¹Ang Makagagahum nga Dios, si Jehova, nagsulti: Ug nagtawag sa yuta gikan sa silangan sa adlaw, ngadto sa kasadpan niini.

¹{A Psalm. Of Asaph.} ùGod, Elohim-Jehovah, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.

²Gikan sa Sion, ang pagkahingpit sa katahum, Nagsidlak ang Dios.

²Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined forth.

³Moanhi ang atong Dios, ug dili magpakahilum: Ang kalayo magaut-ut sa iyang atubangan, Ug may dakung bagyo nga nagalibut kaniya.

³Our God will come, and will not keep silence: fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him.

⁴Nagatawag siya sa mga langit sa kahitas-an, Ug sa yuta, aron pagahukman niya ang iyang katawohan:

⁴He will call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people:

⁵Tipuna sa tingub ang akong mga balaan nganhi kanako, Kadtong mga nanagbuhat ug tugon uban kanako pinaagi sa halad.

⁵Gather unto me my godly ones, those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice!

⁶Ug ang mga langit magapadayag sa iyang pagkamatarung; Kay ang Dios maoy maghuhukom sa iyang kaugalingon. (Selah)

⁶And the heavens shall declare his righteousness; for God executeth judgment himself. Selah.

⁷Patalinghug, Oh akong katawohan, ug ako mosulti; Oh Israel, ug magasaksi ako nganha kanimo: Ako mao ang Dios, bisan ang imong Dios.

⁷Hear, my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify unto thee: I am God, thy God.

⁸Dili ko ikaw pagabadlongon tungod sa imong mga halad; Ug ang imong mga halad-nga-si-nunog ania sa kanunay sa atubangan ko.

⁸I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices, or thy burnt-offerings, continually before me;

⁹Dili ako magakuha ug lakeng vaca gikan sa imong balay, Ni magkuha ako ug lakeng kanding gikan sa imong mga toril.

⁹I will take no bullock out of thy house, [nor] he-goats out of thy folds:

¹⁰Kay ang tagsatagsa ka mananap sa kalasangan ako man, Ug ang kahayupan sa ibabaw sa usa ka libo nga kabungtoran.

¹⁰For every beast of the forest is mine, the cattle upon a thousand hills;

¹¹Naila ko ang tanang mga kalanggaman sa kabukiran; Ug ako ang mga mananap nga ihalas sa kapatagan.

¹¹I know all the fowl of the mountains, and the roaming creatures of the field are mine:

¹²Kong ako pagagutumon, ako dili mosulti kanimo; Kay ang kalibutan ako man, ug ang kahupnganan niini.

¹²If I were hungry, I would not tell thee; for the world is mine, and the fulness thereof.

¹³Mokaon ba ako sa unod sa mga lake nga vaca, Kun moinum sa dugo sa mga kanding?

¹³Should I eat the flesh of bulls, and drink the blood of goats?

¹⁴Magahalad ka sa Dios ug halad-sa-pasalamat; Ug magabayad ka sa imong mga panaad ngadto sa Hataas Uyamut;

¹⁴Offer unto God thanksgiving, and perform thy vows unto the Most High;

¹⁵Ug tawgon mo ako sa adlaw sa kalisdanan: Pagaluwason ko ikaw, ug ikaw magahimaya kanako.

¹⁵And call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.

¹⁶Apan sa tawong dautan ang Dios nagaingon: Unsay labut mo sa pagpahayag sa akong kabalaoran, Ug nga ikaw nagadawat sa akong tugon sa imong baba,

¹⁶But unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, or that thou shouldest take my covenant into thy mouth,

¹⁷Sa nakita mo nga ikaw nagadumot sa pahamatngon, Ug nagasalikway sa akong mga pulong sa likod mo?

¹⁷Seeing thou hast hated correction and hast cast my words behind thee?

¹⁸Sa diha nga makita mo ang usa ka kawatan, ikaw mikuyog kaniya, Ug nag-umalambit ka sa mga mananapaw.

¹⁸When thou sawest a thief, thou didst take pleasure in him, and thy portion was with adulterers;

¹⁹Ang imong baba gitugyan mo sa kadautan, Ug ang imong dila nagalalang ug limbong.

¹⁹Thou lettest thy mouth loose to evil, and thy tongue frameth deceit;

²⁰Nagalingkod ka ug nagasulti ka batok sa imong igsoon; Nagabutang-butang ka batok sa anak nga lalake sa imong inahan.

²⁰Thou sittest [and] speakest against thy brother, thou revilest thine own mother's son:

²¹Kining mga butanga gibuhat mo, ug ako nagpakahilum; Bisan nagahunahuna ka nga ako maingon nga sama kanimo: Apan pagabadlongon ko ikaw, ug igabutang ko kining mga butanga sa atubangan sa imong mga mata.

²¹These [things] hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou thoughtest that I was altogether as thyself: [but] I will reprove thee, and set [them] in order before thine eyes.

²²Karon palandonga kini, kamo nga nahakalimot sa Dios, Tingali unya ug pagakuniskunison ko kamo ug walay bisan kinsa nga makaluwas:

²²Now consider this, ye that forget +God, lest I tear in pieces, and there be no deliverer.

²³Bisan kinsa nga magahalad sa halad-sa-pasalamat nagahimaya kanako; Ug kaniya nga magamatngon sa iyang dalan sa pagkatul-id Igapakita ko ang kaluwasan sa Dios.

²³Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me; and to him that ordereth [his] way will I shew the salvation of God.
