1And it cometh to pass, after the plague, that Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, and unto Eleazar son of Aaron the priest, saying,
2 "Gwnewch gyfrifiad o holl gynulliad pobl Israel yn �l eu tylwythau, gan restru pawb yn Israel sy'n ugain oed a throsodd, ac yn abl i fynd i ryfel."
2`Take up the sum of all the company of the sons of Israel, from a son of twenty years and upward, by the house of their fathers, every one going out to the host in Israel.`
3 Felly dywedodd Moses ac Eleasar yr offeiriad wrth y bobl yng ngwastadedd Moab, gyferbyn � Jericho ger yr Iorddonen,
3And Moses speaketh — Eleazar the priest also — with them, in the plains of Moab, by Jordan, [near] Jericho, saying,
4 am restru'r rhai oedd yn ugain oed a throsodd, fel yr oedd yr ARGLWYDD wedi gorchymyn i Moses. Dyma'r Israeliaid a ddaeth allan o wlad yr Aifft:
4`From a son of twenty years and upward,` as Jehovah hath commanded Moses and the sons of Israel who are coming out from the land of Egypt.
5 Reuben, cyntafanedig Israel; meibion Reuben: o Hanoch, teulu'r Hanochiaid; o Palu, teulu'r Paluiaid;
5Reuben, first-born of Israel — sons of Reuben: [of] Hanoch [is] the family of the Hanochite; of Pallu the family of the Palluite;
6 o Hesron, teulu'r Hesroniaid; o Carmi, teulu'r Carmiaid.
6of Hezron the family of the Hezronite; of Carmi the family of the Carmite.
7 Dyma gyfanswm teuluoedd y Reubeniaid: pedwar deg tair o filoedd, saith gant a thri deg.
7These [are] families of the Reubenite, and their numbered ones are three and forty thousand and seven hundred and thirty.
8 Mab Palu: Eliab.
8And the son of Pallu [is] Eliab;
9 Meibion Eliab: Nemuel, Dathan ac Abiram. Dyma'r Dathan a'r Abiram a anogodd y cynulliad i ymuno � chwmni Cora i gwyno yn erbyn Moses ac Aaron, ac yn erbyn yr ARGLWYDD;
9and the sons of Eliab [are] Nemuel and Dathan and Abiram; this [is that] Dathan and Abiram, called ones of the company, who have striven against Moses and against Aaron in the company of Korah, in their striving against Jehovah,
10 agorodd y ddaear ei genau a'u llyncu hwy a Cora, a bu farw'r cwmni pan losgwyd dau gant a hanner ohonynt mewn t�n, fel rhybudd.
10and the earth openeth her mouth, and swalloweth them and Korah, in the death of the company, in the fire consuming the two hundred and fifty men, and they become a sign;
11 Er hyn, ni fu farw meibion Cora.
11and the sons of Korah died not.
12 Meibion Simeon yn �l eu teuluoedd: o Nemuel, teulu'r Nemueliaid; o Jamin, teulu'r Jaminiaid; o Jachin, teulu'r Jachiniaid;
12Sons of Simeon by their families: of Nemuel [is] the family of the Nemuelite; of Jamin the family of the Jaminite; of Jachin the family of the Jachinite;
13 o Sera, teulu'r Serahiaid; o Saul, teulu'r Sauliaid.

15Sons of Gad by their families: of Zephon [is] the family of the Zephonite; of Haggi the family of the Haggite; of Shuni the family of the Shunite;

19Sons of Judah [are] Er and Onan; and Er dieth — Onan also — in the land of Canaan.
20 Meibion Jwda yn �l eu teuluoedd oedd: o Sela, teulu'r Selaniaid; o Peres, teulu'r Peresiaid; o Sera, teulu'r Serahiaid.
20And sons of Judah, by their families, are: of Shelah the family of the Shelanite; of Pharez the family of the Pharzite; of Zerah the family of the Zarhite;

23Sons of Issachar by their families; [of] Tola [is] the family of the Tolaite; of Pua the family of the Punite;

