¹मइँ चाहत हउँ क तोहे एह बातन क पता चलि जाइ कि मइँ तोहरे बरे, लौदीकिया क रहइवालन क बरे ओन्हन सबके बरे जउन निजी तरह स हमेसा कभउँ नाहीं मिला हयेन। केतना कठोर मेहनत करत हउँ मइँ इ एह बरे करत हउँ।

¹For I would have you know how greatly I strive for you, and for them at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;

²ताकि ओनेक मने क जोस मिलइ अउर उ परस्पर पिरेम मँ बॅधि जाइँ। अउर बिसवासे क उ सब धन जउन सच्चा गियान स मिलत थ, ओन्हे मिलि जाइ अउर परमेस्सर क रहस्य भरा सच ओन्हे मिलइ उ रहस्य भरा सच खुद मसीह अहइ।

²that their hearts may be comforted, they being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, that they may know the mystery of God, [even] Christ,

³मसीह मँ विवेक अउर गियान क सब निधियन छुपी बांटिन।

³in whom are all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge hidden.

⁴अइसेन मइँ एह बरे कहत हउँ कि केउ तोहे ओन तर्क भरी युक्तियन स जेह देखइ मँ अच्छी मीठी देखात ह मुला असत्य अहइँ भरमाइ न देइ।

⁴This I say, that no one may delude you with persuasiveness of speech.

⁵जद्यपि सरीर रूप स मइँ तोहमें नाहीं हउँ। फिन भी तोहरे मँ आध्यात्मिक रूप स हउँ। मइँ तोहरे जीवन क अऩुसासन अउर मसीह मँ तोहरे बिसवासे क मजबूती क देखिके खुश हउँ।

⁵For though I am absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ.

⁶तउन तू जइसेन क ईसू मसीह अउर पर्भू क रूप मँ ग्रहण किहे हउँ, तू ओहमे वइसेन ही बना रहा।

⁶As therefore ye received Christ Jesus the Lord, [so] walk in him,

⁷तोहार जड़ उही मँ होइँ अउर तोहार निर्माण उही पर होइ अउर तू आपने बिसवासे मँ दृढ़ता पात्वत रहा जइसेन कि तोहे सिखावा गवा बा। परमेस्सर क बरे अधिक स अधिक आभारी बना।

⁷rooted and builded up in him, and established in your faith, even as ye were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.

⁸धियान रखा कि तोहे अपने उ संसारी बिचारन अउर खोखला परपंच स केउ भरमाइ न लेइ जउन मानुस ज्ञान स मिलत ह, इ मानव परम्परा पर आधारित बाटइ, अउर जउन ब्रह्माण्ड क कब्जा करइवाली सबइ आतिमा क देन अहइ। मसीह स नाहीं आवत। ये विचार निरर्थक अहइ, अउर संसार क लोगन स आवत ह।

⁸Take heed lest there shall be any one that maketh spoil of you through his philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ:

⁹काहेकि परमेस्सर मसीह मँ आपन पूरेपने क साथे मँ निवास करत ह। इहाँ तक कि सांसाकरिक जीवन मँ भी

⁹for in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily,

¹⁰अउर उही मँ रहिके तू पूरा बना अहा। उ सब सासकन अउर आधिकारियन क सिरे क मउर अहइ अहई।

¹⁰and in him ye are made full, who is the head of all principality and power:

¹¹तोहर खतनउ तउ उही मँ भवा बा। इ खतना मनई क हाथे स सम्पन्न नाहीं भवा बल्कि इ खतना जब तोहे तोहर पापपूर्ण मानऊ सुभाऊ क प्रभाव स छुटकारा देवॉइ दीन्ह गवा रहा। तब मसीह का जरिये भवा।

¹¹in whom ye were also circumcised with a circumcision not made with hands, in the putting off of the body of the flesh, in the circumcision of Christ;

¹²इ एह बरे भवा कि जब तोहे बपतिस्मा मँ ओकरे साथे गाड़ दीन्ह गवा तउ जे परमेस्सर ओका मरन भएन क बीचे स जिआइ दिहे रहा, अउर परमेस्सर क काम मँ तोहरे बिसवासे क कारण मसीह क साथे तोहेउ फिन स जिन्दा कइ दीन्ह गवा।

¹²having been buried with him in baptism, wherein ye were also raised with him through faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead.

