¹तउ ईसू आपन बारहु चेलन क लगे बोलवाइके ओनका दुस्ट आतिमन क बाहेर खदेरइ, अउर हर तरह क रोगन अउर दारुन दु:खन क दूर करइ क सक्ती दिहेस।

¹He called to himself his twelve disciples, and gave them authority over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal every disease and every sickness.

²उ सबइ बारहु प्रेरितन क नाउँ इ अहइँ सबते पहिले समौन, जउन पतरस कहा गवा, अउर ओकर भाई आन्द्रियास, जब्दी क बेटवा याकूब अउर ओकर भाई यूहन्ना।

²Now the names of the twelve apostles are these. The first, Simon, who is called Peter; Andrew, his brother; James the son of Zebedee; John, his brother;

³फिलिप्पुस, बरतुल्मै, थोमा, चुंगी (टिक्स) क उगहिया मत्ती, जल्फै क बेटवा याकूब अउर तद्दै।

³Philip; Bartholomew; Thomas; Matthew the tax collector; James the son of Alphaeus; Lebbaeus, whose surname was NU omits “Lebbaeus, whose surname was” Thaddaeus;

⁴समौन कनानी अउर यहूदा इस्करियोती जे ओका धोखा दइके पकड़वाए रहा।

⁴Simon the Canaanite; and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed him.

⁵ईसू इन बारहु प्रेरितन क बाहेर पठवत हुकुम दिहेस कि उ सबइ, “गैर यहूदियन क पहँटा मँ न जाइँ अउर कउनो सामरी सहर मँ न घुसइँ।

⁵Jesus sent these twelve out, and commanded them, saying, “Don’t go among the Gentiles, and don’t enter into any city of the Samaritans.

⁶मुला उ सबइ इस्राएल क परिवारे क हेराइ गइ भेड़न क नगिचे जाइँ

⁶ Rather, go to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

⁷अउर ओनका उपदेस देइँ, ‘सरगे क राज्य नगिचे अहइ।’

⁷ As you go, preach, saying, ‘The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!’

⁸उ सबइ बेरमियन क नीक करइँ, मरे भएन क जिन्नगी देइँ, कोढ़िन क नीक करइँ अउर दुस्ट आतिमन क खदेरइँ। तू सबइ बे कछू देए भए पर्भू क असीस अउर सक्ती पाए अहा, एह बरे दुसरउँ क बे कछू लिए अजादी स बाँटा।

⁸ Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers TR adds “, raise the dead” , and cast out demons. Freely you received, so freely give.

⁹आपन बटुआ मँ सोना, चाँदी अउर ताँवा जिन रखा।

⁹ Don’t take any gold, nor silver, nor brass in your money belts.

¹⁰जात्रा बरे कउनो झोला तक जिन रखा। कइसो फालतू कुर्ता, चप्पल अउर छड़ी जिन ल्या। काहेकि मजदूर क ओकरे खइया प हक अहइ।

¹⁰ Take no bag for your journey, neither two coats, nor shoes, nor staff: for the laborer is worthy of his food.

¹¹“तू पचे जब कबहुँ कउनो सहर या गाउँ मँ जा तउ पता करा कि हुवाँ बिसवास क लायक कउन अहइ। फिन तब ताईं हुवाँ ठहरि जा जब ताई हुवाँ स चल न द्या।

¹¹ Into whatever city or village you enter, find out who in it is worthy; and stay there until you go on.

¹²जबहि तू उ कउनो क घरे मँ जा तउ उ परिवार क मनइयन क मान सम्मान करत कहा, ‘तोहका सांति मिलइ।’

¹² As you enter into the household, greet it.

¹³जदि घरे क मनई सुपात्र होइहीं तउ तोहार असीस ओनके संग रही अउर जदि ओकरे जोग्ग नाहीं होइहीं तउ तोहार असीस तोहरे लगे लौटि आई।

¹³ If the household is worthy, let your peace come on it, but if it isn’t worthy, let your peace return to you.

¹⁴जदि कउनो तोहार अगवानी न करइ या तोहार बतियन क न सुनइ तउ उ घरवा या सहर क तजि द्या। अउर आपन गोड़वा मँ लागी माटी क हुवँइ झाड़ि द्या।

¹⁴ Whoever doesn’t receive you, nor hear your words, as you go out of that house or that city, shake off the dust from your feet.

