¹And Jehovah spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,

¹கர்த்தர் மோசேயையும் ஆரோனையும் நோக்கி:

²Take the sum of the sons of Kohath from among the sons of Levi, by their families, by their fathers' houses,

²லேவியின் புத்திரருக்குள்ளே இருக்கிற கோகாத் புத்திரருடைய பிதாக்களின் வீட்டு வம்சங்களில்,

³from thirty years old and upward even until fifty years old, all that enter upon the service, to do the work in the tent of meeting.

³ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திலே வேலைசெய்யும் சேனைக்கு உட்படத்தக்க முப்பது வயது முதல் ஐம்பது வயதுவரைக்குமுள்ள எல்லாரையும் எண்ணி, தொகையிடுவாயாக.

⁴This is the service of the sons of Kohath in the tent of meeting, [about] the most holy things:

⁴ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திலே கோகாத் புத்திரரின் பணிவிடை மகா பரிசுத்தமானவைகளுக்குரியது.

⁵when the camp setteth forward, Aaron shall go in, and his sons, and they shall take down the veil of the screen, and cover the ark of the testimony with it,

⁵பாளயம் புறப்படும்போது, ஆரோனும் அவன் குமாரரும் வந்து, மறைவின் திரைச்சீலையை இறக்கி, அதினாலே சாட்சியின் பெட்டியை மூடி,

⁶and shall put thereon a covering of sealskin, and shall spread over it a cloth all of blue, and shall put in the staves thereof.

⁶அதின்மேல் தகசுத்தோல் மூடியைப்போட்டு, அதின்மேல் முற்றிலும் நீலமானதுப்பட்டியை விரித்து, அதின் தண்டுகளைப் பாய்ச்சி,

⁷And upon the table of showbread they shall spread a cloth of blue, and put thereon the dishes, and the spoons, and the bowls and the cups wherewith to pour out; and the continual bread shall be thereon:

⁷சமுகத்தப்ப மேஜையின்மேல் நீலத்துப்பட்டியை விரித்து, தட்டுகளையும் தூபக்கரண்டிகளையும் கிண்ணங்களையும் மூடுகிற தட்டுகளையும் அதின்மேல் வைப்பார்களாக; நித்திய அப்பமும் அதின்மேல் இருக்கக்கடவது.

⁸and they shall spread upon them a cloth of scarlet, and cover the same with a covering of sealskin, and shall put in the staves thereof.

⁸அவைகளின்மேல் அவர்கள் சிவப்புத்துப்பட்டியை விரித்து, அதைத் தகசுத்தோல் மூடியால் மூடி, அதின் தண்டுகளைப் பாய்ச்சி,

⁹And they shall take a cloth of blue, and cover the candlestick of the light, and its lamps, and its snuffers, and its snuffdishes, and all the oil vessels thereof, wherewith they minister unto it:

⁹இளநீலத் துப்பட்டியை எடுத்து, குத்துவிளக்குத்தண்டையும், அதின் அகல்களையும், அதின் கத்தரிகளையும், சாம்பல் பாத்திரங்களையும், அதற்குரிய எண்ணெய்ப் பாத்திரங்களையும் மூடி,

¹⁰and they shall put it and all the vessels thereof within a covering of sealskin, and shall put it upon the frame.

¹⁰அதையும் அதற்கடுத்த தட்டுமுட்டுகள் யாவையும் தகசுத்தோல் மூடிக்குள்ளே போட்டு, அதை ஒரு தண்டிலே கட்டி,

¹¹And upon the golden altar they shall spread a cloth of blue, and cover it with a covering of sealskin, and shall put in the staves thereof:

¹¹பொற்பீடத்தின்மேல் இளநீலத் துப்பட்டியை விரித்து, அதைத் தகசுத்தோல் மூடியால் மூடி, அதின் தண்டுகளைப் பாய்ச்சி,

¹²and they shall take all the vessels of ministry, wherewith they minister in the sanctuary, and put them in a cloth of blue, and cover them with a covering of sealskin, and shall put them on the frame.

¹²பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்தில் வழங்கும் ஆராதனைக்கேற்ற சகல தட்டுமுட்டுகளையும் எடுத்து, இளநீலத் துப்பட்டியிலே போட்டு, தகசுத்தோல் மூடியினால் மூடி, தண்டின்மேல் கட்டி,

¹³And they shall take away the ashes from the altar, and spread a purple cloth thereon:

¹³பலிபீடத்தைச் சாம்பலற விளக்கி, அதின்மேல் இரத்தாம்பரத் துப்பட்டியை விரித்து,

¹⁴and they shall put upon it all the vessels thereof, wherewith they minister about it, the firepans, the flesh-hooks, and the shovels, and the basins, all the vessels of the altar; and they shall spread upon it a covering of sealskin, and put in the staves thereof.

