1फिन ईसू यरीहो मँ घुसिके जब हुवाँ स जात रहा।
1And he entered and passed through Jericho.
2तो हुवाँ जक्कई नाउँ क एक मनई भी हाजिर रहा। उ चंुगी (टिक्ॅस) उगहियन मुखिया रहा। तउ उ बहोत धनी रहा।
2And behold, [there was] a man by name called Zacchaeus, and he was chief tax-gatherer, and he was rich.
3उ इ देखइ क जतन करत रहा कि ईसू कउन अहइ, मुला भिड़िया क कारण उ देख नाहीं पावत रहा काहेकि ओकर कद छोटवार राह।
3And he sought to see Jesus who he was: and he could not for the crowd, because he was little in stature.
4तउ उ सबन क अगवा धावत भवा एक ठु गुलरी क बृच्छ प जाइ चढ़ा जेहसे, उ ओका निहारि सकइ काहेकि ईसू क उहइ रास्ता स होइके निकरइ क रहा।
4And running on before, he got up into a sycamore that he might see him, for he was going to pass that [way].
5फिन जब ईसू उ ठउरे प आवा तउ उ ऊपर लखत भवा जक्कई स कहेस, “जक्कई, हाली स नीचे उतरि आवा काहेकि मोका आजु तोहरे ही घरे प रुकइ चाही।”
5And when he came up to the place, Jesus looked up and saw him, and said to him, Zacchaeus, make haste and come down, for to-day I must remain in thy house.
6तउ उ तड़फड़ नीचे उतरिके खुसी क संग ओकर अगवानी किहेस।
6And he made haste and came down, and received him with joy.
7जब सबहिं मनइयन इ लखेन तउ उ पचे बड़बड़ाइ लागेन अउर बोलेन, “अरे इ एक पापी क घर मेहमान बनइ जात अहइ।”
7And all murmured when they saw [it], saying, He has turned in to lodge with a sinful man.
8मुला जक्कई खड़ा भवा अउर पर्भू स बोला, “हे पर्भू देखा, मइँ आपन सारी धन दौलत क आधा हींसा गरीब गुरबन क दइ देब अउर जदि मइँ कउनो क छल कइके कछू भी छीना ह तउ ओका चौगुना कइके लौटाइ देब!”
8But Zacchaeus stood and said to the Lord, Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor, and if I have taken anything from any man by false accusation, I return [him] fourfold.
9ईसू ओसे कहेस, “इ घरे प आज उद्धार आइ गवा ह, काहेकि इ मनई भी इब्राहीम क ही संतान अहइ।
9And Jesus said to him, To-day salvation is come to this house, inasmuch as he also is a son of Abraham;
10काहेकि मनई क पूत भी जउन कउनो हेराइ गवा अहइ, ओका ढूँढ़इ अउर ओकर उद्धार करइ आवा ह।”
10for the Son of man has come to seek and to save that which is lost.
11जब उ मनइयन इ बातन क सुनत रहेन तउ ईसू ओनका एक दिस्टान्त कथा सुनाएस काहेकि ईसू यरूसलेम क नगिचे रहा अउर उ पचे सोचत रहेन कि परमेस्सर क राज्य तुरंत ही परगट होइ जात अहइ।
11But as they were listening to these things, he added and spake a parable, because he was near to Jerusalem and they thought that the kingdom of God was about to be immediately manifested.
12तउ ईसू कहेस, “एक ऊँच कुल क मनई राजा क पाद पावइ बरे कउनो परदेस मँ गवा।
12He said therefore, A certain high-born man went to a distant country to receive for himself a kingdom and return.
13तउ उ आपन दस नउकरन क बोलाएस अउर ओनमाँ स हर एक क एक एक थैली दिहस अउर ओनसे कहेस, ‘जब ताईं मइँ लौटउँ, ऍसे कउनो बियापार करा।’
13And having called his own ten bondmen, he gave to them ten minas, and said to them, Trade while I am coming.
14मुला सहर क दूसर मनई ओसे घिना करत रहेन, एह बरे उ पचे ओकर पाछे इ कहइ क एक प्रतिनिधि मण्डत पठएस, ‘हम नाहीं चाहित कि इ मनई हम पइ राज करइ।’
14But his citizens hated him, and sent an embassy after him, saying, We will not that this [man] should reign over us.
15“मुला उ राजा क पदवी पाइ गवा। फिन जब उ वापस लौटा तउ जउन नउकरन क उ धन दिहे रहा ओनका इ जानइ बरे कि उ सबइ कउन लाभ कमाइ लिहन ह, उ बोलॉवा पठएस।
15And it came to pass on his arrival back again, having received the kingdom, that he desired these bondmen to whom he gave the money to be called to him, in order that he might know what every one had gained by trading.
16पहिला आइ अउर बोला, ‘स्वामी, तोहार थैलियन स मइँ दस अउर थैली कमाउँ ह!”
