1गदेलन, पर्भू मँ आस्था रखत महतारी-बाप क आज्ञा क पालन करा काहेकि इहइ तरीका पर्भू चाहत बा।
1Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.
2"अपने महतारी-बाप क सम्मान करा।" इ पहली आज्ञा अहइ जउन इ परितिसिया स युक्त बा
2Honor thy father and mother (which is the first commandment with promise),
3कि "तोहार भला होई अउर तू धरती पर चिरायु होब्या।"
3that it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.
4अउर हे पिता लोगो, तू पचे अपने गदेलन क गुस्सा न दिआवा बल्कि पर्भू स मिली सिच्छा अउर निर्देसन क देत ओनकर पालन-पोसन करा।
4And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but nurture them in the chastening and admonition of the Lord.
5हे सेवक लोगो, तू पचे अपने संसारी स्वामियन क आज्ञा निष्कपट हिरदइ स भय अउर आदर क साथे उही तरह माना जइसे तू मसीह क आज्ञा मानत ह।
5Servants, be obedient unto them that according to the flesh are your masters, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;
6केवल कीहीउँ क देखत रहत ही रहा काम न करा जइसे तोहे लोगन क समर्थन क आवश्यकता होइ। बल्कि मसीह क सेवक क रूप मँ करा जउन आपन मन लगाइके परमेस्सर क इच्छा पूरी करत हीं।
6not in the way of eyeservice, as men-pleasers; but as servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;
7उत्साह क साथे एक सेवक क रूप मँ अइसेन काम करा जइसे माना तू लोगन, क नाहीं पर्भू क सेवा करत अहा।
7with good will doing service, as unto the Lord, and not unto men:
8याद रखा, तोहमें हर एक चाहे उ सेवक होइ या स्वतंत्र होइ या केउ अच्छा काम करत ह, तउ पर्भू स ओका पुरस्कार मिली।
8knowing that whatsoever good thing each one doeth, the same shall he receive again from the Lord, whether [he be] bond or free.

9And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, and forbear threatening: knowing that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no respect of persons with him.
10मतलब इ कि पर्भू मँ स्थित होइके ओकर असीम सक्ती क साथे अपने आपक सक्तिसाली बनावा।
10Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might.
11परमेस्सर क सम्पूर्ण कवच क धारण करा। ताकि तू राच्छस (दुस्टन) क सबइ योजन क सामने टिक सका।
11Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12काहेकि हमार संघर्ष मनइयन स नाहीं बा, बल्कि सासकन, अधिकारियन, एक अन्धकार भरा जुग क आकास क सक्तियन अउर अम्बर क दुस्टात्मिक सक्तियन क साथे बा।
12For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world-rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual [hosts] of wickedness in the heavenly [places].
13इही बरे परमेस्सर क सम्पूर्ण कवच क धारण करा ताकि जब बुरा दिन आवइ तउ जउन कछू संभव बा ओका कइ चुकइ क बाद तू दृढतापूर्वक अडिग रहि सका।
13Wherefore take up the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand.

14Stand therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness,

15and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16इ सबसे बड़ी बात इ बा कि विस्व क ढाल क रूप मँ लइ ल्या। जेकरे द्वारा तू ओन दुस्टन (सइतान) क समस्त अग्नि बाणन का बुझाई सका, जउन बन्दी क द्वारा छोड़ा गवा अहइँ।
16withal taking up the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil [one].
17उद्धार क बरे क सिरस्त्राण पहिन ल्या अउर परमेस्सर क सँदेसा रूपी आतिमा क तलवार उठाइ ल्या।
17And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18सब तरह क पराथना अउर निवेदन सहित आतिमा क सहायता सब अवसर पर विनती करत रहा। एह लच्छ स सभन प्रकार क यत्न करत सावधान रहा। अउर सभन सन्तन क बरे पराथना करा।
18with all prayer and supplication praying at all seasons in the Spirit, and watching thereunto in all perseverance and supplication for all the saints,
19अउर मोरे बरे पराथना करा कि मइँ जब आपन मुँह खोलउँ, मोका एक सुसंदेस मिलइ ताकि निर्भयता क साथ सुसमाचार क रहस्य भरा सच क, परगट कइ साकउँ।
19And on my behalf, that utterance may be given unto me in opening my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the gospel,
20इही बरे मइँ जंजीर मँ जकड़ा भआ राजदूत क समान सेवा करत हउँ। पराथना करा कि, जेह तरह मोका बोलइ चाही उही तरह निर्भयता क साथे सुसमाचार क प्रबचन कइ सकउँ।
20for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
21तूहउ, मइँ कइसेन हउं अउर का करत हउँ, एका जान जा। सो तुखिकुस तोहे सबन कछू बताइ देई। इ हमार पिआरा बंधु अहइ अउर पर्भू मँ स्थित एक बिसवासपूर्ण सेवक अहइ।
21But that ye also may know my affairs, how I do, Tychicus, the beloved brother and faithful minister in the Lord, shall make known to you all things:
22इही बरे मइँ ओका तोहरे लगे भेजत हउँ ताकि तू मोर समाचार जानि सका अउर इही बरे कि उ तोहरे मने क सान्ति देइ सकइ।
22whom I have sent unto you for this very purpose, that ye may know our state, and that he may comfort your hearts.
23भाइयो, तू सबे क परमपिता परमेस्सर अउर पर्भू ईसू मसीह कइँती स सान्ति, पिरेम अउर बिसवास मिलइ।
23Peace be to the brethren, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
24जउन हमरे पर्भू ईसू मसीह स अमर पिरेम रखत हीं, ओन पइ परमेस्सर क अनुग्रह होत ह।
24Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ with [a love] incorruptible.
