John

7

1And after these things Jesus walked in Galilee: for he would not walk in Judaea, because the Jews sought to kill him.
1Pala kodia O Jesus phiradia ande Galilee; ke chi mangel te phirel ande Judea, ke le Zhiduvuria rodenas te mudaren les.
2Now the feast of the Jews, the feast of tabernacles, was at hand.
2Ai O Dies O Baro le Zhidovongo le Tabernacles pasholas.
3His brethren therefore said unto him, Depart hence, and go into Judaea, that thy disciples also may behold thy works which thou doest.
4For no man doeth anything in secret, and himself seeketh to be known openly. If thou doest these things, manifest thyself to the world.
4Khonik chi garavel so kerel te mangel te sikadiol.
5For even his brethren did not believe on him.
5Ke chi leske chache phral chi pachanaspe ande leste.
6Jesus therefore saith unto them, My time is not yet come; but your time is always ready.
6O Jesus phendia lenge, "Murhi vriama chi avili inker; numa tumari vriama sagda gata la.
7The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that its works are evil.
7E lumia nashti gretsol tumen, numa gretsol man, ke phenav pa late, ke laki buchi so kerel si nasul.
8Go ye up unto the feast: I go not up unto this feast; because my time is not yet fulfilled.
8Zhantar tume ka Dies O Baro le Zhidovongo, me chi zhav ka kado Dies O Baro le Zhidovongo inker, ke murhi vriama chi avili inker.
9And having said these things unto them, he abode [still] in Galilee.
9Wo phendia lenge kadala vorbi ai beshlo ando Galilee.
10But when his brethren were gone up unto the feast, then went he also up, not publicly, but as it were in secret.
10Kana leske phral gele ka Dies O Baro le Zhidovongo, antunchi O Jesus gelo, vi wo numa na angle narodo, numa sar chordanes.
11The Jews therefore sought him at the feast, and said, Where is he?
11Le Zhiduvuria rodenas les ka O Dies O Baro le Zhidovongo. Ai phende, "Kai lo?"
12And there was much murmuring among the multitudes concerning him: some said, He is a good man; others said, Not so, but he leadeth the multitude astray.
12But manush denas duma pala leste ando narodo. Uni phende, "Wo si iek manush o lasho." Aver phenenas, "Nichi." Wo atsavel le manushen."
13Yet no man spake openly of him for fear of the Jews.
13Numa khonik chi delas duma pa leste angla manush, ke daranas katar le Zhiduvuria.
14But when it was now the midst of the feast Jesus went up into the temple, and taught.
14Karing mashkar O Dies O Baro le Zhidovongo O Jesus gelo ande tampla, ai sicharelas.
15The Jews therefore marvelled, saying, How knoweth this man letters, having never learned?
15Le Zhiduvuria chudinaspe, ai phenenas, "Sar wo zhanel kadia but kana shoxar chi sichilo."
16Jesus therefore answered them and said, My teaching is not mine, but his that sent me.
16O Jesus phenel lenge, "O sicharimos kai dav nai murho, numa avel katar O Del kai tradia ma.
17If any man willeth to do his will, he shall know of the teaching, whether it is of God, or [whether] I speak from myself.
17Te vari kon te kerel so mangel O Del, zhanela ke so sicharav avel katar O Del, vai te dava duma anda mande.
18He that speaketh from himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh the glory of him that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.
19Did not Moses give you the law, and [yet] none of you doeth the law? Why seek ye to kill me?
19O Moses dia tume o zakono? Numa khonik anda tumende chi keren o zakono. Sostar roden tume te mudaren ma?"
20The multitude answered, Thou hast a demon: who seeketh to kill thee?
20Le manush phende leske, "Tut si tu iek beng ande tute! Kon rodel te mudarel tu?""
21Jesus answered and said unto them, I did one work, and ye all marvel because thereof.
21O Jesus phenel lenge, "Kerdem iek diela, ai savorhe chudisailian.
22Moses hath given you circumcision (not that it is of Moses, but of the fathers); and on the sabbath ye circumcise a man.
23If a man receiveth circumcision on the sabbath, that the law of Moses may not be broken; are ye wroth with me, because I made a man every whit whole on the sabbath?
24Judge not according to appearance, but judge righteous judgment.
24Aterdion te keren kris pala so dikhen avrial po manush, aven vorta ai chache ande tumare kris kana keren la."
25Some therefore of them of Jerusalem said, Is not this he whom they seek to kill?
25Uni manush anda o Jerusalem phende, "Pate nai kado o manush kai rodas te mudaras les?
