1Maschil of David, when he was in the cave; a Prayer. I cry with my voice unto Jehovah; With my voice unto Jehovah do I make supplication.
1ငါသည် ထာဝရဘုရားထံသို့ အသံကိုလွှင့်၍ အော်ဟစ်၏။ ငါ့အသံကို ထာဝရဘုရားထံသို့လွှင့်၍ ဆုတောင်းပဋ္ဌနာပြု၏။
2I pour out my complaint before him; I show before him my trouble.
2ရှေ့တော်၌ မြည်တမ်းသော စကားကို မြွက်၍၊ ခံရသောဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခကို ကြားလျှောက်ရ၏။
3When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, Thou knewest my path. In the way wherein I walk Have they hidden a snare for me.
3အကျွန်ုပ်သည် စိတ်ပျက်လျက်ရှိသောအခါ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သွားသောလမ်းကို ကိုယ်တော်သိတော်မူ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်သွားသောလမ်း၌ ကျော့ကွင်းကို ဝှက်ထားကြ ပါပြီ။
4Look on [my] right hand, and see; For there is no man that knoweth me: Refuge hath failed me; No man careth for my soul.
4လက်ျာဘက်သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်ကြည့်ရှုသောအခါ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သိကျွမ်းသောသူမရှိပါ။ ပြေးလွတ်ရာလမ်းလည်း ပိတ်ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ကို နှမြောသောသူမရှိပါ။
5I cried unto thee, O Jehovah; I said, Thou art my refuge, My portion in the land of the living.
5အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကိုအော်ဟစ်ပါ၏။ အသက်ရှင်သောသူတို့၏ နေရာ၌ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ခိုလှုံရာ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ခံစားရာအဘို့ ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
6Attend unto my cry; For I am brought very low: Deliver me from my persecutors; For they are stronger than I.
6အလွန်နှိမ့်ချလျက်နေသော အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ကြွေး ကြော်သံကို နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ညှဉ်းဆဲ သောသူတို့လက်မှ ကယ်နှုတ်တော်မူပါ။ သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ထက်သာ၍ ခွန်အားကြီးကြပါ၏။
7Bring my soul out of prison, That I may give thanks unto thy name: The righteous shall compass me about; For thou wilt deal bountifully with me.
7နာမတော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ချီးမွမ်းရမည်အကြောင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ထောင်ထဲကနှုတ်ဆောင်တော်မူပါ။ ထိုသို့ ကျေးဇူးပြုတော်မူသောအခါ၊ ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ဝန်းရံလျက်နေကြပါလိမ့်မည်။