¹⁵मइँ तोहसे सच कहत हउँ कि जब निआव होई तब उ सहर क दसा सदोम अउर अमोरा सहरन क दसा कहूँ जिआदा बढ़िया होई।

¹⁵ Most certainly I tell you, it will be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgment than for that city.

¹⁶“होसियार! मइँ तोहका बिगवन मँ भेड़न क नाई बाहेर पठवत अहउँ। कीरा क नाई चालाक अउर कबूतरे क नाईं भोला बना रहा।

¹⁶ “Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.

¹⁷मनइयन स होसियार रह्या काहेकि उ पचे तोहका बंदी बनाइके यहूदी पंचायत क दइ देइहीं अउर तोहका आपन आराधनालयन मँ कोड़ा स धुनवइहीं।

¹⁷ But beware of men: for they will deliver you up to councils, and in their synagogues they will scourge you.

¹⁸तोहका हुकूमत क सासक अउर राजा क समन्वा हाजिर करिहीं, काहेकि तू सबहीं मोर चेलन अहा। तोहका इ औसर दीन्ह जाई कि तू ओनका अउर गैर यहूदियन क मोरे बारे मँ साच्छी द्या।

¹⁸ Yes, and you will be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony to them and to the nations.

¹⁹जब उ पचे तोहका धरइँ तउ फिकिर जिन कर्‌या कि तोहका का कहइ क बाटइ अउर कइसे कहइ क अहइ। काहेकि उ समइ प तोहका बताइ दीन्ह जाई कि तोहका का कहइ क अहइ।

¹⁹ But when they deliver you up, don’t be anxious how or what you will say, for it will be given you in that hour what you will say.

²⁰याद रखा कि बोलवइया तू नाहीं अहा, मुला तोहरे परमपिता क आतिमा तोहरे भीतर बोली।

²⁰ For it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father who speaks in you.

²¹“भाई आपन भाइयन क धरवाइ क मरवइहीं महतारी बाप आपन गदेलन क पकड़वइहीं अउर बचवन आपन महतारी बाप क खिलाफ होइ जइहीं। उ पचे ओनका मरवाइ देइहीं।

²¹ “Brother will deliver up brother to death, and the father his child. Children will rise up against parents, and cause them to be put to death.

²²मोरे नाउँ क कारण मनई तोहसे घिना करिहीं। मुला आखिर तक जउन टिका रही उहइ क उद्धार होई।

²² You will be hated by all men for my name’s sake, but he who endures to the end will be saved.

²³उ सबइ अब तोहका सहर मँ सतावइँ तउ तू दूसर सहर मँ पराइ जाया। मइँ तोहसे सच सच कहत हउँ अइसे पहिले तू इस्राएल क सबइ ही सहरन क चक्कर लगाइ ल्या, मनई क पूत दुबारा आइ जाई।

²³ But when they persecute you in this city, flee into the next, for most certainly I tell you, you will not have gone through the cities of Israel, until the Son of Man has come.

²⁴“चेला आपन गुरु ते बड़वार नाहीं होतेन अउर न ही कउनो नउकर आपन मालिक ते बड़वार होत ह।

²⁴ “A disciple is not above his teacher, nor a servant above his lord.

²⁵चेला क गुरु क नाईं होइ मँ अउर नउकरे क मालिक क नाई होइ मँ संतोख करइ चाही। जब उ घरे क मालिक क बेल्जाबुल (सइतान) कहइँ तउ, ओकरे घरे क दूसर लोगन क संग तउ अउ भी बुरा बेवहार करिहीं!”

²⁵ It is enough for the disciple that he be like his teacher, and the servant like his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebul, how much more those of his household!

²⁶“एह बरे ओनसे डेराअ जिन काहेकि जउन छुपी अहइ, सब खुलि जाई। अउर हर चीज जउन छुपी अहइ, परगट होइ जाई।

²⁶ Therefore don’t be afraid of them, for there is nothing covered that will not be revealed; and hidden that will not be known.

²⁷मइँ अँधियारे मँ जउन कछू तोसे कहत हउँ, मइँ चाहित ह कि तू उजियारे मँ कहा। मइँ जउन कछू तोहरे कनवा मँ कहेउँ तू ओकरे मकाने क छत्तियापर चढ़िके, एलान करा।

²⁷ What I tell you in the darkness, speak in the light; and what you hear whispered in the ear, proclaim on the housetops.

