏။ ဟာလေလုယ။
