¹Ug misulti si Jehova kang Moises didto sa kamingawan sa Sinai, sa nahauna nga bulan, sa ikaduha nga tuig sa tapus sa ilang paggikan sa yuta sa Egipto, nga nagaingon:

¹And Jehovah spoke to Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the first month of the second year after their departure from the land of Egypt, saying,

²Labut pa, papasauloga ang mga anak sa Israel sa pasko sa natudlong panahon niini.

²Let the children of Israel also hold the passover at its set time;

³Sa ikanapulo ug upat ka adlaw niining bulana, sa hapon, pagasaulogon ninyo kini sa natudlong panahon niini: sumala sa tanang kabalaoran niini, ug sumala sa tanang mga tulomanon niini, pagasaulogon ninyo kini.

³on the fourteenth day in this month between the two evenings, ye shall hold it at its set time; according to all the rites of it, and according to all the ordinances thereof shall ye hold it.

⁴Ug misulti si Moises sa mga anak sa Israel aron nga pagasaulogon nila ang pasko.

⁴And Moses spoke to the children of Israel, that they should hold the passover.

⁵Ug gisaulog nila ang pasko sa nahaunang bulan , sa ikanapulo ug upat nga adlaw sa bulan, sa hapon, didto sa kamingawan sa Sinai: sumala sa tanang mga butang nga gisugo ni Jehova kang Moises, mao nga gibuhat sa mga anak sa Israel.

⁵And they held the passover in the first [month] on the fourteenth day of the month, between the two evenings, in the wilderness of Sinai: according to all that Jehovah had commanded Moses, so did the children of Israel.

⁶Ug dihay ubang mga tawo nga mahugaw tungod sa lawas sa minatay ug wala sila makahimo sa pagbuhat sa pasko niadtong adlawa: ug miadto sila sa atubangan ni Moises ug sa atubangan ni Aaron niadtong adlawa.

⁶And there were men, who were unclean through the dead body of a man, and could not hold the passover on that day; and they came before Moses and before Aaron on that day.

⁷Ug kadtong mga tawohana nanag-ingon kaniya: Kami mga mahugaw tungod sa lawas sa minatay; ngano man nga did-an kami sa paghalad ug halad alang kang Jehova sa iyang natudlong panahon sa taliwala sa mga anak sa Israel?

⁷And those men said to him, We are unclean by reason of the dead body of a man: why are we kept back, that we may not present the offering of Jehovah at its set time among the children of Israel?

⁸Ug si Moises mitubag kanila. Maghulat kamo, aron nga magapatalinghug ako kong unsay sugo ni Jehova mahitungod kaninyo.

⁸And Moses said to them, Stay, and I will hear what Jehovah commands concerning you.

⁹Ug si Jehova misulti kang Moises, nga nagaingon:

⁹And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

¹⁰Isulti mo sa mga anak sa Israel, sa pag-ingon: Kong bisan kinsa kaninyo kun sa inyong mga kaliwatan, nga mamahugaw tungod sa lawas sa minatay, kun anaa sa pagpanaw sa halayo, apan siya magasaulog sa pasko alang kang Jehova.

¹⁰Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If any one of you or of your generations be unclean by reason of a dead body or be on a journey afar off, yet he shall hold the passover to Jehovah.

¹¹Sa ikaduha ka bulan, sa ikanapulo ug upat ka adlaw, sa hapon, managsaulog sila niana; uban ang mga tinapay nga walay levadura ug ang mga utanon nga mapait pagakan-on nila kana;

¹¹In the second month, on the fourteenth day, between the two evenings, shall they hold it; with unleavened bread and bitter herbs shall they eat it.

¹²Dili sila magasalin niini hangtud sa buntag, ni magabunggo sa bukog niana; sumala sa tibook nga balaod sa pasko pagasaulogon nila kana.

¹²They shall leave none of it until the morning, nor break a bone thereof: according to every ordinance of the passover shall they hold it.

¹³Apan ang tawo nga mahinlo, ug wala sa iyang paglangyaw, kong magbiya siya sa pagsaulog sa pasko, kana nga kalaga pagaputlon gikan sa iyang katawohan; tungod kay wala siya maghalad sa iyang halad alang kang Jehova sa natudlong panahon niini, kana nga tawohana magadala sa iyang sala.

¹³But a man that is clean, and is not on a journey, and forbeareth to hold the passover, that soul shall be cut off from among his peoples; because he presented not the offering of Jehovah at its set time: that man shall bear his sin.