¹⁴அதின்மேல் ஆராதனைக்கேற்ற சகல பணிமுட்டுகளாகிய கலசங்களையும், முள்துறடுகளையும், சாம்பல் எடுக்கும் கரண்டிகளையும், கலசங்களையும், பலிபீடத்திற்கடுத்த எல்லாப் பாத்திரங்களையும், அதின்மேல் வைத்து, அதின்மேல் தகசுத்தோல் மூடியை விரித்து, அதின் தண்டுகளைப் பாய்ச்சக்கடவர்கள்.

¹⁵And when Aaron and his sons have made an end of covering the sanctuary, and all the furniture of the sanctuary, as the camp is set forward; after that, the sons of Kohath shall come to bear it: but they shall not touch the sanctuary, lest they die. These things are the burden of the sons of Kohath in the tent of meeting.

¹⁵பாளயம் புறப்படும்போது, ஆரோனும் அவன் குமாரரும் பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்தையும் அதினுடைய சகல பணிமுட்டுகளையும் மூடித் தீர்ந்தபின்பு, கோகாத் புத்திரர் அதை எடுத்துக்கொண்டுபோகிறதற்கு வரக்கடவர்கள்; அவர்கள் சாகாதபடிக்கு பரிசுத்தமானதைத் தொடாதிருக்கக்கடவர்கள்; ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திலே கோகாத் புத்திரர் சுமக்கும் சுமை இதுவே.

¹⁶And the charge of Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest shall be the oil for the light, and the sweet incense, and the continual meal-offering, and the anointing oil, the charge of all the tabernacle, and of all that therein is, the sanctuary, and the furniture thereof.

¹⁶ஆசாரியனாகிய ஆரோனின் குமாரன் எலெயாசார், விளக்குக்கு எண்ணெயையும், சுகந்த தூபவர்க்கத்தையும், தினந்தோறும் இடும் போஜனபலியையும், அபிஷேகதைலத்தையும், வாசஸ்தலம் முழுவதையும், அதிலுள்ள யாவையும், பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்தையும் அதின் பணிமுட்டுகளையும், விசாரிக்கக்கடவன் என்றார்.

¹⁷And Jehovah spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,

¹⁷கர்த்தர் மோசேயையும் ஆரோனையும் நோக்கி:

¹⁸Cut ye not off the tribe of the families of the Kohathites from among the Levites;

¹⁸லேவியருக்குள்ளே கோகாத் வம்சமாகிய கோத்திரத்தார் அழிந்துபோகாதபடி பாருங்கள்.

¹⁹but thus do unto them, that they may live, and not die, when they approach unto the most holy things: Aaron and his sons shall go in, and appoint them every one to his service and to his burden;

¹⁹அவர்கள் மகா பரிசுத்தமானவைகளைக் கிட்டுகையில், சாகாமல் உயிரோடிருக்கும்படிக்கு, நீங்கள் அவர்களுக்காகச் செய்யவேண்டியதாவது:

²⁰but they shall not go in to see the sanctuary even for a moment, lest they die.

²⁰ஆரோனும் அவன் குமாரரும் வந்து, அவர்களில் அவனவனை அவனவன் செய்யும் வேலைக்கும் அவனவன் சுமக்கும் சுமைக்கும் நியமிக்கக்கடவர்கள்; அவர்களோ சாகாதபடிக்குப் பரிசுத்தமானவைகள் மூடப்படும்போது பார்க்கிறதற்கு உட்பிரவேசியாமல் இருப்பார்களாக என்றார்.

²¹And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,

²²Take the sum of the sons of Gershon also, by their fathers' houses, by their families;

²²கெர்சோன் புத்திரருடைய பிதாக்களின் வீட்டு வம்சங்களிலும் ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திலே பணிவிடை வேலைசெய்யும் சேனைக்கு உட்படத்தக்க,

²³from thirty years old and upward until fifty years old shalt thou number them; all that enter in to wait upon the service, to do the work in the tent of meeting.

²³முப்பது வயதுமுதல் ஐம்பது வயதுவரைக்குமுள்ள எல்லாரையும் எண்ணி, தொகை ஏற்றுவாயாக.

²⁴This is the service of the families of the Gershonites, in serving and in bearing burdens:

²⁴பணிவிடை செய்கிறதிலும் சுமக்கிறதிலும் கெர்சோன் வம்சத்தாரின் வேலையாவது:

²⁵they shall bear the curtains of the tabernacle, and the tent of meeting, its covering, and the covering of sealskin that is above upon it, and the screen for the door of the tent of meeting,

²⁵அவர்கள் வாசஸ்தலத்துக்கும் ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்துக்கும் உரிய தொங்குதிரையையும், மூடியையும், அவைகளின் மேல் இருக்கிற தகசுத்தோல் மூடியையும், ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரவாசல் மறைவையும்,

²⁶and the hangings of the court, and the screen for the door of the gate of the court, which is by the tabernacle and by the altar round about, and their cords, and all the instruments of their service, and whatsoever shall be done with them: therein shall they serve.

