¹ईसू मसीह क सेवक पौलुस अउर तीमुथियुस कइँती स मसीह ईसू मँ स्थित फिलिप्पी क रहइवाले बुजुर्गन संत जनन क नाउँ जउन उहाँ निरीच्छकन अउर कलीसिया क सेवकन क साथे निवास करत थीं:

¹Paul and Timothy, servants of Jesus Christ; To all the saints in Christ Jesus who are at Philippi, with the overseers or, superintendents, or bishops and servants Or, deacons :

²हमार परमपिता परमेस्सर अउर हमार पर्भू ईसू मसीह कइँती स तू पचन क अनुग्रह अउर सान्ति मिलइ।

²Grace to you, and peace from God, our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

³मइँ जब-जब तू पचन क याद करत हउँ, तब-तब परमेस्सर क धन्यबाद देत हउँ।

³I thank my God whenever I remember you,

⁴अपने हर पराथना मँ मइँ हमेसा खुशी क साथे तोहरे बरे पराथना करत हउँ।

⁴always in every request of mine on behalf of you all making my requests with joy,

⁵काहेकि पहिले ही दिना स आज तलक तू सुसमाचार क प्रचार मँ मोर सहयोगी रह्या हा।

⁵for your partnership The word translated “partnership” (koinonia) also means “fellowship” and “sharing.” in furtherance of the Good News from the first day until now;

⁶मोका इ बात क पूरा भरोसा बाटइ कि उ परमेस्सर जे तोहरे बीच मँ अइसेन अच्छा काम सुरु किहे अहइ, उहइ ओका उहइ दिना तक बनाए रखी, जब ईसू मसीह फिन आइके ओका पूरा करी।

⁶being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.

⁷तू सब क बारे मँ मोरे बरे अइसेन सोचब ठीकही बा। काहेकि तू सब मोरे मने मँ बसा भवा अहा। अउर न केवल तब जब तक मइँ जेल मँ हउँ, बल्कि तब भी जब मइँ सुसमाचार क सत्य क रच्छा करत भए, ओकरे प्रतिस्ठा मँ लगा रहेउँ, तू सभे ऍह अऩुग्रह मँ मोर सहभागी रह्या ह।

⁷It is even right for me to think this way on behalf of all of you, because I have you in my heart, because, both in my bonds and in the defense and confirmation of the Good News, you all are partakers with me of grace.

⁸परमेस्सर मोर साछी अहइ कि मइँ मसीह ईसू द्वारा परगट पिरेम स मइँ तू सभन क बरे केतना बियाकुल रहत हउँ।

⁸For God is my witness, how I long after all of you in the tender mercies of Christ Jesus.

⁹मइँ इहइ पराथना करत रहत हउँ: पिरेम हमेसा बढ़इ तोहार साथे गियान क, गहन दिस्टि क।

⁹This I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and all discernment;

¹⁰पाइके इ गुन, भला-बुरा मँ भेद कइके, अपनाइ लेब्या हमेसा भले क। अउर एह तरह बन जाब्या तू सुद्ध अकलुस ओह दिना क जब मसीह आइ।

¹⁰so that you may approve the things that are excellent; that you may be sincere and without offense to the day of Christ;

¹¹धारमिकता क फल स ईसू मसीह स मिलत ही परिपूर्ण होत जा जेहसे परमेस्सर क महिमा अउर स्तुति होत रह्या।

¹¹being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.

¹²भाइयो, मइँ तू सबन का जनाइ देइ चाहित हउँ कि मोरे साथे जउन कछू भवा बा, ओसे सुसमाचार क बढ़ावा ही मिला बाटइ।

¹²Now I desire to have you know, brothers, The word for “brothers” here and where context allows may also be correctly translated “brothers and sisters” or “siblings.” that the things which happened to me have turned out rather to the progress of the Good News;

¹³परिणामसरूप स संसार क पूरी रच्छा दल अउर अन्य दूसरे सबहिं लोगन क इ पता चलि गवा बा कि मोका मसही क बिसवासी होई क कारण ही बन्दी बनावा गवा बाटइ।

¹³so that it became evident to the whole palace or, praetorian guard, and to all the rest, that my bonds are in Christ;

¹⁴एकरे अलावा पर्भू मँ स्थित ज्यादातर भाई मोर बन्दी होइके कराण उत्साह स भरा भवा अहइँ। अउर बहुत जियादा साहस क साथ सुसमाचार क निडरता पूर्वक सुनावत अहइँ।

¹⁴and that most of the brothers in the Lord, being confident through my bonds, are more abundantly bold to speak the word of God without fear.

¹⁵इ सच अहइ कि ओहमाँ स कछू इरसा अउर बैर क कारण मसीह क उपदेस देत हीं परन्तु दुसरे जने सद्भावना स प्रेरितन होइके मसीह क उपदेस देत हीं।

¹⁵Some indeed preach Christ even out of envy and strife, and some also out of good will.

¹⁶ये सब जने पिरेम क कारण अइसेन करत हीं काहेकि इ जानत हीं कि परमेस्सर सुसमाचरे क बचाउ करइ बरे ही मोका इहाँ रखे अहइ।

¹⁶The former insincerely preach Christ from selfish ambition, thinking that they add affliction to my chains;

¹⁷परन्तु कछू अउर जने त सचाई क साथे नाहीं, बल्कि सुवारथ स भरी इच्छा स मसीह क प्रचार करत हीं काहेकि उ सोचित हीं कि एहसे उ पचे बन्दी-घरे मँ मोरे बरे कस्ट पइदा कइ सकिहीं।

¹⁷but the latter out of love, knowing that I am appointed for the defense of the Good News.