25These [are] families of Issachar, by their numbered ones, four and sixty thousand and three hundred.
26 Meibion Sabulon yn �l eu teuluoedd: o Sered, teulu'r Sardiaid; o Elon, teulu'r Eloniaid; o Jahleel, teulu'r Jahleeliaid.
26Sons of Zebulun by their families: of Sered [is] the family of the Sardite; of Elon the family of the Elonite; of Jahleel the family of the Jahleelite.
27 Dyma deuluoedd y Sabuloniaid, cyfanswm o drigain mil a phum cant.
27These [are] families of the Zebulunite by their numbered ones, sixty thousand and five hundred.
28 Meibion Joseff, sef Manasse ac Effraim, yn �l eu teuluoedd:
28Sons of Joseph by their families [are] Manasseh and Ephraim.
29 Meibion Manasse: o Machir, teulu'r Machiriaid; yr oedd Machir yn dad i Gilead; o Gilead, teulu'r Gileadiaid.
29Sons of Manasseh: of Machir [is] the family of the Machirite; and Machir hath begotten Gilead; of Gilead [is] the family of the Gileadite.

33 Nid oedd gan Seloffehad fab Heffer feibion, dim ond merched; enwau merched Seloffehad oedd Mala, Noa, Hogla, Milca a Tirsa.
33And Zelophehad son of Hepher had no sons but daughters, and the names of the daughters of Zelophehad [are] Mahlah, and Noah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Tirzah.
34 Dyma deuluoedd Manasse, cyfanswm o bum deg dwy o filoedd a saith gant.
34These [are] families of Manasseh, and their numbered ones [are] two and fifty thousand and seven hundred.
35 Dyma feibion Effraim yn �l eu teuluoedd: o Suthela, teulu'r Sutheliaid; o Becher, teulu'r Becheriaid; o Tahan, teulu'r Tahaniaid.
35These [are] sons of Ephraim by their families: of Shuthelah [is] the family of the Shuthelhite; of Becher the family of the Bachrite; of Tahan the family of the Tahanite.

36And these [are] sons of Shuthelah: of Eran the family of the Eranite.

37These [are] families of the sons of Ephraim, by their numbered ones, two and thirty thousand and five hundred. These [are] sons of Joseph by their families.
38 Meibion Benjamin yn �l eu teuluoedd: o Bela, teulu'r Belaiaid; o Asbel, teulu'r Asbeliaid; o Ahiram, teulu'r Ahiramiaid;
38Sons of Benjamin by their families: of Bela [is] the family of the Belaite; of Ashbel the family of the Ashbelite; of Ahiram the family of the Ahiramite;
39 o Suffam, teulu'r Suffamiaid; o Huffam, teulu'r Huffamiaid.

42These [are] sons of Dan by their families: of Shuham [is] the family of the Shuhamite; these [are] families of Dan by their families;
43 Cyfanswm holl deuluoedd y Suhamiaid oedd chwe deg pedair o filoedd a phedwar cant.
43all the families of the Shuhamite, by their numbered ones, [are] four and sixty thousand and four hundred.
44 Meibion Aser yn �l eu teuluoedd: o Jimna, teulu'r Jimniaid; o Jesui, teulu'r Jesuiaid; o Bereia, teulu'r Bereiaid.
44Sons of Asher by their families: of Jimna [is] the family of the Jimnite; of Jesui the family of the Jesuite; of Beriah the family of the Beriite.
45 O feibion Bereia: o Heber, teulu'r Heberiaid; o Malciel, teulu'r Malcieliaid.

49of Jezer the family of the Jezerite; of Shillem the family of the Shillemite.