²⁶பிராகாரத்தின் தொங்குதிரைகளையும், வாசஸ்தலத்தண்டையிலும் பலிபீடத்தண்டையிலும் சுற்றிலும் இருக்கிற பிராகாரத்தினுடைய வாசல் தொங்குதிரையையும், அவைகளின் கயிறுகளையும், அவைகளின் வேலைக்கடுத்த கருவிகள் யாவையும் சுமந்து, அவைகளுக்காகச் செய்யவேண்டிய யாவையும் செய்யக்கடவர்கள்.

²⁷At the commandment of Aaron and his sons shall be all the service of the sons of the Gershonites, in all their burden, and in all their service; and ye shall appoint unto them in charge all their burden.

²⁷கெர்சோன் புத்திரர் சுமக்கவேண்டிய சுமைகளும் செய்யவேண்டிய பணிவிடைகளாகிய சகல வேலைகளும் ஆரோனும் அவன் குமாரரும் சொல்லுகிறபடியே செய்யவேண்டும்; அவர்கள் சுமக்கவேண்டிய சகல சுமைகளையும் நீங்கள் நியமித்து, அவர்களிடத்தில் ஒப்புவியுங்கள்.

²⁸This is the service of the families of the sons of the Gershonites in the tent of meeting: and their charge shall be under the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the priest.

²⁸கெர்சோன் புத்திரரின் வம்சத்தார் ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திலே செய்யும் பணிவிடை இதுதான்; அவர்களை வேலைகொள்ளும் விசாரணை, ஆசாரியனாகிய ஆரோனின் குமாரன் இத்தாமாருடைய கைக்குள் இருக்கவேண்டும்.

²⁹As for the sons of Merari, thou shalt number them by their families, by their fathers' houses;

²⁹மெராரி புத்திரருடைய பிதாக்களின் வீட்டு வம்சங்களிலும் ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திலே பணிவிடை வேலைசெய்யும் சேனைக்கு உட்படத்தக்க,

³⁰from thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old shalt thou number them, every one that entereth upon the service, to do the work of the tent of meeting.

³⁰முப்பது வயதுமுதல் ஐம்பது வயதுவரைக்குமுள்ள எல்லாரையும் எண்ணக்கடவாய்.

³¹And this is the charge of their burden, according to all their service in the tent of meeting: the boards of the tabernacle, and the bars thereof, and the pillars thereof, and the sockets thereof,

³¹ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்தில் அவர்கள் செய்யும் எல்லாப் பணிவிடைக்கும் அடுத்த காவல் விசாரிப்பாவது: வாசஸ்தலத்தின் பலகைகளும், தாழ்ப்பாள்களும், தூண்களும், பாதங்களும்,

³²and the pillars of the court round about, and their sockets, and their pins, and their cords, with all their instruments, and with all their service: and by name ye shall appoint the instruments of the charge of their burden.

³²சுற்றிலும் இருக்கிற பிராகாரத்தின் தூண்களும், அவைகளின் பாதங்களும், முளைகளும், கயிறுகளும், அவைகளின் சகல கருவிகளும், அவற்றிற்கு அடுத்த மற்றெல்லா வேலையும்தானே; அவர்கள் சுமந்து காவல்காக்கும்படி ஒப்புவிக்கப்படுகிறவைகளைப் பேர்பேராக எண்ணக்கடவீர்கள்.

³³This is the service of the families of the sons of Merari, according to all their service, in the tent of meeting, under the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the priest.

³³ஆசாரியனாகிய ஆரோனுடைய குமாரனான இத்தாமாருடைய கைக்குள்ளாக மெராரி புத்திரரின் வம்சத்தார் ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திலே செய்யும் பணிவிடைக்கு அடுத்த எல்லா வேலையும் இதுவே என்றார்.

³⁴And Moses and Aaron and the princes of the congregation numbered the sons of the Kohathites by their families, and by their fathers' houses,

³⁴அப்படியே மோசேயும் ஆரோனும் சபையின் பிரபுக்களும் கோகாத் புத்திரருடைய பிதாக்களின் வீட்டு வம்சங்களின்படி ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திலே பணிவிடை செய்யும் சேனைக்கு உட்படத்தக்க,

³⁵from thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that entered upon the service, for work in the tent of meeting:

³⁵முப்பது வயது முதல் ஐம்பது வயதுவரைக்குமுள்ள எல்லாரையும் எண்ணினார்கள்.

³⁶and those that were numbered of them by their families were two thousand seven hundred and fifty.

³⁶அவர்கள் வம்சங்களில் எண்ணப்பட்டவர்கள் இரண்டாயிரத்து எழுநூற்று ஐம்பதுபேர்.

