1A Song, A Psalm of David. My heart is fixed, O God; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises, even with my glory.
1தேவனே, என் இருதயம் ஆயத்தமாயிருக்கிறது; நான் பாடிக் கீர்த்தனம் பண்ணுவேன்; என் மகிமையும் பாடும்.
2Awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake right early.
2வீணையே, சுரமண்டலமே, விழியுங்கள், நான் அதிகாலையில் விழிப்பேன்.
3I will give thanks unto thee, O Jehovah, among the peoples; And I will sing praises unto thee among the nations.
3கர்த்தாவே, ஜனங்களுக்குள்ளே உம்மைத் துதிப்பேன்; ஜாதிகளுக்குள்ளே உம்மைக் கீர்த்தனம் பண்ணுவேன்.
4For thy lovingkindness is great above the heavens; And thy truth [reacheth] unto the skies.
4உமது கிருபை வானங்களுக்கு மேலாகவும், உமது சத்தியம் மேகமண்டலங்கள் பரியந்தமும் எட்டுகிறது.
5Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens, And thy glory above all the earth.
5தேவனே, வானங்களுக்கு மேலாக உயர்ந்திரும்; உமது மகிமை பூமியனைத்தின்மேலும் உயர்ந்திருப்பதாக.
6That thy beloved may be delivered, Save with thy right hand, and answer us.
6உமது பிரியர் விடுவிக்கப்படும்பொருட்டு, உமது வலதுகரத்தினால் இரட்சித்து, எங்கள் ஜெபத்தைக் கேட்டருளும்.
7God hath spoken in his holiness: I will exult; I will divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth.
7தேவன் தமது பரிசுத்தத்தைக்கொண்டு விளம்பினார், ஆகையால் களிகூருவேன்; சீகேமைப் பங்கிட்டு, சுக்கோத்தின் பள்ளத்தாக்கை அளந்துகொள்ளுவேன்.
8Gilead is mine; Manasseh is mine; Ephraim also is the defence of my head; Judah is my sceptre.
8கீலேயாத் என்னுடையது, மனாசேயும் என்னுடையது; எப்பிராயீம் என் தலையின் பெலன், யூதா என் நியாயப்பிரமாணிகன்.
9Moab is my washpot; Upon Edom will I cast my shoe; Over Philistia will I shout.
9மோவாப் என் பாதபாத்திரம்; ஏதோமின்மேல் என் பாதரட்சையை எறிவேன்; பெலிஸ்தியாவின்மேல் ஆர்ப்பரிப்பேன்.
10Who will bring me into the fortified city? Who hath led me unto Edom?
10அரணான பட்டணத்திற்குள் என்னை நடத்திக்கொண்டு போகிறவன் யார்? ஏதோம்மட்டும் எனக்கு வழிகாட்டுகிறவன் யார்?
11Hast not thou cast us off, O God? And thou goest not forth, O God, with our hosts.
11எங்கள் சேனைகளோடே புறப்படாமலிருந்த தேவரீரல்லவா? எங்களைத் தள்ளிவிட்டிருந்த தேவரீரல்லவா?
12Give us help against the adversary; For vain is the help of man.
12இக்கட்டில் எங்களுக்கு உதவிசெய்யும்; மனுஷனுடைய உதவி விருதா.
13Through God we shall do valiantly: For he it is that will tread down our adversaries.
13தேவனாலே பராக்கிரமஞ்செய்வோம்; அவரே எங்கள் சத்துருக்களை மிதித்துப்போடுவார்.
