1 Rhoddodd Moses a henuriaid Israel orchymyn i'r bobl a dweud: "Cadwch y cwbl yr wyf yn ei orchymyn ichwi heddiw.
1And Moses and the elders of Israel commanded the people, saying, Keep all the commandment which I command you this day.
2 Y diwrnod y byddwch yn croesi'r Iorddonen ac yn dod i'r wlad y mae'r ARGLWYDD eich Duw yn ei rhoi ichwi, codwch feini mawrion a'u plastro � chalch.
2And it shall be on the day when ye pass over the Jordan unto the land which Jehovah thy God giveth thee, that thou shalt set thee up great stones, and plaster them with plaster:
3 Yna ysgrifennwch arnynt holl eiriau'r gyfraith hon, pan fyddwch wedi croesi drosodd i'r wlad y mae'r ARGLWYDD eich Duw yn ei rhoi ichwi, gwlad yn llifeirio o laeth a m�l, fel yr addawodd ARGLWYDD Dduw eich hynafiaid wrthych.
3and thou shalt write upon them all the words of this law, when thou goest over that thou mayest enter into the land which Jehovah thy God giveth thee, a land flowing with milk and honey, as Jehovah the God of thy fathers hath promised thee.
4 Wedi ichwi groesi'r Iorddonen, yr ydych i godi'r meini hyn ym Mynydd Ebal a'u plastro � chalch, fel y gorchmynnais ichwi heddiw.
4And it shall be when ye go over the Jordan, that ye shall set up these stones, as I command you this day, on mount Ebal, and thou shalt plaster them with plaster.
5 Ac yno byddwch yn adeiladu allor i'r ARGLWYDD eich Duw, allor o gerrig heb eu trin ag arf haearn.
5And there shalt thou build an altar to Jehovah thy God, an altar of stones; thou shalt not lift up an iron [tool] upon them;
6 � cherrig cyfain y byddwch yn adeiladu'r allor i'r ARGLWYDD eich Duw, i offrymu arni boethoffrymau.
6of whole stones shalt thou build the altar of Jehovah thy God; and thou shalt offer up burnt-offerings thereon to Jehovah thy God.
7 Yno hefyd yr aberthwch heddoffrymau a'u bwyta'n llawen gerbron yr ARGLWYDD eich Duw.
7And thou shalt sacrifice peace-offerings, and shalt eat there, and rejoice before Jehovah thy God.
8 Ysgrifennwch yn hollol eglur ar y meini holl eiriau'r gyfraith hon."
8And thou shalt write upon the stones all the words of this law very plainly.
9 Dywedodd Moses a'r offeiriaid o Lefiaid wrth Israel gyfan, "Gwrando a chlyw, O Israel: y dydd hwn daethost yn bobl i'r ARGLWYDD dy Dduw;
9And Moses and the priests, the Levites, spoke to all Israel, saying, Be silent and hearken, Israel! this day thou art become the people of Jehovah thy God.
10 yr wyt i wrando ar lais yr ARGLWYDD dy Dduw a chadw ei orchmynion a'i ddeddfau, y rhai yr wyf yn eu gorchymyn iti heddiw."
10And thou shalt hearken unto the voice of Jehovah thy God, and do his commandments and his statutes, which I command thee this day.
11 Rhoddodd Moses orchymyn i'r bobl y dydd hwnnw a dweud:
11And Moses gave commandment to the people the same day, saying,
12 "Pan fyddwch wedi croesi'r Iorddonen, dyma'r rhai sydd i sefyll ar Fynydd Garisim i fendithio'r bobl: Simeon, Lefi, Jwda, Issachar, Joseff a Benjamin.
12These shall stand to bless the people upon mount Gerizim, when ye have gone over the Jordan: Simeon, and Levi, and Judah, and Issachar, and Joseph, and Benjamin.
13 A dyma'r rhai sydd i sefyll ar Fynydd Ebal i felltithio: Reuben, Gad, Aser, Sabulon, Dan a Nafftali."
13And these shall stand upon mount Ebal to curse: Reuben, Gad, and Asher, and Zebulun, Dan, and Naphtali.
14 Bydd y Lefiaid yn cyhoeddi wrth holl bobl Israel � llais uchel:
14And the Levites shall declare and say unto all the men of Israel with a loud voice:
15 "Melltith ar y sawl a wna ddelw gerfiedig neu eilun tawdd, a gosod i fyny'n ddirgel bethau o waith dwylo crefftwr, pethau sy'n ffiaidd gan yr ARGLWYDD." Y mae'r holl bobl i ateb, "Amen."
15Cursed be the man that maketh a graven or molten image, an abomination to Jehovah, a work of the craftsman's hand, and putteth it up secretly! And all the people shall answer and say, Amen.
16 "Melltith ar y sawl sy'n dirmygu ei dad neu ei fam." Y mae'r holl bobl i ddweud, "Amen."
16Cursed be he that slighteth his father or his mother! And all the people shall say, Amen.
17 "Melltith ar y sawl sy'n symud terfyn ei gymydog." Y mae'r holl bobl i ddweud, "Amen."
17Cursed be he that removeth his neighbour's landmark! And all the people shall say, Amen.
18 "Melltith ar y sawl sy'n camarwain y dall." Y mae'r holl bobl i ddweud, "Amen."
18Cursed be he that maketh the blind to wander out of the way! And all the people shall say, Amen.
19 "Melltith ar y sawl sy'n gwyro barn yn erbyn estron, amddifad neu weddw." Y mae'r holl bobl i ddweud, "Amen."
19Cursed be he that perverteth the judgment of the stranger, fatherless, and widow! And all the people shall say, Amen.
20 "Melltith ar y sawl sy'n cael cyfathrach rywiol gyda gwraig i'w dad, oherwydd y mae'n dwyn gwarth ar ei dad." Y mae'r holl bobl i ddweud, "Amen."
20Cursed be he that lieth with his father's wife; for he uncovereth his father's skirt! And all the people shall say, Amen.
21 "Melltith ar y sawl sy'n cael cyfathrach rywiol gydag unrhyw anifail." Y mae'r holl bobl i ddweud, "Amen."
21Cursed be he that lieth with any manner of beast! And all the people shall say, Amen.
22 "Melltith ar y sawl sy'n cael cyfathrach rywiol gyda'i chwaer, prun ai merch i'w dad neu ferch i'w fam yw hi." Y mae'r holl bobl i ddweud, "Amen."
22Cursed be he that lieth with his sister, the daughter of his father, or the daughter of his mother! And all the people shall say, Amen.
23 "Melltith ar y sawl sy'n cael cyfathrach rywiol gyda'i fam-yng-nghyfraith." Y mae'r holl bobl i ddweud, "Amen."
23Cursed be he that lieth with his mother-in-law! And all the people shall say, Amen.
24 "Melltith ar y sawl sy'n ymosod ar rywun arall yn y dirgel." Y mae'r holl bobl i ddweud, "Amen."
24Cursed be he that smiteth his neighbour secretly! And all the people shall say, Amen.
25 "Melltith ar y sawl sy'n derbyn t�l am ladd dyn dieuog." Y mae'r holl bobl i ddweud, "Amen."
25Cursed be he that taketh reward to smite mortally [shedding] innocent blood! And all the people shall say, Amen.
26 "Melltith ar unrhyw un nad yw'n ategu holl eiriau'r gyfraith hon trwy eu cadw." Y mae'r holl bobl i ddweud, "Amen."
26Cursed be he that confirmeth not the words of this law to do them! And all the people shall say, Amen.
