¹ Yr oedd gan Miriam ac Aaron gu373?yn yn erbyn Moses oherwydd y wraig o Ethiopia yr oedd wedi ei phriodi,

¹And Miriam and Aaron spake against Moses because of the Ethiopian woman whom he had married: for he had married an Ethiopian woman.

² a gofynasant, "Ai trwy Moses yn unig y llefarodd yr ARGLWYDD? Oni lefarodd hefyd trwom ni?" A chlywodd yr ARGLWYDD hwy.

²And they said, Hath the LORD indeed spoken only by Moses? hath he not spoken also by us? And the LORD heard it.

³ Yr oedd Moses yn ddyn gostyngedig iawn, yn fwy felly na neb ar wyneb y ddaear.

³(Now the man Moses was very meek, above all the men which were upon the face of the earth.)

⁴ Yn sydyn, dywedodd yr ARGLWYDD wrth Moses, Aaron a Miriam, "Dewch allan eich tri at babell y cyfarfod," a daeth y tri ohonynt allan.

⁴And the LORD spake suddenly unto Moses, and unto Aaron, and unto Miriam, Come out ye three unto the tabernacle of the congregation. And they three came out.

⁵ Daeth yr ARGLWYDD i lawr mewn colofn o gwmwl, a sefyll wrth ddrws y babell, a phan alwodd ar Aaron a Miriam, daeth y ddau ohonynt ymlaen.

⁵And the LORD came down in the pillar of the cloud, and stood in the door of the tabernacle, and called Aaron and Miriam: and they both came forth.

⁶ Yna dywedodd, "Gwrandewch yn awr ar fy ngeiriau: Os oes proffwyd yr ARGLWYDD yn eich plith, datguddiaf fy hun iddo mewn gweledigaeth, a llefaraf wrtho mewn breuddwyd.

⁶And he said, Hear now my words: If there be a prophet among you, I the LORD will make myself known unto him in a vision, and will speak unto him in a dream.

⁷ Ond nid felly y mae gyda'm gwas Moses; ef yn unig o'm holl du375? sy'n ffyddlon.

⁷My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house.

⁸ Llefaraf ag ef wyneb yn wyneb, yn eglur, ac nid mewn posau; caiff ef weled ffurf yr ARGLWYDD. Pam, felly, nad oedd arnoch ofn cwyno yn erbyn fy ngwas Moses?"

⁸With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches; and the similitude of the LORD shall he behold: wherefore then were ye not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?

⁹ Enynnodd llid yr ARGLWYDD yn eu herbyn, ac aeth ymaith.

⁹And the anger of the LORD was kindled against them; and he departed.

¹⁰ Pan gododd y cwmwl oddi ar y babell, yr oedd Miriam yn wahanglwyfus, ac yn wyn fel yr eira.

¹⁰And the cloud departed from off the tabernacle; and, behold, Miriam became leprous, white as snow: and Aaron looked upon Miriam, and, behold, she was leprous.

¹¹ Trodd Aaron ati, a gwelodd ei bod yn wahanglwyfus. Yna dywedodd wrth Moses, "O f'arglwydd, paid � chyfrif yn ein herbyn y pechod hwn y buom mor ff�l �'i wneud.

¹¹And Aaron said unto Moses, Alas, my lord, I beseech thee, lay not the sin upon us, wherein we have done foolishly, and wherein we have sinned.

¹² Paid � gadael i Miriam fod fel erthyl yn dod allan o groth y fam, a'r cnawd wedi hanner ei ddifa."

¹²Let her not be as one dead, of whom the flesh is half consumed when he cometh out of his mother's womb.

¹³ Felly galwodd Moses ar yr ARGLWYDD, "O Dduw, yr wyf yn erfyn arnat ei hiach�u."

¹³And Moses cried unto the LORD, saying, Heal her now, O God, I beseech thee.

¹⁴ Atebodd yr ARGLWYDD ef, "Pe bai ei thad wedi poeri yn ei hwyneb, oni fyddai hi wedi cywilyddio am saith diwrnod? Caeer hi allan o'r gwersyll am saith diwrnod, ac yna caiff ddod i mewn eto."

¹⁴And the LORD said unto Moses, If her father had but spit in her face, should she not be ashamed seven days? let her be shut out from the camp seven days, and after that let her be received in again.

¹⁵ Felly caewyd Miriam allan o'r gwersyll am saith diwrnod, ac ni chychwynnodd y bobl ar eu taith nes iddi ddychwelyd.

¹⁵And Miriam was shut out from the camp seven days: and the people journeyed not till Miriam was brought in again.

¹⁶ Yna aethant ymaith o Haseroth, a gwersyllu yn anialwch Paran.

¹⁶And afterward the people removed from Hazeroth, and pitched in the wilderness of Paran.
