1Udělal také i oltář měděný, zdélí dvadcíti loktů, a dvadcíti loktů zšíří, desíti pak loktů zvýší.
1Then he made an altar of brass, twenty cubits its length, and twenty cubits its breadth, and ten cubits its height.
2Udělal též moře slité, desíti loket od jednoho kraje k druhému, okrouhlé vůkol, zvýší na pět loktů, a okolek jeho třidcíti loket vůkol.
2Also he made the molten sea of ten cubits from brim to brim, round in compass; and its height was five cubits; and a line of thirty cubits encircled it.
3Podobenství také volů pod ním, kterýchž všudy vůkol bylo deset do lokte, obkličujících moře vůkol; a tak byly dva řady volů slitých, spolu s mořem.
3Under it was the likeness of oxen, which encircled it, for ten cubits, encircling the sea. The oxen were in two rows, cast when it was cast.
4A stálo na dvanácti volích. Tři obráceni byli na půlnoci, a tři patřili k západu, tři zase postaveni byli ku poledni, a tři obráceni byli k východu, a moře svrchu na nich stálo, ale všech jich zadkové byli pod mořem.
4It stood on twelve oxen, three looking toward the north, and three looking toward the west, and three looking toward the south, and three looking toward the east: and the sea was set on them above, and all their hinder parts were inward.
5A bylo ztlouští na dlaň. Kraj jeho byl, jakýž bývá u koflíku aneb květu liliového, tři tisíce tun v se beroucí.
5It was a handbreadth thick; and its brim was worked like the brim of a cup, like the flower of a lily: it received and held three thousand baths.
6Udělal také deset umyvadel, a postavil jich pět po pravé straně, a pět po levé, k obmývání z nich. Všecko, což se strojilo k zápalům, obmývali z nich, ale moře, aby se z něho kněží umývali.
6He made also ten basins, and put five on the right hand, and five on the left, to wash in them; such things as belonged to the burnt offering they washed in them; but the sea was for the priests to wash in.
7Nadto udělal i svícnů zlatých deset vedlé slušnosti jejich, a postavil v chrámě, pět po pravé straně a pět po levé.
7He made the ten lampstands of gold according to the ordinance concerning them; and he set them in the temple, five on the right hand, and five on the left.
8Udělal i stolů deset, kteréž postavil v chrámě, pět po pravé a pět po levé straně. K tomu udělal číší zlatých sto.
8He made also ten tables, and placed them in the temple, five on the right side, and five on the left. He made one hundred basins of gold.
9Udělal potom síň kněžskou, též síň velikou, a dvéře u též síně okoval mědí.
9Furthermore he made the court of the priests, and the great court, and doors for the court, and overlaid their doors with brass.
10Moře pak postavil na pravé straně k východu, naproti polední straně.
10He set the sea on the right side of the house eastward, toward the south.
11Nadělal také Chíram hrnců, lopat a kotlíků, a dokonal Chíram dílo, kteréž byl dělal králi Šalomounovi k domu Božímu.
11Huram made the pots, and the shovels, and the basins. So Huram made an end of doing the work that he did for king Solomon in God’s house:
12Dva sloupy a kruhy, makovice také na vrchu těch dvou sloupů, a mřežování dvoje, aby přikrývalo ty dvě makovice okrouhlé, kteréž byly na vrchu sloupů,
12the two pillars, and the bowls, and the two capitals which were on the top of the pillars, and the two networks to cover the two bowls of the capitals that were on the top of the pillars,
13A jablek zrnatých čtyři sta na dvojím mřežování. Dvěma řady jablka zrnatá byla na mřežování jednom, aby přikrývala ty dvě makovice okrouhlé, kteréž byly na vrchu sloupů.
13and the four hundred pomegranates for the two networks; two rows of pomegranates for each network, to cover the two bowls of the capitals that were on the pillars.
14Podstavky také zdělal, a umyvadla na těch podstavcích.
14He made also the bases, and the basins made he on the bases;
15Moře jedno, a volů dvanácte pod ním.
15one sea, and the twelve oxen under it.
16Též hrnce a lopaty a vidličky třírohé, a všecko nádobí jejich zdělal Chíram s otcem svým králi Šalomounovi k domu Hospodinovu z mědi přečisté.
16Huram his father also made the pots, the shovels, the forks, and all its vessels for king Solomon for the house of Yahweh of bright brass.
17Na rovinách Jordánských sléval to král v zemi jilovaté, mezi Sochot a Saredata.
17The king cast them in the plain of the Jordan, in the clay ground between Succoth and Zeredah.
18A tak nadělal Šalomoun všech těch nádob velmi mnoho, tak že váhy té mědi vyhledáváno nebylo.
18Thus Solomon made all these vessels in great abundance: for the weight of the brass could not be found out.
19Zdělal také Šalomoun i jiná všelijaká nádobí k domu Božímu, jako oltář zlatý a stoly, na nichž kladeni byli chlebové předložení,
19Solomon made all the vessels that were in God’s house, the golden altar also, and the tables with the show bread on them;
20Tolikéž svícny i lampy jejich z zlata nejčistšího, aby je rozsvěcovali příslušně před svatyní svatých,
20and the lampstands with their lamps, to burn according to the ordinance before the oracle, of pure gold;
21Květy také a lampy i utěradla z zlata, a to bylo zlato nejvýbornější.
21and the flowers, and the lamps, and the tongs, of gold, and that perfect gold;
22I žaltáře a kotlíky, kadidlnice a nádoby k oharkům z zlata čistého, k tomu i bránu domu, dvéře vnitřní svatyně svatých, i dvéře domu, totiž v chrámě, byly z zlata.
22and the snuffers, and the basins, and the spoons, and the fire pans, of pure gold: and as for the entry of the house, the inner doors of it for the most holy place, and the doors of the main hall of the temple were of gold.