¹⁸परन्तु ऐहसे कउनउ फरक नाहीं पड़त। जरुरी तउ इ बा कि एक ढंग स, या दूसरे ढंग स, चाहे बुरा उद्देस्य होइ, चाहे भला प्रचार तउ मसीह क ही होत ह अउर ऐहसे मोका आनन्द मिलत ह अउर आनन्द मिलतइ रही।

¹⁸What does it matter? Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is proclaimed. I rejoice in this, yes, and will rejoice.

¹⁹काहेकि मइँ जानत हउँ कि तू पचन पराथना क द्वारा अउर ओह सहायता स जउन ईसू मसीह क आतिमा स मिलत ह, परिणआम मँ मोका छु टकारा ही मिली।

¹⁹For I know that this will turn out to my salvation, through your supplication and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ,

²⁰मोर तेज इच्छा अउर आसा इहइ बा अउर मोका इ बिसवास बा कि मइँ कउ नो बाते स निरास नाहीं होब बल्कि सब तरह स निउर होइके जइसे मोरे सरीर स मसीह क महिमा हमेसा होत रही, वइसेन आगेउ होत रही, चाहे मइँ जिअउँ अउर चाहे मरि जाउँ।

²⁰according to my earnest expectation and hope, that I will in no way be disappointed, but with all boldness, as always, now also Christ will be magnified in my body, whether by life, or by death.

²¹काहेकि मोरे जीवन क मतलब अहइ मसीह अउर मउत क मतलब अहइ एक प्राप्ति।

²¹For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.

²²मुला अगर मइँ अपने एह सरीर स जिन्दइ रहउँ तउ एकर मतलब इ होइ कि मइँ अपने कर्मे क परिणामे क आनन्द लेउँ। तउन मइँ नाहीं जानित हउँ कि मइँ का चुनउँ।

²²But if I live on in the flesh, this will bring fruit from my work; yet I don’t know what I will choose.

²³दुन्नउ विकल्पे क बीच चुनाव मँ मोका कठिनाई होत बा। मइँ अपने जीवन स विदा होइके मसीह क पास जाइ चाहित ह काहेकि उ अधिक अच्छा होइ।

²³But I am in a dilemma between the two, having the desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better.

²⁴दूसरी तरफ परन्तु एह सरीर क साथे ही मोर इहाँ रहब तोहरे बरे अधिक जरूरी बा।

²⁴Yet, to remain in the flesh is more needful for your sake.

²⁵अउर काहेकि इ मइँ निस्चय क साथे जानित हउँ कि मइँ इही रहबइ अउर तू सभन क आध्यात्मिक उन्नति अउर बिसवास स पइदा भवा आनन्द बरे तोहरे साथे रहतइ रहब।

²⁵Having this confidence, I know that I will remain, yes, and remain with you all, for your progress and joy in the faith,

²⁶ताकि तोहरे लगे मोरे लउटी आवई क परिणाम सहित तू पचन क मसीह ईसू मँ स्थित मोहे प गरब करइ क अउर अधिक आधार मिलि जाई।

²⁶that your rejoicing may abound in Christ Jesus in me through my presence with you again.

²⁷परन्तु हर तरह स अइसा करा कि तू सबन आचरण मसीह क सुसमाचार क अनुकूल रहइ। जेहसे चाहे मइँ तोहरे लग आएके तू सबन क देखउँ अउर चाहे तु सबन स दूर रहउँ, तू सबन क बारे मँ इहइ सुनउँ कि तू पचे एक्कई आतिमा मँ मजबूती स टिका ह्वा अउर सुसमाचार स पइदा बिसवासे क बरे एक जुट होइके संघर्ष करत रहा।

²⁷Only let your way of life be worthy of the Good News of Christ, that, whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear of your state, that you stand firm in one spirit, with one soul striving for the faith of the Good News;

²⁸अउर मइँ इहउ सुनई चाहित हउँ कि तू पचे अपने विरोधियन स कउनउ तरह स नाहीं डेरात अहा। तू सबन क इ साहस ओनके विनाश क प्रमाण अहइ। तू पचन क मुक्ति का संकेत अहइ जउन स्वयं परमेस्सर कइँती स अइसा ही कीन्ह जाई।

²⁸and in nothing frightened by the adversaries, which is for them a proof of destruction, but to you of salvation, and that from God.

²⁹काहेकि मसीह कइँती स तू पचन क न केवल ओहमे बिसवास करइ क बल्कि ओकरे बरे यातना झेलइ क बिसेष अधिकार दीन्ह गवा बा।

²⁹Because it has been granted to you on behalf of Christ, not only to believe in him, but also to suffer on his behalf,

³⁰तू पचे जानत अहा क तू उही संघर्ष मँ जुटा अहा जेहमे मइँ जुटा रहेउँ अउर जइसेन कि तू सुनत अहा आज तलक मइँ ऊहीं मँ लगा रहउँ।

³⁰having the same conflict which you saw in me, and now hear is in me.