³⁷These are they that were numbered of the families of the Kohathites, all that did serve in the tent of meeting, whom Moses and Aaron numbered according to the commandment of Jehovah by Moses.

³⁷கர்த்தர் மோசேக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டபடியே, மோசேயினாலும் ஆரோனாலும் கோகாத் வம்சத்தாரில் ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்தில் வேலை செய்கிறதற்காக எண்ணித் தொகையிடப்பட்டவர்கள் எல்லாரும் இவர்களே.

³⁸And those that were numbered of the sons of Gershon, their families, and by their fathers' houses,

³⁸கெர்சோன் புத்திரருடைய பிதாக்களின் வீட்டு வம்சங்களிலும் ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திலே பணிவிடை செய்யும் சேனைக்கு உட்படத்தக்க,

³⁹from thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that entered upon the service, for work in the tent of meeting,

³⁹முப்பது வயது முதல் ஐம்பது வயது வரைக்குமுள்ள எல்லாரும் எண்ணப்பட்டார்கள்.

⁴⁰even those that were numbered of them, by their families, by their fathers' houses, were two thousand and six hundred and thirty.

⁴⁰அவர்களில் எண்ணப்பட்டவர்கள் அவரவர் குடும்பத்தின்படிக்கும், பிதாக்களுடைய வம்சத்தின்படிக்கும் இரண்டாயிரத்து அறுநூற்று முப்பதுபேர்.

⁴¹These are they that were numbered of the families of the sons of Gershon, all that did serve in the tent of meeting, whom Moses and Aaron numbered according to the commandment of Jehovah.

⁴¹மோசேயினாலும் ஆரோனாலும் கர்த்தர் கட்டளையிட்டபடியே கெர்சோன் புத்திரரின் வம்சத்தாரில் ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்தில் வேலைசெய்ய எண்ணித் தொகையிடப்பட்டவர்கள் எல்லாரும் இவர்களே.

⁴²And those that were numbered of the families of the sons of Merari, by their families, by their fathers' houses,

⁴²மெராரி புத்திரருடைய பிதாக்களின் வீட்டு வம்சங்களிலும் ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திலே பணிவிடை செய்யும் சேனைக்கு உட்படத்தக்க,

⁴³from thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that entered upon the service, for work in the tent of meeting,

⁴³முப்பது வயதுமுதல் ஐம்பது வயதுள்ளவர்கள் எல்லாரும் எண்ணப்பட்டார்கள்.

⁴⁴even those that were numbered of them by their families, were three thousand and two hundred.

⁴⁴அவர்களில் எண்ணப்பட்டவர்கள் தங்கள் குடும்பங்களின்படியே மூவாயிரத்து இருநூறுபேர்.

⁴⁵These are they that were numbered of the families of the sons of Merari, whom Moses and Aaron numbered according to the commandment of Jehovah by Moses.

⁴⁵கர்த்தர் மோசேக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டபடியே மோசேயினாலும் ஆரோனாலும் மெராரி புத்திரரின் குடும்பத்தாரில் எண்ணித் தொகையிடப்பட்டவர்கள் எல்லாரும் இவர்களே.

⁴⁶All those that were numbered of the Levites, whom Moses and Aaron and the princes of Israel numbered, by their families, and by their fathers' houses,

⁴⁶லேவியருடைய பிதாக்களின் வீட்டு வம்சங்களில் முப்பது வயதுமுதல் ஐம்பது வயதுவரைக்குமுள்ளவர்கள் ஆசரிப்புக் கூடாரத்திலே செய்யும் பணிவிடை வேலைக்கும் சுமையின் வேலைக்கும் உட்படத்தக்கவர்களும்,

⁴⁷from thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that entered in to do the work of service, and the work of bearing burdens in the tent of meeting,

⁴⁷மோசேயினாலும் ஆரோனாலும் இஸ்ரவேலின் பிரபுக்களாலும் எண்ணப்பட்டவர்களும் ஆகிய எல்லாரும்,

⁴⁸even those that were numbered of them, were eight thousand and five hundred and fourscore.

⁴⁸எண்ணாயிரத்து ஐந்நூற்று எண்பதுபேராயிருந்தார்கள்.

⁴⁹According to the commandment of Jehovah they were numbered by Moses, every one according to his service, and according to his burden: thus were they numbered of him, as Jehovah commanded Moses.

⁴⁹கர்த்தர் மோசேக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டபடியே, அவர்கள் தங்கள் தங்கள் பணிவிடைக்கென்றும் தங்கள் தங்கள் சுமைக்கென்றும் மோசேயினால் எண்ணப்பட்டார்கள்; இவ்விதமாய், கர்த்தர் மோசேக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டபடியே அவர்கள் அவனால் எண்ணப்பட்டார்கள்.
