1Jehovah reigneth; let the peoples tremble: He sitteth [above] the cherubim; let the earth be moved.
1परमप्रभु नै राजा हुनुहुन्छ। यसैले सारा जातिहरू डरले काम्छन्। परमेश्वर राजा सरह करूब स्वर्गदूतहरूमा बस्नु हुन्छ। यसैले सारा संसार डरले काम्दछ।
2Jehovah is great in Zion; And he is high above all the peoples.
2सियोनमा परमप्रभु महान् हुनुहुन्छ! उहाँ सम्पूर्ण मानिसहरूमाथि महान् अगुवा हुनुहुन्छ।
3Let them praise thy great and terrible name: Holy is he.
3सारा मानिसहरूले तपाईंको नाउँको गुण-गान गरून्। परमेश्वरको नाउँ विस्मयकारक छ। परमेश्वर पवित्र हुनुहुन्छ।
4The king's strength also loveth justice; Thou dost establish equity; Thou executest justice and righteousness in Jacob.
4शक्तिशाली राजाले न्याय मनपराउनु हुन्छ। परमेश्वर, तपाईंले मंगलमयता बनाउनु भयो। तपाईंले याकूबमा धार्मिकता र निष्पक्षता ल्याउनुभयो।
5Exalt ye Jehovah our God, And worship at his footstool: Holy is he.
5परमप्रभु हाम्रो परमेश्वरको प्रशंसा गर अनि उहाँको पवित्र पाउदानमा दण्डवत गर।
6Moses and Aaron among his priests, And Samuel among them that call upon his name; They called upon Jehovah, and he answered them.
6मोशा र हारून उहाँका केही पूजाहारीहरू मध्ये थिए। तिनीहरू मध्ये शमूएल हुन जसले परमेश्वरको नाम पुकारे। तिनीहरूले परमेश्वरलाई प्रार्थना गरे, अनि उहाँले तिनीहरूलाई जवाफ दिनुभयो।
7He spake unto them in the pillar of cloud: They kept his testimonies, And the statute that he gave them.
7परमेश्वर अग्ला बादलबाट बोल्नु भयो। तिनीहरूले उहाँको विधिहरू पालन गरे अनि परमेश्वरले तिनीहरूलाई नियम प्रदान गर्नुभयो।
8Thou answeredst them, O Jehovah our God: Thou wast a God that forgavest them, Though thou tookest vengeance of their doings.
8हे परमप्रभु हाम्रा परमेश्वर, तपाईंले तिनीहरूको प्रार्थनाको जवाफ दिनुभयो। तपाईंले आफू क्षमादायी परमेश्वर अनि नीच काम गर्ने मानिसहरूलाई दण्ड दिनेको रूपमा दर्शाउनु भयो।
9Exalt ye Jehovah our God, And worship at his holy hill; For Jehovah our God is holy.
