¹ "Paid � lledaenu straeon ofer. Paid ag ymuno �'r drygionus i fod yn dyst celwyddog.

¹Thou shalt not raise a false report: put not thine hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness.

² Paid � dilyn y lliaws i wneud drwg, nac ochri gyda'r mwyafrif i wyrdroi barn wrth dystio mewn achos cyfreithiol.

²Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou speak in a cause to decline after many to wrest judgment:

³ Paid � dangos ffafr tuag at y tlawd yn ei achos.

³Neither shalt thou countenance a poor man in his cause.

⁴ "Pan ddoi ar draws ych dy elyn neu ei asyn yn crwydro, dychwel ef iddo.

⁴If thou meet thine enemy's ox or his ass going astray, thou shalt surely bring it back to him again.

⁵ Os gweli asyn y sawl sy'n dy gas�u yn crymu dan ei lwyth, paid �'i adael fel y mae, ond dos i estyn cymorth iddo.

⁵If thou see the ass of him that hateth thee lying under his burden, and wouldest forbear to help him, thou shalt surely help with him.

⁶ "Paid � gwyro barn i'r tlawd yn ei achos.

⁶Thou shalt not wrest the judgment of thy poor in his cause.

⁷ Ymgadw oddi wrth eiriau celwyddog, a phaid � difa'r dieuog na'r cyfiawn, oherwydd ni byddaf fi'n cyfiawnhau'r drygionus.

⁷Keep thee far from a false matter; and the innocent and righteous slay thou not: for I will not justify the wicked.

⁸ Paid � derbyn llwgrwobr, oherwydd y mae'n dallu'r un mwyaf craff ac yn gwyro geiriau'r cyfiawn.

⁸And thou shalt take no gift: for the gift blindeth the wise, and perverteth the words of the righteous.

⁹ "Paid � gorthrymu'r estron, oherwydd fe wyddoch chwi beth yw bod yn estron am mai estroniaid fuoch yng ngwlad yr Aifft.

⁹Also thou shalt not oppress a stranger: for ye know the heart of a stranger, seeing ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.

¹⁰ "Am chwe blynedd yr wyt i hau dy dir a chasglu ei gynnyrch,

¹⁰And six years thou shalt sow thy land, and shalt gather in the fruits thereof:

¹¹ ond yn y seithfed flwyddyn yr wyt i'w adael heb ei drin, er mwyn i'r rhai tlawd ymysg dy bobl gael bwyta, ac i'r anifeiliaid gwyllt gael bwydo ar yr hyn a adewir yn weddill. Yr wyt i wneud yr un modd gyda'th winllan a'th goed olewydd.

¹¹But the seventh year thou shalt let it rest and lie still; that the poor of thy people may eat: and what they leave the beasts of the field shall eat. In like manner thou shalt deal with thy vineyard, and with thy oliveyard.

¹² "Am chwe diwrnod yr wyt i weithio, ond ar y seithfed dydd yr wyt i orffwys, er mwyn i'th ych a'th asyn gael gorffwys, ac i fab dy gaethferch ac i'r estron gael dadflino.

¹²Six days thou shalt do thy work, and on the seventh day thou shalt rest: that thine ox and thine ass may rest, and the son of thy handmaid, and the stranger, may be refreshed.

¹³ Gofalwch gadw'r holl bethau a ddywedais wrthych, a pheidiwch ag enwi duwiau eraill na s�n amdanynt.

¹³And in all things that I have said unto you be circumspect: and make no mention of the name of other gods, neither let it be heard out of thy mouth.

¹⁴ "Yr wyt i gadw gu373?yl i mi deirgwaith y flwyddyn.

¹⁴Three times thou shalt keep a feast unto me in the year.

¹⁵ Yr wyt i gadw gu373?yl y Bara Croyw; fel y gorchmynnais iti, yr wyt i fwyta bara croyw am saith diwrnod ar yr amser penodedig ym mis Abib, oherwydd yn ystod y mis hwnnw y daethost allan o'r Aifft. Nid oes neb i ymddangos o'm blaen yn waglaw.

¹⁵Thou shalt keep the feast of unleavened bread: (thou shalt eat unleavened bread seven days, as I commanded thee, in the time appointed of the month Abib; for in it thou camest out from Egypt: and none shall appear before me empty:)

¹⁶ Yr wyt i gadw gu373?yl y Cynhaeaf � blaenffrwyth yr hyn a heuaist yn y maes. Yr wyt i gadw gu373?yl y Cynnull ar ddiwedd y flwyddyn, pan wyt yn casglu o'r maes ffrwyth dy lafur.

¹⁶And the feast of harvest, the firstfruits of thy labors, which thou hast sown in the field: and the feast of ingathering, which is in the end of the year, when thou hast gathered in thy labors out of the field.