¹⁴Ug kong magpuyo sa taliwala ninyo ang usa ka dumuloong, ug magasaulog sa pasko alang kang Jehova; sumala sa balaod sa pasko ug sumala sa tulomanon niana, nan pagabuhaton niya kini : usa lamang ang inyong balaod, alang sa dumuloong, ug alang kaniya nga natawo sa yuta.

¹⁴And if a stranger shall sojourn among you, and would hold the passover to Jehovah, according to the rite of the passover, and according to the ordinance thereof, so shall he do. Ye shall have one rite, both for the stranger and for him that is born in the land.

¹⁵Ug sa adlaw nga ang tabernaculo gipatindog, ang panganod mitabon sa tabernaculo, bisan sa balong-balong sa pagpamatuod: ug sa hapon diha sa ibabaw sa tabernaculo nga ingon sa dagway sa kalayo, hangtud sa pagkabuntag.

¹⁵And on the day that the tabernacle was set up, the cloud covered the tabernacle of the tent of testimony; and at even it was upon the tabernacle as the appearance of fire, until the morning.

¹⁶Mao kini sa kanunay: ang panganod mitabon niini, ug ang dagway sa kalayo sa pagkagabii.

¹⁶So it was continually: the cloud covered it, and at night it was as the appearance of fire.

¹⁷Ug sa diha nga ang panganod mopataas gikan sa ibabaw sa Balong-Balong, unya sa tapus niana ang mga anak sa Israel managpanlakaw: ug sa dapit diin ang panganod mohunong, didto magapahaluna sa campo ang mga anak sa Israel.

¹⁷And when the cloud rose from the tent, then the children of Israel journeyed; and at the place where the cloud stood still, there the children of Israel encamped.

¹⁸Sa sugo ni Jehova ang mga anak sa Israel managpanlakaw, ug sa sugo ni Jehova magapahaluna sila sa campo: samtang ang panganod magapabilin diha sa ibabaw sa tabernaculo, sila magapabilin sa campo.

¹⁸According to the commandment of Jehovah the children of Israel journeyed, and according to the commandment of Jehovah they [remained] encamped; all the days that the cloud dwelt upon the tabernacle they encamped.

¹⁹Ug sa diha nga ang panganod mohunong sa ibabaw sa tabernaculo sa daghang mga adlaw, nan ang mga anak sa Israel magabantay sa sugo ni Jehova, ug dili managpanlakaw.

¹⁹And when the cloud was long upon the tabernacle many days, then the children of Israel kept the charge of Jehovah, and journeyed not.

²⁰Ug usahay ang panganod diha sa ibabaw sa tabernaculo sa pipila ka adlaw; unya sumala sa sugo ni Jehova magapuyo sila sa campo, ug sumala sa sugo ni Jehova managpanlakaw sila.

²⁰And if it were so that the cloud was a few days upon the tabernacle, according to the commandment of Jehovah they encamped, and according to the commandment of Jehovah they journeyed.

²¹Ug usahay ang panganod mopabilin sukad sa hapon hangtud sa pagkabuntag; ug kong ang panganod magapataas sa pagkabuntag, sila manlakaw: kun kini mopadayon sa adlaw ug sa gabii, sa diha nga mopataas ang panganod, sila manlakaw.

²¹And if it were so that the cloud was there from the evening until the morning, and that the cloud was taken up in the morning, then they journeyed; or a day and a night, and the cloud was taken up, they journeyed;

²²Bisan kong duruha ka adlaw kun usa ka bulan, kun usa ka tuig nga ang panganod maghunong pa sa ibabaw sa tabernaculo, nga magpabilin sa ibabaw niini, ang mga anak sa Israel magapabilin sa campo, ug dili manlakaw; apan kong kini igapataas, sila managpanlakaw.

²²or two days, or a month, or many days, when the cloud was long upon the tabernacle, dwelling upon it, the children of Israel [remained] encamped, and journeyed not; but when it was taken up, they journeyed.

²³Sa sugo ni Jehova managpahaluna sila sa campo, ug sa sugo ni Jehova managpanlakaw sila; sila magabantay sa sugo ni Jehova, sa sugo ni Jehova pinaagi kang Moises.

²³At the commandment of Jehovah they encamped, and at the commandment of Jehovah they journeyed: they kept the charge of Jehovah according to the commandment of Jehovah through Moses.