16And the first came up, saying, [My] Lord, thy mina has produced ten minas.
17ऍह पइ ओकर स्वामी ओसे कहेस, ‘उत्तिम नउकर तू नीक किहा ह। काहेकि तू इ छोटकी सी बात प बिसवास क जोग्ग रहा। तू दस सहरन क अधिकारी होब्या!’
17And he said to him, Well [done], thou good bondman; because thou hast been faithful in that which is least, be thou in authority over ten cities.
18फिन दूसर नउकर आवा अउर बोला, ‘स्वामी तोर थैलियन स मइँ पाँच अउर थैली कमायउँ ह!’
18And the second came, saying, [My] Lord, thy mina has made five minas.
19फिन उ ऍहसे कहेस, ‘तू पाँच सहरन क ऊपर राज करब्या!’
19And he said also to this one, And *thou*, be over five cities.
20फिन एक दूसर नउकर आवा अउर बोला, ‘स्वामी इ रही तोहार थैली जेका मइँ अँगौछा मँ बाँधिके कहूँ रख दिहे रहेउँ।
20And another came, saying, [My] Lord, lo, [there is] thy mina, which I have kept laid up in a towel.
21मइँ तोहसे डेरात रहत हउँ, काहेकि तू एक कठोर मनई अहा। तू जउन रख्या नाहीं ह तू ओका भी लइ लेत ह अउर जउन तू बोया नाहीं ओका काटत ह!’
21For I feared thee because thou art a harsh man: thou takest up what thou hast not laid down, and thou reapest what thou hast not sowed.
22मालिक ओसे कहेस, ‘अरे दुस्ट नउकर! मइँ तोहरे आपन सब्दन क ऊपर तोहार निआव करब। तू तो जानत ही ह कि मइँ जउन राखत नाहीं हउँ, ओका भी लइ लेइवाला अउर जउन बोवत नाहीं ओका बी काटइवाला कठोर मनई हउँ?
22He says to him, Out of thy mouth will I judge thee, wicked bondman: thou knewest that *I* am a harsh man, taking up what I have not laid down and reaping what I have not sowed.
23तउ फिन तू मोर धन बियाज प काहे नाहीं लगाया ताकि मइँ अबहुँ वापस आवत होतउँ तउ बियाज क साथ ओका लइ लेतउँ।”
23And why didst thou not give my money to [the] bank; and *I* should have received it, at my coming, with interest?
24फिन लगे खड़ा मनइयन स उ कहेस, ‘ऍकर थैली ऍहसे लइ ल्या अउर जेकरे लगे दस थैली अहइँ ओका दइ द्या।’
24And he said to those that stood by, Take from him the mina and give [it] to him who has the ten minas.
25ऍह पइ उ सबइ ओसे बोलेन, ‘मालिक, ओकरे लगे तउ दस थैली अहइँ!’
25And they said to him, Lord, he has ten minas.
26मालिक कहेस, ‘मइँ तोहसे कहत हउँ हर एक उ मनई क जेकरे लगे अहइ अउर जिआदा दीन्ह जाइ अउर जेकरे पास नाहीं अहइ, ओसे जउन ओकरे लगे अहइ, उ भी छीन लीन्ह जाइ।
26For I say unto you, that to every one that has shall be given; but from him that has not, that even which he has shall be taken from him.
27मुला मोर उ बैरी जउन नाहीं चाहतेन कि मइँ ओन पइ हुकूमत करउँ जेनका हिआँ मोरे समन्वा लावा अउर मारि डावा।”‘
27Moreover those mine enemies, who would not [have] me to reign over them, bring them here and slay [them] before me.
28इ बातन कहि चुके क पाछे ईसू अगवा चलत भवा यरूसलेम कइँती बढ़इ लाग।
28And having said these things, he went on before, going up to Jerusalem.
29अउर फिन जब उ बैतफगे अउर बैतनिय्याह मँ उ पहाड़ी क नगिचे पहुँचा जउन जैतून क पर्वतन कही जात रहीं तउ उ आपन दुइ चेलन क इ कहिके पठएस कि
29And it came to pass as he drew near to Bethphage and Bethany at the mountain called [the mount] of Olives, he sent two of his disciples,
30“इ जउन गाउँ तोहरे समन्वा अहइ, हुवाँ जा। जइसे ही तू हुवाँ घुसब्या, तोहका गदही क बच्चा हुवाँ बाँधा भवा मिली। जेहॅ पइ कउनो कबहूँ सवारी नाहीं किहे होइ, ओका खोलिके हिआँ लिआवा।
30saying, Go into the village over against [you], in which ye will find, on entering it, a colt tied up, on which no [child] of man ever sat at any time: loose it and lead it [here].
31अउर जदि कउनो तोहसे पूछइ तू ऍका काहे खोलत अहा, तो तोहका ओसे इ कहब अहइ, ‘पर्भू क चाही।”‘
31And if any one ask you, Why do ye loose [it]? thus shall ye say to him, Because the Lord has need of it.