¹³अपने पापन अउर अपने खतना रहित सरीर क कारण तू मरा भवा रह्या परन्तु तोहे परमेस्सर तउ मसीह क साथे साथे जीवन प्रदान किहेस अउर हमरे सब पापन क मुक्तरूप स छमा कइ दिहेस।

¹³And you, being dead through your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, you, [I say], did he make alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses;

¹⁴परमेस्सर तउ हमरे ओह उलटा करजा क जेहमन हमरे द्वारा परमेस्सर का नियम तोड़ा गवा नियमन क सूचीबद्ध किहे रहा। जेहका पालन करइ मँ हम असर्मथ रहेन। ओका बेकारइ ठहराइ दिहेस अउर ओका ऋूस पर कीलन मँ गड़िके हमरे राह स दूर हटाइ दिहेस।

¹⁴having blotted out the bond written in ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us: and he hath taken it out that way, nailing it to the cross;

¹⁵परमेस्सर तउ क्रूस क द्वारा आध्यात्मिक सासकन अउर अपने अधिकारियन क साधन बिना कइ दिहेस अउर अपने मँ सार्वजनिक तमासा क रूप मँ विजय अभियान मँ अपने पीछे पीछे चालायेस।

¹⁵having despoiled the principalities and the powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

¹⁶तउन खाई पिअइ क चीजियन अउर पर्व क नवा चाँद क त्यौहार, या सबित क दिना क लइके कउनउ तोहार आलोचना न करइ।

¹⁶Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of a feast day or a new moon or a sabbath day:

¹⁷इ त, जउन बात आवइवाली अहइँ, ओनकर छाया भर बाटिन। परन्तु एह छाया क असली काया तउ मसीह क बाटइ।

¹⁷which are a shadow of the things to come; but the body is Christ's.

¹⁸कउनउ मनई जउन अपने आप क प्रताड़ित करइ क करम सरगदूतन क आराधना क कामन मँ लगा भवा होइ, ओका तू तोहरे प्रतिफल क पावइ मँ अयोग्य न बनइ देइ चाही। अइसेन मनई हमेसा ओन्हन दिव्य दर्सनन क डींग मारत रहत ह जेका उ देखे अहइ अउर अपने दुनियावी सोच क वजह स झ्ठा तथा निरर्थक धमण्ड स भरा रहत ह।

¹⁸Let no man rob you of your prize by a voluntary humility and worshipping of the angels, dwelling in the things which he hath seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

¹⁹उ मसीह स नाहीं जुड़त जउन कि सिर मँ अउर जेकर ऊपर पूरे सरीर आधारित अहइ। मसीह क कारण ही सरीर क सब भाग एक दूसर क ध्यान लखत हीं। अउर एक दूसरे क मदद करत हीं। इससे सरीर एक इकाई होत ह, परमेस्सर क इच्छा क अनुसार मजबूत करइ अउर आध्यात्मिक विकास मँ योग्गदान क बरे।

¹⁹and not holding fast the Head, from whom all the body, being supplied and knit together through the joints and bands, increasing with the increase of God.

²⁰काहेकि तू मसीह क साथे मरी चूका अहा अउर ओन आतिमन स अजात करावा गवा अहा जउन ब्रहमाण्ड क ससान करत हीं एकर मतलब अहइ कि, संसार क व्यर्थ सिच्छन स छुटकारा देवावा जाइ सकत ह त एह तरह क आचरण काहे करत अहा। जइसे तू एह दुनिया क अहा अउर अइसेन नियमन का पालन करत अहा। जइसेः

²⁰If ye died with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, do ye subject yourselves to ordinances,

²¹“एका हाथ न लगावा” “एका जिन चखा” या “एका जिन छुआ”

²¹Handle not, nor taste, nor touch

²²इ सब चीजन त काम मँ आवत आवत नस्ट होई जाइ क बरे बाटिन। अइसेन आचार व्यवहार क अधीनता कइके तउ तू मनई क बनाए आचार व्यवहार अउर सब सिच्छा क अनुसरण करत अहा।

²²(all which things are to perish with the using), after the precepts and doctrines of men?

²³ये नियम बुद्धिमान क तो देखात ह। ये एक ऐसे धरम क निर्माण करत हीं जउन मानवीय इच्छा पर आधारित अहइँ: अउर सरीर का सेवत अहइँ। लेकिन इ नियमन पापात्मान क ओनके बुरा काम रोकइ मँ मूल्यहीन अहइँ।

²³Which things have indeed a show of wisdom in will-worship, and humility, and severity to the body; [but are] not of any value against the indulgence of the flesh.
