1हे सेनाहरूका परमप्रभु! तपाईंको मन्दिर साँच्चि नै प्रिय छ।
2My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of Jehovah; My heart and my flesh cry out unto the living God.
2हे परमप्रभु, म तपाईंको मन्दिर भित्र पस्न इच्छा गर्दछु। म एकदमै उत्तेजित छु। मेरा प्रत्येक अंग शाश्वत परमेश्वरसँग लिप्त हुन चाहन्छन्।
3Yea, the sparrow hath found her a house, And the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, Even thine altars, O Jehovah of hosts, My King, and my God.
3हे सेनाहरूका परमप्रभु, मेरो राजा, मेरो परमेश्वर, चराहरू सम्मले तपाईंको मन्दिरभित्र आश्रय पाए। तपाईंको वेदीको छेउमा आफ्नो गुँड बनाउँछन् अनि तिनीहरूले त्यहीं आफ्ना बच्चाहरू हुर्काउँछन्।
4Blessed are they that dwell in thy house: They will be still praising thee. Selah
4तपाईंको मन्दिरमा बस्ने ती मानिसहरू भाग्यमानी हुन्। तिनीहरूले तपाईंको प्रशंसा लगातार गरि रहेकाछन्।
5Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee; In whose heart are the highways [to Zion].
5मानिसहरू तपाईंको मन्दिरमा आफ्नो मनभरी र्हषका गीतहरू लिएर आउँछन्, तिनीहरू धेरै खुशी छन्।
6Passing through the valley of Weeping they make it a place of springs; Yea, the early rain covereth it with blessings.
6तिनीहरू रूने वेंसी भएर यात्र गर्दै आए जुन परमेश्वरले जलस्रोत बनाउनु भएको छ। शरद ऋतुको वर्षाले ताल बनिन्छ।
7They go from strength to strength; Every one of them appeareth before God in Zion.
7ती मानिसहरू सियोन आउने शहरदेखि शहर भ्रमण गर्दै आए जहाँ तिनीहरूले परमेश्वरलाई भेट्ने छन्।
8O Jehovah God of hosts, hear my prayer; Give ear, O God of Jacob. Selah
8हे सेनाहरूका परमेश्वर परमप्रभु, मेरो प्रार्थना सुनिदिनु होस् हे याकूबका परमेश्वर, मलाई ध्यान दिनुहोस्।
9Behold, O God our shield, And look upon the face of thine anointed.
9हे परमेश्वर, हाम्रो रक्षकको रक्षा गर्नुहोस्, तपाईंका अभिषिक्त राजाप्रति कृपालु हुनु होस्।
10For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, Than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.
10हे परमेश्वर, तपाईंको मन्दिरभित्रको एक दिन अरू ठाउँका हजार दिनभन्दा उत्तम छ। दुष्टहरूका घरमा बस्नुभन्दा बरू मेरा परमेश्वरका मन्दिरको ढोके हुनलाई मलाई मन पर्छ।
11For Jehovah God is a sun and a shield: Jehovah will give grace and glory; No good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.
11परमप्रभु हाम्रा रक्षक र महिमामय राजा हुनुहुन्छ, परमेश्वरले हामीलाई दया र महिमाले आशीर्वाद दिनुहुन्छ। जसले परमप्रभुको अनुसरण र आज्ञा पालन गर्दछ। उहाँले ती मानिसहरूलाई प्रत्येक असल चीज दिनुहुन्छ।
12O Jehovah of hosts, Blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.
12हे सेनाहरूका परमप्रभु, मानिसहरू जसले तपाईंमाथि भरोसा गर्छन् उनीहरू अति नै आनन्दित हुन्छन्।