¹⁷ Y mae pob gwryw yn eich plith i ymddangos o flaen yr ARGLWYDD Dduw deirgwaith y flwyddyn.

¹⁷Three items in the year all thy males shall appear before the LORD God.

¹⁸ "Paid ag offrymu gwaed fy aberth gyda bara lefeinllyd, a phaid � gadael braster fy ngwledd yn weddill hyd y bore.

¹⁸Thou shalt not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leavened bread; neither shall the fat of my sacrifice remain until the morning.

¹⁹ "Yr wyt i ddod �'r cyntaf o flaenffrwyth dy dir i du375?'r ARGLWYDD dy Dduw. "Paid � berwi myn yn llaeth ei fam.

¹⁹The first of the firstfruits of thy land thou shalt bring into the house of the LORD thy God. Thou shalt not seethe a kid in his mother's milk.

²⁰ "Edrych, yr wyf yn anfon angel o'th flaen, i'th warchod ar hyd y ffordd a'th arwain i'r man yr wyf wedi ei baratoi.

²⁰Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.

²¹ Bydd ufudd iddo a gwrando arno; paid �'i wrthwynebu, oherwydd fy awdurdod i sydd ganddo, ac ni fydd yn maddau eich pechodau.

²¹Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him.

²² "Os gwrandewi'n ofalus arno, a gwneud y cwbl a ddywedaf, byddaf yn elyn i'th elynion, ac fe wrthwynebaf dy wrthwynebwyr.

²²But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries.

²³ "Bydd fy angel yn mynd o'th flaen ac yn dy arwain at yr Amoriaid, Hethiaid, Peresiaid, Canaaneaid, Hefiaid, a Jebusiaid, a byddaf yn eu difodi.

²³For mine Angel shall go before thee, and bring thee in unto the Amorites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites: and I will cut them off.

²⁴ Paid ag ymgrymu i'w duwiau, na'u gwasanaethu, a phaid � gwneud fel y maent hwy yn gwneud; yr wyt i'w dinistrio'n llwyr a dryllio'u colofnau'n ddarnau.

²⁴Thou shalt not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do after their works: but thou shalt utterly overthrow them, and quite break down their images.

²⁵ Yr ydych i wasanaethu'r ARGLWYDD eich Duw; bydd ef yn bendithio dy fara a'th ddu373?r ac yn cymryd ymaith bob clefyd o'ch plith.

²⁵And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.

²⁶ Ni bydd dim o fewn dy dir yn erthylu nac yn ddiffrwyth; rhoddaf i ti nifer llawn o ddyddiau.

²⁶There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfil.

²⁷ Byddaf yn anfon fy arswyd o'th flaen, ac yn drysu'r holl bobl y byddi'n dod yn eu herbyn, a gwnaf i'th holl elynion droi'n �l.

²⁷I will send my fear before thee, and will destroy all the people to whom thou shalt come, and I will make all thine enemies turn their backs unto thee.

²⁸ Byddaf yn anfon cacwn o'th flaen i yrru ymaith yr Hefiaid, y Canaaneaid, a'r Hethiaid o'th olwg.

²⁸And I will send hornets before thee, which shall drive out the Hivite, the Canaanite, and the Hittite, from before thee.

²⁹ Ond ni fyddaf yn eu gyrru hwy i gyd allan o'th flaen yr un flwyddyn, rhag i'r wlad fynd yn anghyfannedd ac i'r anifeiliaid gwyllt amlhau yn dy erbyn.

²⁹I will not drive them out from before thee in one year; lest the land become desolate, and the beast of the field multiply against thee.

³⁰ Fe'u gyrraf allan o'th flaen fesul tipyn, nes iti gynyddu digon i feddiannu'r wlad.

³⁰By little and little I will drive them out from before thee, until thou be increased, and inherit the land.

³¹ Gosodaf dy derfynau o'r M�r Coch hyd f�r y Philistiaid, ac o'r anialwch hyd afon Ewffrates; byddaf yn rhoi trigolion y wlad yn eich dwylo, a byddi'n eu gyrru allan o'th flaen.

³¹And I will set thy bounds from the Red sea even unto the sea of the Philistines, and from the desert unto the river: for I will deliver the inhabitants of the land into your hand; and thou shalt drive them out before thee.

³² Paid � gwneud cyfamod � hwy nac �'u duwiau.

³²Thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor with their gods.

³³ Ni fyddant yn aros yn y wlad, rhag iddynt wneud i ti bechu yn f'erbyn; os byddi'n gwasanaethu eu duwiau, bydd hynny'n dramgwydd i ti."

³³They shall not dwell in thy land, lest they make thee sin against me: for if thou serve their gods, it will surely be a snare unto thee.
