¹அவர் அஸ்திபாரம் பரிசுத்த பர்வதங்களில் இருக்கிறது.

²Jehovah loveth the gates of Zion More than all the dwellings of Jacob.

²கர்த்தர் யாக்கோபின் வாசஸ்தலங்களெல்லாவற்றைப்பார்க்கிலும் சீயோனின் வாசல்களில் பிரியமாயிருக்கிறார்.

³Glorious things are spoken of thee, O city of God. Selah

³தேவனுடைய நகரமே! உன்னைக் குறித்து மகிமையான விசேஷங்கள் வசனிக்கப்படும். (சேலா)

⁴I will make mention of Rahab and Babylon as among them that know me: Behold, Philistia, and Tyre, with Ethiopia: This one was born there.

⁴என்னை அறிந்தவர்களுக்குள்ளே ராகாபையும் பாபிலோனையும் குறித்துப் பேசுவேன்; இதோ, பெலிஸ்தியரிலும், தீரியரிலும், எத்தியோப்பியரிலுங்கூட, இன்னான் அங்கே பிறந்தான் என்றும்;

⁵Yea, of Zion it shall be said, This one and that one was born in her; And the Most High himself will establish her.

⁵சீயோனைக் குறித்து, இன்னான் இன்னான் அதிலே பிறந்தானென்றும் சொல்லப்படும்; உன்னதமானவர் தாமே அதை ஸ்திரப்படுத்துவார்.

⁶Jehovah will count, when he writeth up the peoples, This one was born there. Selah

⁶கர்த்தர் ஜனங்களைப் பேரெழுதும்போது, இன்னான் அதிலே பிறந்தான் என்று அவர்களைத் தொகையிடுவார். (சேலா)

⁷They that sing as well as they that dance [shall say], All my fountains are in thee.

⁷எங்கள் ஊற்றுகளெல்லாம் உன்னில் இருக்கிறது என்று பாடுவாரும் ஆடுவாரும் ஏகமாய்ச் சொல்லுவார்கள்.