32फिन जेनका पठवा ग रहा, उ पचे गएन अउर ईसू जइसा ओनका बताए रहा, ओनका बइसा ही मिला।
32And they that were sent, having gone their way, found as he had said to them.
33तउ जब उ सबइ बचवा क खोलत ही रहेन, ओकर मालिक लोगन ओनसे पूछेन, “तू इ बचवा क काहे खोलत बाट्या?”
33And as they were loosing the colt, its masters said to them, Why loose ye the colt?
34उ पचे कहेन, “इ पर्भू क चाही।”
34And they said, Because the Lord has need of it.
35फिन उ पचे ओका ईसू क लगे लइ आएन। उ पचे आपन ओढ़ना उ बच्चा प ओढ़ाइ दिहेन अउर ईसू क ओह पइ बइठाइ दिहन।
35And they led it to Jesus; and having cast their own garments on the colt, they put Jesus on [it].
36ईसू जब जात रहा तउ मनइयन आपन ओढ़ना सड़क पइ बिछावत जात रहेन।
36And as he went, they strewed their clothes in the way.
37अउर फिन जब उ जैतून क पर्वतन स तलहटी क लगे आवा तउ चेलन क समूची भीड़ ओन सबहिं अजूबा कामे बरे, जउन उ पचे लखे रहेन, ऊँच आवाज मँ खुसी स परमेस्सर क स्तुति करइ लागेन। उ पचे पुकारेन;
37And as he drew near, already at the descent of the mount of Olives, all the multitude of the disciples began, rejoicing, to praise God with a loud voice for all the works of power which they had seen,
38“राजा उ धन्य अहइ, आवत ह जउन नाउँ मँ पर्भू (परमेस्सर) क! भजन संहिता 18:26 सरगे मँ सान्ति होइ, अउर अकास मँ महिमा होइ परमेस्सर क!”
38saying, Blessed the King that comes in the name of [the] Lord: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest.
39भिड़िया मँ खड़ा भएन कछू फरीसियन ओसे कहेन, “गुरु, चेलन क मना करा!”
39And some of the Pharisees from the crowd said to him, Teacher, rebuke thy disciples.
40तउ उ जवाब दिहस, “मइँ तोहसे कहत हउँ जदि इ सबइ खामोस होइ जाइँ तउ उ सबइ पाथर चिचियइहीं।”
40And he answering said to them, I say unto you, If these shall be silent, the stones will cry out.
41जब उ नगिचे आइके सहर क लखेस तउ उ ओह प रोइ पड़ा।
41And as he drew near, seeing the city, he wept over it,
42अउर बोला, “जदि तू बस आजु इहइ जानत होत्या कि कउन तोहका सान्ति देइ मुला अब उ तोहरी आँखी स ओझर होइ गवा बा।
42saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, even at least in this thy day, the things that are for thy peace: but now they are hid from thine eyes;
43उ दिनन तोहे प अइहीं जब तोहरे बैरी चारिहुँ कइँती अड़चन खड़ी कइ देइहीं। उ सबइ तोहका घेरि लेइहीं अउर सब कइँती स तोह पइ दबाव डइहीं।
43for days shall come upon thee, that thine enemies shall make a palisaded mound about thee, and shall close thee around, and keep thee in on every side,
44उ सबइ तोहका धूरी मँ मिलइहीं। तोहका अउर तोहरे दीवार क भीतर रहइवालन गदेलन क। तोहरी चहरदीवारे क भीतर उ सबइ तोहरे मकाने क एक पथरा भी ना छोड़िहइँ। काहेकि जब परमेस्सर तोहरे लगे आइ, तू उ घड़ी क नाहीं पहिचान्या।”
44and shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children in thee; and shall not leave in thee a stone upon a stone: because thou knewest not the season of thy visitation.
45फिन ईसू मंदिर मँ घुसा अउर जउन हुवाँ दुकानदारी करत रहेन ओनका बाहेर निकारइ लाग।
45And entering into the temple, he began to cast out those that sold and bought in it,
46उ ओनसे कहेस, “पवित्तर सास्तर मँ लिखा ग अहइ, ‘मोर घर पराथना घर होइ।’ मुला तू पचे ऍका ‘डाकुअन क अड्डा बनए अहा।”
46saying to them, It is written, My house is a house of prayer, but *ye* have made it a den of robbers.
47अब तो हर दिन मंदिर मँ उपदेस देइ लाग। मुख्ययाजकन, धरम सास्तिरियन अउर मुखिया मनइयन ओका मार डावइ क ताकि मँ हरइ लागेन।
47And he was teaching day by day in the temple: and the chief priests and the scribes and the chief of the people sought to destroy him,
48मुला ओनका अइसा कइ डावइ क कउनो अउसर न मिल पावा काहेकि मनइयन ओकरे बचन क बहोत मान्नता देत रहेन।
48and did not find what they could do, for all the people hung on him to hear.
