1 Llefarodd yr ARGLWYDD wrth Moses a dweud,
1And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,
2 "Dywed wrth bobl Israel, 'Bydd gwraig sy'n beichiogi ac yn geni mab yn aflan am saith diwrnod, yn union fel y mae'n aflan yn nyddiau ei misglwyf.
2`Speak unto the sons of Israel, saying, A woman when she giveth seed, and hath born a male, then she hath been unclean seven days, according to the days of separation for her sickness she is unclean;
3 Ar yr wythfed dydd enwaeder ar y bachgen.
3and in the eighth day is the flesh of his foreskin circumcised;
4 Yna bydd y wraig yn disgwyl tri ar ddeg ar hugain o ddyddiau am buro ei gwaed; nid yw i gyffwrdd � dim sanctaidd nac i fynd i'r cysegr nes y bydd dyddiau'r puro trosodd.
4and thirty and three days she doth abide in the blood of her cleansing; against any holy thing she doth not come, and unto the sanctuary she doth not go in, till the fulness of the days of her cleansing.
5 Os bydd yn geni merch, yna bydd yn aflan am bythefnos, fel y mae yn ei misglwyf; bydd yn disgwyl chwech a thrigain o ddyddiau am buro ei gwaed.
5`And if a female she bear, then she hath been unclean two weeks, as in her separation; and sixty and six days she doth abide for the blood of her cleansing.
6 "'Pan fydd dyddiau'r puro am fab neu ferch trosodd, y mae i ddod at yr offeiriad wrth ddrws pabell y cyfarfod gydag oen gwryw yn boethoffrwm a chyw colomen neu durtur yn aberth dros bechod.
6`And in the fulness of the days of her cleansing for son or for daughter she doth bring in a lamb, a son of a year, for a burnt-offering, and a young pigeon or a turtle-dove for a sin-offering, unto the opening of the tent of meeting, unto the priest;
7 Bydd yntau'n eu cyflwyno o flaen yr ARGLWYDD i wneud cymod drosti, ac yna bydd yn l�n oddi wrth ei gwaedlif. Dyma'r ddeddf ynglu375?n � gwraig yn geni mab neu ferch.
7and he hath brought it near before Jehovah, and hath made atonement for her, and she hath been cleansed from the fountain of her blood; this [is] the law of her who is bearing, in regard to a male or to a female.
8 "'Os na all fforddio oen, gall ddod � dwy durtur neu ddau gyw colomen, y naill yn boethoffrwm a'r llall yn aberth dros bechod; bydd yr offeiriad yn gwneud cymod drosti, a bydd yn l�n.'"
8`And if her hand find not the sufficiency of a sheep, then she hath taken two turtle-doves, or two young pigeons, one for a burnt-offering, and one for a sin-offering, and the priest hath made atonement for her, and she hath been cleansed.`
