1 Yn awr, dyma'r hyn a ddywed yr ARGLWYDD a'th greodd, Jacob, ac a'th luniodd, Israel: "Paid ag ofni, oherwydd gwaredaf di; galwaf ar dy enw; eiddof fi ydwyt.
1But now thus saith Jehovah, that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel: Fear not, for I have redeemed thee, I have called [thee] by thy name; thou art mine.
2 Pan fyddi'n mynd trwy'r dyfroedd, byddaf gyda thi; a thrwy'r afonydd, ni ruthrant drosot. Pan fyddi'n rhodio trwy'r tn, ni'th ddeifir, a thrwy'r fflamau, ni losgant di.
2When thou passest through the waters, I [will be] with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee; when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned, neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.
3 Oherwydd myfi, yr ARGLWYDD dy Dduw, Sanct Israel, yw dy waredydd; rhof yr Aifft yn iawn trosot, Ethiopia a Seba yn gyfnewid amdanat.
3For I [am] Jehovah thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee.
4 Am dy fod yn werthfawr yn fy ngolwg, yn ogoneddus, a minnau'n dy garu, rhof eraill yn gyfnewid amdanat, a phobloedd am dy einioes.
4Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee; and I will give men for thee, and peoples for thy life.
5 Paid ag ofni; yr wyf fi gyda thi. Dygaf dy had o'r dwyrain, casglaf di o'r gorllewin;
5Fear not, for I [am] with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west;
6 gorchmynnaf i'r gogledd, 'Rho', ac i'r de, 'Paid dal yn l; tyrd 'm meibion o bell, a'm merched o eithafoedd byd
6I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring my sons from afar, and my daughters from the end of the earth,
7 pob un sydd 'm henw arno, ac a greais i'm gogoniant, ac a luniais, ac a wneuthum.'"
7every one that is called by my name, and whom I have created for my glory: I have formed him, yea, I have made him.
8 Dygwch allan y bobl sy'n ddall, er bod llygaid ganddynt, y rhai sy'n fyddar, er bod clustiau ganddynt.
8Bring forth the blind people that have eyes, and the deaf that have ears.
9 Y mae'r holl bobl wedi eu casglu ynghyd, a'r bobloedd wedi eu cynnull. Pwy yn eu plith a fynega hyn, a chyhoeddi i ni y pethau gynt? Gadewch iddynt alw tystion i brofi'r achos, a gwrando, a dyfarnu ei fod yn wir.
9Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the peoples be assembled: who among them declareth this, or causeth us to hear former things? let them bring forth their witnesses, that they may be justified; or let them hear, and say, [It is] truth.
10 "Chwi yw fy nhystion," medd yr ARGLWYDD, "fy ngwas, a etholais er mwyn ichwi gael gwybod, a chredu ynof, a deall mai myfi yw Duw. Nid oedd duw wedi ei greu o'm blaen, ac ni fydd yr un ar fy l.
10Ye are my witnesses, saith Jehovah, and my servant whom I have chosen; that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I [am] HE: before me there was no ùGod formed, neither shall there be after me.
11 Myfi, myfi yw'r ARGLWYDD; nid oes waredydd ond myfi.
11I, I [am] Jehovah; and besides me there is no saviour.
12 Myfi a fu'n mynegi, yn achub ac yn cyhoeddi, pan nad oedd duw dieithr yn eich plith; ac yr ydych chwi'n dystion i mi," medd yr ARGLWYDD, "mai myfi yw Duw.
12It is I that have declared, and have saved, and have shewed, when there was no strange [god] among you; and ye are my witnesses, saith Jehovah, that I [am] ùGod.
13 o'r dydd hwn, myfi yw Duw; ni all neb waredu o'm llaw. Beth bynnag a wnaf, ni all neb ei ddadwneud."
13Yea, since the day was, I [am] HE, and there is none that delivereth out of my hand: I will work, and who shall hinder it?
