¹Dili kanamo, Oh Jehova, dili kanamo, Kondili sa imong ngalan ihatag ang himaya, Tungod sa imong mahigugmaong-kalolot, ug tungod sa imong kamatuoran.

¹Not unto us, O LORD, not unto us, but unto thy name give glory, for thy mercy, and for thy truth's sake.

²Busa, ngano ba nga magaingon ang mga nasud, Hain man karon ang ilang Dios?

²Wherefore should the heathen say, Where is now their God?

³Apan ang among Dios anaa sa mga langit: Gibuhat niya ang tanang nakapahimuot kaniya.

³But our God is in the heavens: he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased.

⁴Ang ilang mga dios-dios mao ang salapi ug bulawan Binuhat sa mga kamot sa mga tawo.

⁴Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men's hands.

⁵Sila adunay baba, apan sila dili makasulti; Sila adunay mga mata, apan sila dili makakita;

⁵They have mouths, but they speak not: eyes have they, but they see not:

⁶Adunay mga igdulungog sila, apan sila dili makadungog; Sila adunay mga ilong, apan sila dili makapanimaho;

⁶They have ears, but they hear not: noses have they, but they smell not:

⁷Sila adunay mga kamot, apan sila dili makahikap; Sila adunay mga tiil, apan sila dili makalakaw; Ni makasulti sila pinaagi sa ilang totonlan.

⁷They have hands, but they handle not: feet have they, but they walk not: neither speak they through their throat.

⁸Ang mga nanagbuhat kanila nahisama kanila; Oo, sama kanila, ang tagsatagsa nga mosalig kanila.

⁸They that make them are like unto them; so is every one that trusteth in them.

⁹Oh Israel, sumalig ka kang Jehova: Siya mao ang ilang tabang ug ang ilang kalasag.

⁹O Israel, trust thou in the LORD: he is their help and their shield.

¹⁰Oh panimalay ni Aaron, sumalig kamo kang Jehova: Siya mao ang ilang tabang ug ang ilang kalasag.

¹⁰O house of Aaron, trust in the LORD: he is their help and their shield.

¹¹Kamong mga nangahadlok kang Jehova sumalig kamo kang Jehova: Siya mao ang ilang tabang ug ang ilang kalasag.

¹¹Ye that fear the LORD, trust in the LORD: he is their help and their shield.

¹²Si Jehova nahinumdum kanato; siya magapanalangin kanato : Magapanalangin siya sa panimalay sa Israel; Magapanalangin siya sa panimalay ni Aaron.

¹²The LORD hath been mindful of us: he will bless us; he will bless the house of Israel; he will bless the house of Aaron.

¹³Siya magapanalangin kanila nga may kahadlok kang Jehova, Sa mga gagmay ug sa mga dagku.

¹³He will bless them that fear the LORD, both small and great.

¹⁴Si Jehova magadugang sa pagpadaghan kaninyo, Kaninyo ug sa inyong mga anak.

¹⁴The LORD shall increase you more and more, you and your children.

¹⁵Mga gibulahan kamo ni Jehova, Nga nagbuhat sa langit ug sa yuta.

¹⁵Ye are blessed of the LORD which made heaven and earth.

¹⁶Ang kalangitan mao ang mga langit ni Jehova; Apan gihatag niya ang yuta alang sa mga anak sa mga tawo.

¹⁶The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD's: but the earth hath he given to the children of men.

¹⁷Ang mga minatay dili magadayeg kang Jehova, Ni may mausa niadtong mga nanganaug ngadto sa hilum;

¹⁷The dead praise not the LORD, neither any that go down into silence.

¹⁸Apan pagadayegon nato si Jehova Sukad karon ngadto sa umalabut ug sa walay katapusan. Dayegon ninyo si Jehova.

¹⁸But we will bless the LORD from this time forth and for evermore. Praise the LORD.
