¹ Seiniodd y pumed angel ei utgorn. Yna gwelais seren wedi syrthio o'r nef i'r ddaear, a rhoddwyd iddi allwedd i bwll y dyfnder.

¹¶ A ka whakatangi te rima o nga anahera, a ka kite ahau i tetahi whetu no te rangi kua taka iho ki te whenua: a ka hoatu ki a ia te ki o te poka torere.

² Agorodd bwll y dyfnder, a chododd mwg o'r pwll fel mwg ffwrnais fawr, a thywyllwyd yr haul a'r awyr gan fwg y pwll.

²A uakina ana e ia te poka torere; a ka puta ake he paoa i te poka, ano he paoa no tetahi kapura nui; a pouri iho te ra me te rangi i te paoa o te poka.

³ o'r mwg daeth locustiaid allan ar y ddaear, a rhoddwyd iddynt allu tebyg i'r gallu sydd gan ysgorpionau'r ddaear.

³A ka puta mai i te paoa he mawhitiwhiti ki runga ki te whenua; i hoatu hoki ki a ratou he kaha, he pera me te kaha o nga kopiona o te whenua.

⁴ Dywedwyd wrthynt am beidio � niweidio na phorfa'r ddaear na'r un planhigyn na choeden, ond yn unig y bobl nad oedd s�l Duw ganddynt ar eu talcennau.

⁴I korerotia hoki ki a ratou kia kaua e kino i a ratou te tarutaru o te whenua, tetahi mea matomato ranei, tetahi rakau ranei; ko nga tangata anake kahore nei te hiri a te Atua i o ratou rae.

⁵ Gorchmynnwyd iddynt beidio �'u lladd, ond eu poenydio am bum mis; a'u poenedigaeth hwy oedd fel poenedigaeth ysgorpion yn brathu rhywun.

⁷ Yn yr olwg arnynt yr oedd y locustiaid yn debyg i geffylau wedi eu paratoi i ryfel. Ar eu pennau yr oedd megis coronau euraid, ac yr oedd eu hwynebau fel wynebau dynol,

⁷Na ko te waihanga o nga mawhitiwhiti rite tonu ki nga hoiho kua oti te whakanoho mo te pakanga: a i runga i o ratou matenga he mea e rite ana ki nga karauna koura, a ko o ratou kanohi ano he kanohi tangata.

⁸ a gwallt ganddynt fel gwallt merched, a'u dannedd fel dannedd llewod.

¹⁴ yn dweud wrth y chweched angel, yr un �'r utgorn ganddo: "Gollwng yn rhydd y pedwar angel sydd wedi eu rhwymo ar lan yr afon fawr, afon Ewffrates."

¹⁵ Rhyddhawyd y pedwar angel, a oedd wedi eu dal yn barod ar gyfer yr awr a'r dydd a'r mis a'r flwyddyn, i ladd traean o'r ddynolryw.

¹⁵Na ka wetekina aua anahera tokowha, kua noho rite noa ake nei mo te haora, me te ra, me te marama, me te tau, e whakamate ai ratou i te wahi tuatoru o nga tangata.

¹⁶ Yr oedd lluoedd eu gwu375?r meirch yn rhifo dau gan miliwn; clywais eu rhif hwy.

¹⁷Ko taku tenei i kite ai i ahau e titiro matakite ana, ko nga hoiho me nga kainoho i runga he pukupuku o ratou, ano he ahi, he hakiniti, he whanariki: na, ko nga upoko o nga hoiho, ano he upoko raiona; e puta mai ana hoki i o ratou mangai he kapu ra, he paoa, he whanariki.

¹⁸ Gan y tri phla hyn fe laddwyd traean o'r ddynolryw, hynny yw, gan y t�n a'r mwg a'r brwmstan oedd yn dod allan o'u safnau.

¹⁸Na enei mate e toru i patu te wahi tuatoru o nga tangata, na te kapura, na te paoa, na te whanariki, i puta mai i o ratou mangai.

¹⁹ Yr oedd gallu'r ceffylau yn eu safnau ac yn eu cynffonnau, oherwydd yr oedd gan eu cynffonnau bennau, fel seirff, ac �'r rhain yr oeddent yn peri niwed.

¹⁹Ko te kaha hoki o nga hoiho kei o ratou mangai, kei o ratou waero: ko o ratou waero koia ano kei te nakahi, he upoko o ratou; ko a ratou mea tukino enei.

²⁰ Ac am y gweddill o'r ddynolryw, nas lladdwyd gan y pl�u hyn, ni bu'n edifar ganddynt am yr hyn a luniodd eu dwylo; ac ni pheidiasant ag addoli'r cythreuliaid a'r delwau aur ac arian a phres a cherrig a phren, pethau na allant na gweld na chlywed na cherdded.

²¹ Ni bu'n edifar ganddynt chwaith am na'u llofruddiaeth na'u dewiniaeth, na'u hanfoesoldeb rhywiol na'u lladrad.

²¹Kahore ano hoki ratou i ripeneta ki a ratou kohuru, ki a ratou mahi makutu, ki a ratou moepuku, ki a ratou tahae.