26And lo, he speaketh openly, and they say nothing unto him. Can it be that the rulers indeed know that this is the Christ?
26Dikh!
27Howbeit we know this man whence he is: but when the Christ cometh, no one knoweth whence he is.
27Numa kana O Kristo avela, khonik chi zhanela katar avel, numa ame zhanas katar avel kado manush."
28Jesus therefore cried in the temple, teaching and saying, Ye both know me, and know whence I am; and I am not come of myself, but he that sent me is true, whom ye know not.
29I know him; because I am from him, and he sent me.
29Numa me zhanav les; ke avav lestar, ai wo tradia ma."
30They sought therefore to take him: and no man laid his hand on him, because his hour was not yet come.
30Antunchi rodenas sar te len les; numa khonik chi thode o vas pe leste, ke lesko chaso chi avilo inker.
31But of the multitude many believed on him; and they said, When the Christ shall come, will he do more signs than those which this man hath done?
31Numa but mashkar o narodo pachanaspe ande leste, ai phende, "Kana O Kristo avela, sai kerela mai but mirakluria sar kerdia kado?"
32The Pharisees heard the multitude murmuring these things concerning him; and the chief priests and the Pharisees sent officers to take him.
33Jesus therefore said, Yet a little while am I with you, and I go unto him that sent me.
33O Jesus phendia lenge, "Me beshav tumensa mai xantsi vriama, ai porme zhavtar karing kodo kai tradia ma.
34Ye shall seek me, and shall not find me: and where I am, ye cannot come.
34Tume rodena ma, numa chi arakhena ma, ke nashti avena kai zhava."
35The Jews therefore said among themselves, Whither will this man go that we shall not find him? will he go unto the Dispersion among the Greeks, and teach the Greeks?
35Le Zhiduvuria phenen mashkar pende, "Kai wo zhala kai chi arakhasa les? Zhala karing le foruria kai si ande Gretsia, ai sicharel le Grekone?
36What is this word that he said, Ye shall seek me, and shall not find me; and where I am, ye cannot come?
So znachil?"
37Now on the last day, the great [day] of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me and drink.
38He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, from within him shall flow rivers of living water.
38"Kon pachalape ande mande, sar E Vorba le Devleski phenel, pai zhuvindo hulela anda lesko ilo."
39But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believed on him were to receive: for the Spirit was not yet [given]; because Jesus was not yet glorified.
39O Jesus phendia pa Swunto Duxo, kodala kai pachanpe ande leste premina: ke O Swunto Duxo nai dino inker, ke O Jesus nas vazdino ando rhaio inker.
40[Some] of the multitude therefore, when they heard these words, said, This is of a truth the prophet.
41Others said, This is the Christ. But some said, What, doth the Christ come out of Galilee?
41Aver phende, "Wo si O Kristo!" Numa aver phende, "Pate, sai Kristo avel andai Galilee!
42Hath not the scripture said that the Christ cometh of the seed of David, and from Bethlehem, the village where David was?
43So there arose a division in the multitude because of him.
43Anda kodia chi haliarenas mashkar pende iek fialo pala Jesus.
44And some of them would have taken him; but no man laid hands on him.
44Uni mangenas te len les, numa khonik chi thode o vas pe leste.
45The officers therefore came to the chief priests and Pharisees; and they said unto them, Why did ye not bring him?
46The officers answered, Never man so spake.
46Le zhandari phende lenge, "Chi iek manush chi dia duma sar kado manush!"
47The Pharisees therefore answered them, Are ye also led astray?
47Le Farizeanuria phushle len, "Vi tume atsardian pala leste.
48Hath any of the rulers believed on him, or of the Pharisees?
48Pate si vari kon andal le bare kai poronchin, vai iek andal Farizeanuria kai pachanpe ande leste?
49But this multitude that knoweth not the law are accursed.
49Numa kodo narodo kai chi zhanen o zakono o Mosesosko, si armandine."
50Nicodemus saith unto them (he that came to him before, being one of them),
50O Nicodemus sas iek baro mashkar lende; wo gelosas mai anglal te dikhel O Jesus, phendia lenge,
51Doth our law judge a man, except it first hear from himself and know what he doeth?
52They answered and said unto him, Art thou also of Galilee? Search, and see that out of Galilee ariseth no prophet.
52Won phende leske, "Vi tu san anda Galilee? Sichos o ramomos le Devlesko ai dikhesa, ke chi iek profeto avel anda Galilee.
53And they went every man unto his own house:
53Antunchi swako gelo peske khere.