²⁸ओनसे जिन डेराअ, जउन तोहरे देह क नास कइ डइहीं मुला तोहरे आतिमा क नाहीं मारि सकतेन। बस उ परमेस्सर स डेराअ जउन तोहार देह अउर आतिमा क नरके मँ नाइ के नास कइ सकत ह।

²⁸ Don’t be afraid of those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. Rather, fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in Gehenna. or, Hell.

²⁹एक ठु पइसा क दुइ चिड़िया बेसहे मँ स भी एक तोहरे परमपिता क बे जाने भए अउर ओकर बिना इच्छा स धरती प नाहीं गिर सकत।

²⁹ “Aren’t two sparrows sold for an assarion coin An assarion is a small coin worth one tenth of a drachma or a sixteenth of a denarius. An assarion is approximately the wages of one half hour of agricultural labor. ? Not one of them falls on the ground apart from your Father’s will,

³⁰अरे तोहरे मूँड़े क एक एक बार तक गिना भवा बाटइ।

³⁰ but the very hairs of your head are all numbered.

³¹यह बरे डेराअ जिन, तोहार कीमत तउ वइसी बहोत स चिड़ियन ते जिआदा बाटइ।

³¹ Therefore don’t be afraid. You are of more value than many sparrows.

³²“जउन कउनो मोका सब मनइयन क समन्वा अपनाई, मइँ भी ओका सरगे मँ बसा आपन परमपिता क समन्वा अपनियाउब।

³² Everyone therefore who confesses me before men, him I will also confess before my Father who is in heaven.

³³मुला जउन कउनो मोका सब मनइयन क समन्वा न अपनियाई, मइँ भी ओका आपन परमपिता क समन्वा न अपनियाउब।

³³ But whoever denies me before men, him I will also deny before my Father who is in heaven.

³⁴“इ जिन सोचा कि मइँ धरती प सांति लइ आवइ आइ हउँ। सांति नाहीं मुला एक तरवारे क लइ आइ हउँ।

³⁴ “Don’t think that I came to send peace on the earth. I didn’t come to send peace, but a sword.

³⁵ For I came to set a man at odds against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.

³⁶ A man’s foes will be those of his own household. Micah 7:6

³⁷‘जउन आपन महतारी बाप स मोसे जिआदा पिरेम करत ह, उ मोर होइ क जोग्ग नाहीं जउन अपने बेटवा अउर बिटिया से मोसे जिआदा पिरेम करत ह, उ मोर होइके जोग्ग नाहीं।

³⁷ He who loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; and he who loves son or daughter more than me isn’t worthy of me.

³⁸उ जउन क्रूसे (यातना) उठाइके मोरे पाछे होत नाहीं, मोर होइके जोग्ग नाहीं।

³⁸ He who doesn’t take his cross and follow after me, isn’t worthy of me.

³⁹उ जउन आपन प्राण बचावा चाहत ह, आपन प्राण खोइ देइ। मुला जउन मोरे बरे आपन प्राण दइ देइ, उ जिन्नगी पाई।

³⁹ He who seeks his life will lose it; and he who loses his life for my sake will find it.

⁴⁰जउन तू पचन क अपनावत ह, उ मोका अपनावत ह अउर जउन मोका अपनावत ह, उ उहइ परमेस्सर क अपनावत ह, जउन मोका पठएस ह।

⁴⁰ He who receives you receives me, and he who receives me receives him who sent me.

⁴¹जउन कउनो नबी क यह बरे अपनावत ह कि उ नबी अहइ, ओका उहइ ओकरे बदले मँ फल मिली जउन कि नबी क मिलत ह। अउ जदि तू कउनो धर्मी क यह बरे अगवानी करत ह कि उ धर्मी बाटइ, ओका सच उहइ बदले मँ फल मिली जउन कउनो धर्मी क मिलत ह।

⁴¹ He who receives a prophet in the name of a prophet will receive a prophet’s reward. He who receives a righteous man in the name of a righteous man will receive a righteous man’s reward.

⁴²अउर जदि कउनो मोर इ भोला भाला चेलन मँ स कउनो एक क एक लोटा ठंडा पानी तक दइ दे कि उ मोर चेला अहइ, तउ मइँ तोसे सच कहत हउँ कि ओका ऍकरे बदले मँ फल सचमुच बे मिले भए न रही।”

⁴² Whoever gives one of these little ones just a cup of cold water to drink in the name of a disciple, most certainly I tell you he will in no way lose his reward.”
