1परमेस्सर क साछी कइके अउर मसीह ईसू क आपन साछी बनाइ क जउन सबहिं जिअत अउर जउन मरि चुका बाटेन, ओनकइ निआउ करइवाला अहइ, अउर काहेकि ओकर फिन स आगमन अउर ओकर राज्य लगे बा, मइँ तोहसे सपथ स हुकुम देत हउँ।
1I charge [thee] in the sight of God, and of Christ Jesus, who shall judge the living and the dead, and by his appearing and his kingdom:
2सुसमाचर क प्रचार लगातार करा। चाहे तू पचन क सुविधा होइ या असुविधा आपन कर्तव्य करत रहा। लोगन क का करइ चही, ओनक समझावा। जबहिं उ पचे बुरा काम करइँ ओनका समझावा लोगन क धीरज दइके समझावत भए ओनका प्रोत्साहित करइ चाही। यह सब धीरज और सावधानी स दी गइ सिच्छा द्वारा करा।
2preach the word; be urgent in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching.
3मइँ इ एह बरे बतावत हउँ कि एक समइ अइसा आई जब लोग अच्छा उपदेस क सुनब तक न चइहीं उ आपन इच्छन क कारण अपने बरे बहुत स गुरू एकठ्ठा कइ लेइहीं, जउन उहइ सुनइहीं जउन उ पचे सुनइ चाहत हीं।
3For the time will come when they will not endure the sound doctrine; but, having itching ears, will heap to themselves teachers after their own lusts;
4उ पचे आपन कानन क सत्य स फेर लेइहीं अउर कल्पित सबइ कथा प धियान देइ लगिहीं।
4and will turn away their ears from the truth, and turn aside unto fables.
5परन्तु तू निस्चय स सब परिस्थितियन मँ संयमी रह्या, सबइ यातना झेला अउर सुसमाचर क प्रचार क काम करा। जउन सेवा तोहका सऊँपी गइ बा, ओका पूरा करा।
5But be thou sober in all things, suffer hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fulfil thy ministry.
6जहाँ तक मोर बात बा, मइँ तउ अब अर्घ क समान उँड़ेला जाइ पर हउँ। अउर मोर तउ एह जीवन स विदा लेइ क समइ भी आइ पहुँचा अहइ।
6For I am already being offered, and the time of my departure is come.
7मइँ उत्तम स्पर्धा मँ लगा रहा हउँ। मइँ आपन दउड़-दउड़ चुका हउँ। मइँ बिसवास क रास्ता क रच्छा किहे हउँ।
7I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith:
8अब विजय मुकुट मोर प्रतिच्छा मँ बा। जउन अच्छे जीवन क बरे मिलइ क बा। ओह दिना निआउ कर्ता पर्भू मोका विजय मुकुट पहिराई। न केवल मोका, बल्कि ओन्हन सभन क जउन पिरेम क साथे ओकरे परगट होइ क बाट जोहत रहत हीं।
8henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give to me at that day; and not to me only, but also to all them that have loved his appearing.

9Give diligence to come shortly unto me:
10काहेकि एह जगत क मोह मँ पड़िके देमास तउ मोका तियाग दिहे अहइ अउर उ थिस्सलुनीके चला गवा बा। ऋेसकेंस गलातिया क अउर तीतुस दलमतिया क चला गवा बा
10for Demas forsook me, having loved this present world, and went to Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, Titus to Dalmatia.
11केवल लूका ही मोरे लगे बा। मरकुस क लगे जाब अउर जब तू आवा, ओका अपने हाथे लइ आवा काहेकि मोर काम मँ उ मोरे बहुत सहायक क होइ सकत ह।
11Only Luke is with me. Take Mark, and bring him with thee; for he is useful to me for ministering.
12तुखिकुस को मई इफिसुस भेजत अहउँ।
12But Tychicus I sent to Ephesus.
13जब तू आवा, तउ ओका कोट के, जेका मइँ त्रोआस मँ करपुस क घरे छोड़ि आइ रहेउँ, लइ आवा। मोर कितबियन, विसेस कर चमड़े क चिटिठ्न क लइ आवा।
13The cloak that I left at Troas with Carpus, bring when thou comest, and the books, especially the parchments.
14ताम्रकार सिकन्दर तउ मोका बहुत हानि पहुँचाए अहइ। उ जइसेन किहे अहइ, पर्भू ओकरे करमन क अनुसार ओका वइसेन फल देई,
14Alexander the coppersmith did me much evil: the Lord will render to him according to his works:
15तूहऊँ ओसे सचेत रहा काहेकि उ मोर उपदेस क घोर विरोध करत रहा बाटइ।
15of whom do thou also beware; for he greatly withstood our words.
16सुरू मँ जब मइँ आपन बचाव पेस करइ लागउँ तउ मोर पच्छ मँ कउनो सामने नाहीं आवा। बल्कि ओन्हन तउ मोका अकेलइ छोड़ि दिहे रहेन। परमेस्सर करई ओन्हे एकर हिसाब न देइ पड़इ।
16At my first defence no one took my part, but all forsook me: may it not be laid to their account.
17मोरे पच्छ मँ त पर्भू खड़ा होइके मोका सक्ती दिहेस। त्ताकि मोरे द्वारा सुसमाचार क भरपूर प्रचार होइ सकइ, जेका सभन गैर यहूदियन सुनि पावइँ। सिंह क मुँह स मोका बचाइ लीन्ह गवा बा।
17But the Lord stood by me, and strengthened me; that through me the message might me fully proclaimed, and that all the Gentiles might hear: and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.
18कीहींउ पाप क भारी हमला स पर्भू मोका बचाई अउर अपने सरग क राज्य मँ सुरच्छा स लइ जाई। ओकर महिमा हमेसा हमेसा होत रहइ। आमीन।
18The Lord will deliver me from every evil work, and will save me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom [be] the glory forever and ever. Amen.
19प्रिस्का, अक्किला अउर उनेसिफुरूस क परिवार क नमस्कार कहया।
19Salute Prisca and Aquila, and the house of Onesiphorus.
20इरास्तुस कुरिन्थुस मँ ठहर गवा बा। मइँ त्रुफिमुस क ओकरी बीमारी क कारण मीलेतुस मँ छोड़ दिहे अहउँ।
20Erastus remained at Corinth: but Trophimus I left at Miletus sick.
21जाड़ा स पहिले आवइ क जतन करा। यूबुलुस, पुदेंस, लिनुस अउर क्लौदिया अउर सभन भाइयन क तोहे नमस्कार पहुँचइ।
21Give diligence to come before winter. Eubulus saluteth thee, and Pudens, and Linus, and Claudia, and all the brethren.
22पर्भू तोहरे साथे रहइ। तू सब प पर्भू क अनुग्रह होई।
22The Lord be with thy spirit. Grace be with you.
