1लोगन क याद देवॉवत रहा कि उ पचे राजा लोग अउर अधिकरियन क अधिन रहइँ। ओनके आज्ञा क पालन करइँ। सब तरह क उत्तिम कामन क करइ क बरे तइयार रहइँ।
1Put them in mind to be in subjection to rulers, to authorities, to be obedient, to be ready unto every good work,
2कीहीउ क निन्दा न करइँ। सान्ति-पिरेम क साथ सभी लोगन स मिलकर रहइँ। अउर सज्जन बनइँ। सब लोगन क साथे नरम व्यवहार करइँ।
2to speak evil of no man, not to be contentious, to be gentle, showing all meekness toward all men.
3इ मइँ एह बरे बतावत हउँ काहेकि हम हूँ, एक समइ रहा, जब मूर्ख रहे। आज्ञा क उल्लंघन करत रहे। भ्रम मँ पड़ा रहे। अउर सबइ वासना अउर सब तरह क सुख-भोग क दास बना रहे। हम स लोग घिना करत ही। अउर हम भी परस्पर एक दूसरन स दुस्टता अउर इर्सा करत रहेन। हम पचन स लोग घिना करत रहेन अउर हम पचे भी ओनसे घिना करत रहेन।
3For we also once were foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, hating one another.
4मुला जब हमार उद्धारकर्ता परमेस्सर क मानवता क बरे दया अउर पिरेम परगट भवा
4But when the kindness of God our Saviour, and his love toward man, appeared,
5उ हमार उद्धार किहेस। इ हमार निर्दोस ठहराइ जाइके बरे हमार कीहीउ काम द्वारा नाहीं भवा बल्कि ओकरी करूणा द्वारा भवा। उ हमार रच्छा ओह स्नान क द्वारा किहेस जेहमाँ हम फिन पइदा होइत ह अउर पवित्तर आतिमा क द्वारा नवा बनावा जात अहीं।
5not by works [done] in righteousness, which we did ourselves, but according to his mercy he saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit,
6उ हम प पवित्तर आतिमा क हमार उद्धारकर्ता ईसू मसीह क द्वारा भरपूर उँड़ेरे बा।
6which he poured out upon us richly, through Jesus Christ our Saviour;
7अब परमेस्सर हमका आपन करूणा क द्वारा निर्दोस ठहराए बा ताकि जेकर हम आसा करत रहेन ओह अनन्त जीवन क उत्तराधिकार क पाइ सकी।
7that, being justified by his grace, we might be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
8इ कथन बिसवास करइ क जोग्ग बा। अउर मइँ चाहत हउँ कि तू पचे इन बातन पर डटा रहा ताकि उ पचे जउन परमेस्सर मँ बिसवास करत हीं, अच्छा कामन मँ लगा रहइँ। इ बातन लोगन बरे उत्तिम अउर हितकारी बाटिन।
8Faithful is the saying, and concerning these things I desire that thou affirm confidently, to the end that they who have believed God may be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men:
9[This verse may not be a part of this translation]
9but shun foolish questionings, and genealogies, and strifes, and fightings about law; for they are unprofitable and vain.
10जउन आदमी फूट डालत होइ, ओसे एक या दुइ बार चेतावनी देइके अलग होइ जा।
10A factious man after a first and second admonition refuse;
11काहेकि तू जानत अहा कि अइसा मनई रस्ता स भटकि गवा बा अउर पापन क करत बाटइ। उ तउ खुद अपने क दोसी ठहराए बाटइ।
11knowing that such a one is perverted, and sinneth, being self-condemned.
12मइँ तोहरे लगे जब अरतिमास य तुखिकुस क भेजउँ तउ मोरे लगे निकुपुलिस आवइ क भरपूर जतन करा काहे कि हम उहइ सर्दी बितावइ क निस्चय कइ रखेउ ह।
12When I shall send Artemas unto thee, or Tychicus, give diligence to come unto me to Nicopolis: for there I have determined to winter.
13वकील जेनास अउर अपुल्लोस क ओनकी जात्रा क बरे जउन कछू आवस्यक होइ, ओकरे बरे तू भरपूर सहायता जुटाइ द्या ताकि ओन्हे कउनउ बात क कउनो कमी न रहइ।
13Set forward Zenas the lawyer and Apollos on their journey diligently, that nothing be wanting unto them.
14हमरे लोगन क सतकर्मन मँ लगा रहब सीखइ चाही। ओहमाँ स भी जेनका बहुत जियाद जरूरत होइ, ओका पूरा करब ताकि उ पचे विफल न होइँ।
14And let our [people] also learn to maintain good works for necessary uses, that they be not unfruitful.
15जउन मोरे साथे अहइ, ओ सब क तोहे नमस्कार। हमरे बिसवास क कारण जउन लोग हमसे पिरेम करत हीं, ओन्हेऊ नमस्कार। परमेस्सर क अनुग्रह तू सबके साथे रहइ।
15All that are with me salute thee. Salute them that love us in faith. Grace be with you all.
