11

1Open thy doors, O Lebanon, that the fire may devour thy cedars.
1Aw Lebanon na kongkhakte hong in, meiin na sidar singte a nekgaih theihna dingin.
2Wail, O fir-tree, for the cedar is fallen, because the goodly ones are destroyed: wail, O ye oaks of Bashan, for the strong forest is come down.
2Aw meilah sing, chiau vongvong in, sidar sing lah a pukta ngala, a hoih tatate hihsiata a om jiak un; Aw nou Basan toso singte chiau vongvong un, gammang pi lah vatpaih ahita ngala.
3A voice of the wailing of the shepherds! for their glory is destroyed: a voice of the roaring of young lions! for the pride of the Jordan is laid waste.
3Ngai un belamchingmite chiau vongvong a thupina uh loha a om jiakin ngai un humpinelkai lunlaite humham! Jordan gammang lah a thengta ngala.
4Thus said Jehovah my God: Feed the flock of slaughter;
4Hichibangin TOUPA ka PAthianin a chi.
5whose possessors slay them, and hold themselves not guilty; and they that sell them say, Blessed be Jehovah, for I am rich; and their own shepherds pity them not.
5Thahding belam honte chingpa honghi in, Amau leiten lah a that ua, gawt louin a om ua; amau juakten lah, Ka hauta amau chingten alainat ngal kei ua, a chi ua
6For I will no more pity the inhabitants of the land, saith Jehovah; but, lo, I will deliver the men every one into his neighbor's hand, and into the hand of his king; and they shall smite the land, and out of their hand I will not deliver them.
6Gama tengteng ka hehpih nawn kei ding, TOUPAN lah a chi ngala, himahleh ngaiin mite mi chih a insakinkhang khut ah leh, a kumpipa khut ah ka pe ding; huan amau gam a gawt ding ua, a khut ua kipan amaute ka hunkhe kei ding, chiin.
7So I fed the flock of slaughter, verily the poor of the flock. And I took unto me two staves; the one I called Beauty, and the other I called Bands; and I fed the flock.
7Huchiin belamtea sumdawngte adia thah dia om belamte chingpa ka honghita. Huchiin chiang nih ka kilaka; khat pen Deihsakna ka chi a, a dangpen Kizopna ka chi; huchiin belamte ka vak hi.
8And I cut off the three shepherds in one month; for my soul was weary of them, and their soul also loathed me.
8Huan kha khatin belamchingmi thumte ka sat khiaa. Himahleh ka khain amau a chimtaka, amau khain leng kei a honchimtak uh.
9Then said I, I will not feed you: that which dieth, let it die; and that which is to be cut off, let it be cut off; and let them that are left eat every one the flesh of another.
9Huaitakin ken, Ka honvak kei ding, a si si, si heh, sat khaika om dingding sat khaikin om heh; huan nutsiatten khat leh khat sa kine tuah uheh, ka chi a.
10And I took my staff Beauty, and cut it asunder, that I might break my covenant which I had made with all the peoples.
10Huan Deihsakn ka chiang ka laa, ka sat tana, mite tengteng toh ka thukhun ka bawl ka suksiat theihna dingin
11And it was broken in that day; and thus the poor of the flock that gave heed unto me knew that it was the word of Jehovah.
11Huchiin huai niin a kitanta huchiin pawlte lakah a genthei kei honlimsakten TOUPA thu ahi chih a thei uh.
12And I said unto them, If ye think good, give me my hire; and if not, forbear. So they weighed for my hire thirty [pieces] of silver.
12Huan ken a kiang uah. Hoih na ngaihtuah ua leh, ka lohtak honpia, un a hih kei leh, tang un ka chi a. Huchiin ka lohtak dingin dangka sekel sawmthum a buk uh
13And Jehovah said unto me, Cast it unto the potter, the goodly price that I was prized at by them. And I took the thirty [pieces] of silver, and cast them unto the potter, in the house of Jehovah.
13Huan TOUPAN ka kiangah, Ka man dia seh uh, man hoih belvelmi kiangah khia in, a chi a. Huan, dangka sekel sawmthum tuh ka laa TOUPA ina, belvelmi kiangah ka khia hi.
14Then I cut asunder mine other staff, even Bands, that I might break the brotherhood between Judah and Israel.
14Huchiin ka chiang dangpen ka tumtana, Kizopna mahmah Juda leh Israel kikala kiunauna ka suksiat theihna dingin.
15And Jehovah said unto me, Take unto thee yet again the instruments of a foolish shepherd.
15Huan TOUPAN ka kiangah, Belamchingmi thulimlou van te kilak nawn in, a chi a.
16For, lo, I will raise up a shepherd in the land, who will not visit those that are cut off, neither will seek those that are scattered, nor heal that which is broken, nor feed that which is sound; but he will eat the flesh of the fat [sheep], and will tear their hoofs in pieces.
16Ngaiin, gamsunga belamchingmi bawl khe ding lah ka hi ngala aman satkhiaka omdingte a veh kei dia, delh jaka om dingte leng a zong sam kei dia, satkeha omte leng a hihdam sam kei ding, a hoih leng a vak sam kei dia, himahleh a thau sa a ne dinga a chinte nangawn uh a tolsak ding hi.Belamhonte nusia belamchingmi phat tuamna bei tung a gik hi; A ban tung leh a mit taklam tungah namsau a om ding; a ban a go siang keuhkeuh dia, a mit taklam a mial bikbek ding! a chi a.
17Woe to the worthless shepherd that leaveth the flock! the sword shall be upon his arm, and upon his right eye: his arm shall be clean dried up, and his right eye shall be utterly darkened.
17Belamhonte nusia belamchingmi phat tuamna bei tung a gik hi; A ban tung leh a mit taklam tungah namsau a om ding; a ban a go siang keuhkeuh dia, a mit taklam a mial bikbek ding! a chi a.