14 Dyma'r hyn a ddywed yr ARGLWYDD, eich Gwaredydd, Sanct Israel: "Er eich mwyn chwi byddaf yn anfon i Fabilon, ac yn dryllio'r barrau i gyd, a throi cn y Caldeaid yn wylofain.
14Thus saith Jehovah, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: For your sake I have sent to Babylon, and have brought all of them down as fugitives, even the Chaldeans, whose cry is in the ships.
15 Myfi, yr ARGLWYDD, yw eich Sanct; creawdwr Israel yw eich brenin."
15I [am] Jehovah, your Holy One, the Creator of Israel, your King.
16 Dyma'r hyn a ddywed yr ARGLWYDD, a agorodd ffordd yn y mr a llwybr yn y dyfroedd enbyd;
16Thus saith Jehovah, who maketh a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters,
17 a ddug allan gerbyd a march, byddin a dewrion, a hwythau'n gorwedd heb neb i'w codi, yn darfod ac yn diffodd fel llin:
17who bringeth forth chariot and horse, army and power -- they lie down together, they shall not rise; they are extinct, they are quenched as tow:
18 "Peidiwch meddwl am y pethau gynt, peidiwch ag aros gyda'r hen hanes.
18-- Remember not the former things, neither consider the ancient things:
19 Edrychwch, 'rwyf yn gwneud peth newydd; y mae'n tarddu yn awr; oni allwch ei adnabod? Yn wir, 'rwy'n gwneud ffordd yn yr anialwch, ac afonydd yn y diffeithwch.
19behold, I do a new thing; now it shall spring forth: shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, rivers in the waste.
20 Bydd anifeiliaid gwylltion yn fy mawrygu, y bleiddiaid a'r estrys, am imi roi du373?r yn yr anialwch ac afonydd yn y diffeithwch, er mwyn rhoi du373?r i'm pobl, f'etholedig,
20The beast of the field shall glorify me, the jackals and the ostriches; for I will give waters in the wilderness, rivers in the waste, to give drink to my people, my chosen.
21 sef y bobl a luniais i mi fy hun, iddynt fynegi fy nghlod.
21This people have I formed for myself: they shall shew forth my praise.
22 "Jacob, ni elwaist arnaf fi, ond blinaist arnaf, Israel.
22-- But thou hast not called upon me, Jacob; for thou hast been weary of me, O Israel:
23 Ni ddygaist i mi ddafad yn boethoffrwm, na'm hanrhydeddu 'th ebyrth; ni roddais faich bwydoffrwm arnat, na'th flino am arogldarth.
23thou hast not brought me the small cattle of thy burnt-offerings, neither hast thou glorified me with thy sacrifices. I have not caused thee to toil with an oblation, nor wearied thee with incense.
24 Ni phrynaist i mi galamus ag arian, na'm llenwi 'th ebyrth breision; ond rhoddaist dy bechodau yn faich arnaf, blinaist fi 'th gamweddau.
24Thou hast bought me no sweet cane with money, neither hast thou filled me with the fat of thy sacrifices; but thou hast made me to toil with thy sins, thou hast wearied me with thine iniquities.
25 "Myfi, myfi yw Duw, sy'n dileu dy droseddau er fy mwyn fy hun, heb alw i gof dy bechodau.
25-- I, I [am] He that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and I will not remember thy sins.
26 Cyhudda fi, dadleuwn 'n gilydd; gosod dy achos gerbron, iti gael dyfarniad.
26Put me in remembrance, let us plead together; rehearse thine own [cause], that thou mayest be justified.
27 Pechodd dy dad cyntaf, a chododd d'arweinwyr yn f'erbyn,
27Thy first father hath sinned, and thy mediators have rebelled against me.
28 a halogodd dy dywysogion fy nghysegr; felly rhoddais Jacob i'w ddinistrio, ac Israel yn waradwydd."
28And I have profaned the princes of the sanctuary, and have given Jacob to the ban, and Israel to reproaches.