50These [are] families of Naphtali by their families, and their numbered ones [are] five and forty thousand and four hundred.
51 Dyma gyfanswm yr Israeliaid: chwe chant ac un o filoedd saith gant a thri deg.
51These [are] numbered ones of the sons of Israel, six hundred thousand, and a thousand, seven hundred and thirty.
52 Dywedodd yr ARGLWYDD wrth Moses,
52And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,
53 "I'r rhain, yn �l nifer yr enwau, y rhennir y tir yn etifeddiaeth.
53`To these is the land apportioned by inheritance, by the number of names;
54 I'r llwythau mawr rho etifeddiaeth fawr, ac i'r llwythau bychain rho etifeddiaeth fechan; rhanna'r etifeddiaeth i bob llwyth yn �l y nifer sydd ynddo.
54to the many thou dost increase their inheritance, and to the few thou dost diminish their inheritance; [to] each according to his numbered ones is given his inheritance.
55 Yr wyt i rannu'r tir trwy goelbren, ac y maent i etifeddu yn �l enwau llwythau eu hynafiaid.
55`Only by lot is the land apportioned, by the names of the tribes of their fathers they inherit;
56 Rhennir yr etifeddiaeth trwy'r coelbren rhwng y rhai mawr a'r rhai bychain."
56according to the lot is their inheritance apportioned between many and few.`
57 Dyma'r Lefiaid a restrwyd yn �l eu teuluoedd: o Gerson, teulu'r Gersoniaid; o Cohath, teulu'r Cohathiaid; o Merari, teulu'r Merariaid.
57And these [are] numbered ones of the Levite by their families: of Gershon [is] the family of the Gershonite; of Kohath the family of the Kohathite; of Merari the family of the Merarite.
58 Dyma deuluoedd Lefi: y Libniaid, yr Hebroniaid, y Mahliaid, y Musiaid a'r Corahiaid. Yr oedd Cohath yn dad i Amram.
58These [are] families of the Levite: the family of the Libnite, the family of the Hebronite, the family of the Mahlite, the family of the Mushite, the family of the Korathite. And Kohath hath begotten Amram,
59 Enw gwraig Amram oedd Jochebed ferch Lefi, a anwyd iddo yn yr Aifft; ac i Amram fe anwyd ohoni hi Aaron, Moses a'u chwaer Miriam.
59and the name of Amram`s wife is Jochebed, daughter of Levi, whom [one] hath born to Levi in Egypt; and she beareth to Amram Aaron, and Moses, and Miriam their sister.
60 I Aaron fe anwyd Nadab, Abihu, Eleasar ac Ithamar;
60And born to Aaron Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar;
61 ond bu farw Nadab ac Abihu wrth iddynt offrymu t�n halogedig gerbron yr ARGLWYDD.
61and Nadab dieth — Abihu also — in their bringing near strange fire before Jehovah.
62 Rhestrwyd dau ddeg tair o filoedd ohonynt, sef pob gwryw mis oed a throsodd; ni restrwyd hwy ymhlith pobl Israel, oherwydd nid oedd ganddynt hwy etifeddiaeth ymhlith yr Israeliaid.
62And their numbered ones are three and twenty thousand, every male from a son of a month and upwards, for they have not numbered themselves in the midst of the sons of Israel; for an inheritance hath not been given to them in the midst of the sons of Israel.
63 Dyma'r Israeliaid a restrwyd gan Moses ac Eleasar yr offeiriad yng ngwastadedd Moab, gyferbyn � Jericho ger yr Iorddonen.
63These [are] those numbered by Moses and Eleazar the priest, who have numbered the sons of Israel in the plains of Moab, by Jordan, [near] Jericho;
64 Nid oedd ymhlith y rhain yr un o'r Israeliaid a restrwyd gan Moses ac Aaron yr offeiriad yn anialwch Sinai,
64and among these there hath not been a man of those numbered by Moses, and Aaron the priest, who numbered the sons of Israel in the wilderness of Sinai,
65 oherwydd yr oedd yr ARGLWYDD wedi dweud y byddent hwy farw yn yr anialwch. Ni adawyd neb ohonynt, heblaw Caleb fab Jeffunne, a Josua fab Nun.
65for Jehovah said of them, `They do certainly die in the wilderness;` and there hath not been left of them a man save Caleb son of Jephunneh, and Joshua son of Nun.
