1A Song of Ascents. Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O Jehovah.
1အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ နက်နဲရာထဲက ကိုယ်တော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်အော်ဟစ်ပါ၏။
2Lord, hear my voice: Let thine ears be attentive To the voice of my supplications.
2အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ စကားသံကို ကြား၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ဆုတောင်းပဌနာပြုသံကို နားညောင်း တော်မူပါ။
3If thou, Jehovah, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand?
3အို ဘုရားရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ဒုစရိုက်အပြစ်များကို မှတ်တော်မူလျှင် အဘယ်သူသည် ခံရပ်နိုင်ပါမည်နည်း။
4But there is forgiveness with thee, That thou mayest be feared.
4ကိုယ်တော်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့စရာအကြောင်း ရှိစေ ခြင်းငှါ၊ အပြစ်လွှတ်ခြင်းအခွင့်ကို ပိုင်တော်မူ၏။
5I wait for Jehovah, my soul doth wait, And in his word do I hope.
5ထာဝရဘုရားကို ငါစောင့်လျက်နေ၏။ ငါ့ဝိညာဉ် သည် စောင့်လျက်နေ၏။ နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို ငါမြော် လင့်၏။
6My soul [waiteth] for the Lord More than watchmen [wait] for the morning; [Yea, more than] watchmen for the morning.
6နံနက်ကိုမြော်လင့်သော သူတို့ထက်မက၊ ငါ့ဝိညာဉ်သည် ဘုရားရှင်ကို မြော်လင့်လျက်နေ၏။
7O Israel, hope in Jehovah; For with Jehovah there is lovingkindness, And with him is plenteous redemption.
7ဣသရေလအမျိုးသည် ထာဝရဘုရားကို မြော် လင့်ပါစေ။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၌ ကရုဏာ ရှိ၏။ များစွာသော ရွေးနှုတ်ခြင်းကျေးဇူးရှိ၏။ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးကို ခပ်သိမ်းသော ဒုစရိုက်အပြစ်တို့ အထဲက ရွေးနှုတ်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
8And he will redeem Israel From all his iniquities.
