1Let a man so account of us, as of ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God.
1Koute jaw Kris nasemtein leh Pathian thuguk kemte bangin min honthei uhen.
2Here, moreover, it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.
2Hiaiah kempa tuh mi muanhuai hih a kiphamoh ahi.
3But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged of you, or of man's judgment: yea, I judge not mine own self.
3Himahleh nou non zeetna u leh mihing ngaihtuahnain non zeetna utuh kei adingin thil neu chik ahi.
4For I know nothing against myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord.
4Keimah leng ka kizeet ngei tuan kei. Bangmah kimohsakna ding ka kithei keia; himahleh, huaiin siam hontang sak tuan kei hi; honzeetpa tuh Toupa ahi jaw.
5Wherefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who will both bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and make manifest the counsels of the hearts; and then shall each man have his praise from God.
5Huchiin, ahun main bangmah zeet kei un, Toupa hong masiah, aman tuh miala thil selgulte vakah a honla khe ding hi; lungtanga tupte leng a hihlang lai ding hi; huai hun chiangin mi chihin Pathian akipanin amau tan hun chiatin phatna aloh chiat ding uh.
6Now these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and Apollos for your sakes; that in us ye might learn not [to go] beyond the things which are written; that no one of you be puffed up for the one against the other.
6Unaute aw, na phattuapihna dingun hiai thu Apollo leh kei tungah ka belh ahi, huchi-a laisiangthou banga hindan koute akipana na sin theihna ding uleh na lak ua kuamah mi khat midang sanga ngaina jaw-a na kisaktheihpih louhna dingun.
7For who maketh thee to differ? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? but if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory as if thou hadst not received it?
7Kuan ahia nou-a thil tuam deuh oma mu? Na muhsawn louh ngal uh bang ahia na neih uh? Huchia-a a musawn lel na hih uleh na muhsawn uh a thawna piak hilo bangtaka bangdia kisathei zenzen?
8Already are ye filled, already ye are become rich, ye have come to reign without us: yea and I would that ye did reign, that we also might reign with you.
8Tuin na vahta ua! Tuin na honghauta ua! Kou louin vai na hawmta uhi! Ahi, vaihawm taktak le uchin ka vaihawm sam theihna ding un.
9For, I think, God hath set forth us the apostles last of all, as men doomed to death: for we are made a spectacle unto the world, both to angels and men.
9Pathianin kou sawltakte, si dinga sehsa bangin a nanungpenin honsep khia hiin ka thei ahi; khovelte leh angelten leh mihingte mitmuha etnopa bawlin ka om uhi.
10We are fools for Christ's sake, but ye are wise in Christ; we are weak, but ye are strong; ye have glory, but we have dishonor.
10Kou jaw Kris jiakin mihai ka hi ua, nou bel Kris ah mipil na hi jaw uhi; kou jaw kahat kei ua, nou bel nahat uhi; nou jaw mi pahtawiin na om ua, kou jaw mi simmohin ka om jaw uhi.
11Even unto this present hour we both hunger, and thirst, and are naked, and are buffeted, and have no certain dwelling-place;
11Tutanin leng ka gilkial un ka dangtak ua, puansilh ka kiching kei ua, mi khut thak nuhna ka hi ua, mun leh mual ka neikei ua;
12and we toil, working with our own hands: being reviled, we bless; being persecuted, we endure;
12Koumau khuta semin ka gim mahmah uhi; min hontai uleh ka vualjawl ua; min honsawi uleh ka thuak teitei uhi;
13being defamed, we entreat: we are made as the filth of the world, the offscouring of all things, even until now.
13Min hon gensiat uleh ka khem ua; tutan inleng khovel ninnok thil tengteng nin bangin a honbawl uhi.
14I write not these things to shame you, but to admonish you as my beloved children.
14Na zumna ding un hiai thu ka gelh ahi keia, ka ta deihtakte banga hontaihilh dingin ka gelh ahi jaw hi.
15For though ye have ten thousand tutors in Christ, yet [have ye] not many fathers; for in Christ Jesus I begat you through the gospel.
15Kris ah heutu sing khat nei mah le uchin, pa jaw tampi na nei tuan kei uhi; ken Kris Jesu ah Tanchin Hoihin ka honnei ahi.
16I beseech you therefore, be ye imitators of me.
16Huaijiakin, ka omdan jui dingin ka hon ngen ahi.
17For this cause have I sent unto you Timothy, who is my beloved and faithful child in the Lord, who shall put you in remembrance of my ways which are in Christ, even as I teach everywhere in every church.
17Hiaijiakin, Timothi, Toupa a ka ta deihtak leh muan huai, na kiang uah ka honsawl ahi; aman Kris a ka omdan, gam chiha saptuamte teng thu ka hilh jeldan khawng a honthei sak nawn ding hi.
18Now some are puffed up, as though I were not coming to you.
18Huan, kei na kiang ua hong nawn lou ding bang jenin khenkhat nana ki uangsak ua.
19But I will come to you shortly, if the Lord will; and I will know, not the word of them that are puffed up, but the power.
19Himahleh, Toupan hoih a sakleh, sawt lou chik nungin na kiang uah ka hongding, huchiin mi kiuangsakte kamhat thu hilouin, a thilhihtheihna uh ka thei zota ding hi.
20For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.
20Pathian gam jaw kamhat thu ah a om keia, thilhihtheihnaah a om jaw ahi.Bang na deih jaw ua? Chiang toh hia na kiang ua ka hong ding itna leh lungsim nemna toh?
21What will ye? shall I come unto you with a rod, or in love and a spirit of gentleness?
21Bang na deih jaw ua? Chiang toh hia na kiang ua ka hong ding itna leh lungsim nemna toh?
