¹For the Chief Musician; set to the Gittith. [A Psalm] of Asaph. Sing aloud unto God our strength: Make a joyful noise unto the God of Jacob.

¹ငါတို့ အစွမ်းသတ္တိတည်းဟူသော ဘုရားသခင် အား ရွှင်လန်းစွာ သီချင်းဆိုကြလော့။ ယာကုပ်အမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင်အား ကျူးဧသော အသံကို ပြုကြလော့။

²Raise a song, and bring hither the timbrel, The pleasant harp with the psaltery.

²တုရိယာမျိုးကိုဆောင်ကြ။ ပတ်သာကို၎င်း၊ သာယာသော စောင်းနှင့်တယောကို၎င်း ယူခဲ့ကြ။

³Blow the trumpet at the new moon, At the full moon, on our feast-day.

³လဆန်းနေ့၊ လပြည့်နေ့၊ ပွဲသဘင်နေ့၌ တံပိုး မှုတ်ကြ။

⁴For it is a statute for Israel, An ordinance of the God of Jacob.

⁴ထိုသို့ ဣသရေလအမျိုး၌ထုံးဖွဲ့၍၊ ယာကုပ် အမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင်သည် ဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူ၏။

⁵He appointed it in Joseph for a testimony, When he went out over the land of Egypt, [Where] I heard a language that I knew not.

⁵နားမလည်သော စကားကိုကြားရာအရပ်၊ အဲဂုတ္တုပြည်တဘက်၌ ကြွသွားတော်မူသောအခါ၊ ယောသပ်အမျိုး၌ ထိုသို့သော သက်သေခံချက်ကို စီရင် တော်မူ၏။

⁶I removed his shoulder from the burden: His hands were freed from the basket.

⁶ငါသည်သူ၏ ပခုံးကိုဝန်နှင့် လွတ်စေ၏။ သူ၏ လက်ကိုလည်း တင်ခြင်းတို့ အထဲက နှုတ်ယူ၏။

⁷Thou calledst in trouble, and I delivered thee; I answered thee in the secret place of thunder; I proved thee at the waters of Meribah. Selah

⁷သင်သည်ဒုက္ခကိုခံရသောအခါ၊ ငါ့ကိုခေါ်၍ ငါသည်ချမ်းသာပေး၏။ မထင်ရှားသော မိုဃ်းကြိုးနေရာ ၌ ငါပြန်ပြော၏။ မေရိဘရေနားမှာ သင့်ကို ငါစုံစမ်း၏။

⁸Hear, O my people, and I will testify unto thee: O Israel, if thou wouldest hearken unto me!

⁸ငါ၏လူစု၊ နားထောင်လော့။ ငါမှာထားမည်။ အိုဣသရေလအမျိုး၊ သင်သည် ငါ့စကားကို နားထောင် ပါစေသော။

⁹There shall no strange god be in thee; Neither shalt thou worship any foreign god.

⁹သင်၌ တပါးအမျိုး၏ ဘုရားမရှိရ။ တကျွန်း တနိုင်ငံဘုရားကို မကိုးကွယ်ရ။

¹⁰I am Jehovah thy God, Who brought thee up out of the land of Egypt: Open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it.

¹⁰ငါသည်သင့်ကို အဲဂုတ္တုပြည်မှ ကယ်နှုတ်ဆောင် ယူခဲ့ပြီးသော သင်၏ဘုရားသခင်ထာဝရဘုရားဖြစ်၏။ သင်၏နှုတ်ကို ကျယ်ကျယ်ဖွင့်လော့။ ဝပြောစွာ ကျွေး မည်။

¹¹But my people hearkened not to my voice; And Israel would none of me.

¹¹ငါ၏လူများမူကား၊ ငါ့စကားကို နားမထောင် ကြ။ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသည် ငါ့ကိုအလိုမရှိကြပါတကား။

¹²So I let them go after the stubbornness of their heart, That they might walk in their own counsels.

¹²ငါသည်လည်း ထိုသူတို့ကို သူတို့နှလုံးခိုင်မာ ခြင်း၌ အပ်၍၊ သူတို့သည် မိမိတို့အလိုသို့ လိုက်ကြ၏။

¹³Oh that my people would hearken unto me, That Israel would walk in my ways!

¹³ငါ၏လူစုသည် ငါ့စကားကို နားထောင်၍၊ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသည် ငါ့လမ်း၌ လိုက်ပါစေသော။

¹⁴I would soon subdue their enemies, And turn my hand against their adversaries.

¹⁴လိုက်လျှင် ငါသည်သူတို့ရန်သူများကို အလျင် အမြန် နှိပ်စက်၍၊ ရန်ဘက်ပြုသောသူတို့ကို ဒဏ်ခတ် မည်။

¹⁵The haters of Jehovah should submit themselves unto him: But their time should endure for ever.

¹⁵ထာဝရဘုရားကို မုန်းသောသူတို့သည် တောင်း ပန်ခြင်းကို ပြု၍၊ ငါ၏လူတို့သည်လည်း၊ အစဉ်အမြဲ တည်ရသော အခွင့်ရှိကြလိမ့်မည်။

¹⁶He would feed them also with the finest of the wheat; And with honey out of the rock would I satisfy thee.

¹⁶အကောင်းဆုံးသော ဆန်စပါးနှင့် ငါကျွေးမည်။ ကျောက်ထဲက ထွက်သောပျားရည်နှင့်လည်း ဝပြော စေမည်။
