1 Dywedodd yr ARGLWYDD wrth Moses,
1Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
2 "Dywed wrth bobl Israel, 'Os bydd unrhyw un o bobl Israel, neu o'r estroniaid sy'n byw yn Israel, yn rhoi un o'i blant i Moloch, rhodder ef i farwolaeth. Y mae pobl y wlad i'w labyddio � cherrig.
2“Moreover, you shall tell the children of Israel, ‘Anyone of the children of Israel, or of the strangers who live as foreigners in Israel, who gives any of his seed to Molech; he shall surely be put to death. The people of the land shall stone him with stones.
3 Byddaf fi yn gosod fy wyneb yn erbyn hwnnw ac yn ei dorri ymaith o blith ei bobl, oherwydd trwy roi ei blant i Moloch gwnaeth fy nghysegr yn aflan a halogi fy enw sanctaidd.
3I also will set my face against that person, and will cut him off from among his people because he has given of his seed to Molech, to defile my sanctuary, and to profane my holy name.
4 Os bydd pobl y wlad yn cau eu llygaid ar hwnnw pan fydd yn rhoi un o'i blant i Moloch, ac yn peidio �'i roi i farwolaeth,
4If the people of the land all hide their eyes from that person, when he gives of his seed to Molech, and don’t put him to death;
5 byddaf yn gosod fy wyneb yn erbyn hwnnw a'i deulu, ac yn ei dorri ymaith o blith ei bobl, a hefyd bawb sy'n ei ddilyn i buteinio ar �l Moloch.
5then I will set my face against that man, and against his family, and will cut him off, and all who play the prostitute after him, to play the prostitute with Molech, from among their people.
6 Byddaf yn gosod fy wyneb yn erbyn y sawl sy'n troi at ddewiniaid a swynwyr i buteinio ar eu holau, a byddaf yn ei dorri ymaith o blith ei bobl.
6“‘The person that turns to those who are mediums, and to the wizards, to play the prostitute after them, I will even set my face against that person, and will cut him off from among his people.
7 Ymgysegrwch a byddwch sanctaidd, oherwydd myfi yw'r ARGLWYDD eich Duw.
7“‘Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be holy; for I am Yahweh your God.
8 Yr ydych i gadw fy neddfau a'u gwneud. Myfi yw'r ARGLWYDD sy'n eich sancteiddio.
8You shall keep my statutes, and do them. I am Yahweh who sanctifies you.
9 "'Os bydd unrhyw un yn melltithio ei dad neu ei fam, y mae i'w roi i farwolaeth. Oherwydd iddo felltithio ei dad neu ei fam, y mae'n gyfrifol am ei waed ei hun.
9“‘For everyone who curses his father or his mother shall surely be put to death: he has cursed his father or his mother; his blood shall be upon him.
10 "'Os bydd unrhyw un yn godinebu gyda gwraig ei gymydog, y mae'r godinebwr a'r odinebwraig i'w rhoi i farwolaeth.
10“‘The man who commits adultery with another man’s wife, even he who commits adultery with his neighbor’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.
11 Os bydd dyn yn gorwedd gyda gwraig ei dad, y mae wedi amharchu ei dad; y mae'r ddau ohonynt i'w rhoi i farwolaeth, ac y maent yn gyfrifol am eu gwaed eu hunain.
11“‘The man who lies with his father’s wife has uncovered his father’s nakedness: both of them shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
12 Os bydd dyn yn gorwedd gyda'i ferch-yng-nghyfraith, y mae'r ddau ohonynt i'w rhoi i farwolaeth; gwnaethant wyrni, ac y maent yn gyfrifol am eu gwaed eu hunain.
12“‘If a man lies with his daughter-in-law, both of them shall surely be put to death: they have committed a perversion; their blood shall be upon them.
13 Os bydd dyn yn gorwedd gyda dyn fel gyda gwraig, y mae'r ddau wedi gwneud ffieidd-dra; y maent i'w rhoi i farwolaeth, ac y maent yn gyfrifol am eu gwaed eu hunain.
13“‘If a man lies with a male, as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
14 Os bydd dyn yn priodi gwraig a'i mam, y mae'n gwneud anlladrwydd. Y mae ef a hwythau i'w llosgi yn y t�n, rhag i anlladrwydd fod yn eich mysg.
14“‘If a man takes a wife and her mother, it is wickedness: they shall be burned with fire, both he and they; that there may be no wickedness among you.
15 Os bydd dyn yn gorwedd gydag anifail, y mae i'w roi i farwolaeth, a rhaid lladd yr anifail.
15“‘If a man lies with an animal, he shall surely be put to death; and you shall kill the animal.
16 Os bydd gwraig yn dynesu at unrhyw anifail i'w rhoi ei hun iddo, y mae'r wraig a'r anifail i'w lladd; y maent i'w rhoi i farwolaeth ac y maent yn gyfrifol am eu gwaed eu hunain.
16“‘If a woman approaches any animal, and lies down with it, you shall kill the woman, and the animal: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
17 Os bydd dyn yn priodi ei chwaer, merch ei dad neu ei fam, ac yn cael cyfathrach rywiol � hi, y mae'n warth. Y maent i'w torri ymaith yng ngu373?ydd plant eu pobl; y mae ef wedi amharchu ei chwaer ac y mae'n gyfrifol am ei drosedd.
17“‘If a man takes his sister, his father’s daughter, or his mother’s daughter, and sees her nakedness, and she sees his nakedness; it is a shameful thing; and they shall be cut off in the sight of the children of their people: he has uncovered his sister’s nakedness; he shall bear his iniquity.
18 Os bydd dyn yn gorwedd gyda gwraig yn ei misglwyf, ac yn cael cyfathrach rywiol gyda hi, y mae wedi dinoethi tarddle ei diferlif gwaed ac y mae hithau wedi ei dinoethi. Y mae'r ddau ohonynt i'w torri ymaith o blith eu pobl.
18“‘If a man lies with a woman having her monthly period, and uncovers her nakedness; he has made naked her fountain, and she has uncovered the fountain of her blood: and both of them shall be cut off from among their people.
19 Nid wyt i gael cyfathrach rywiol gyda chwaer dy fam na chwaer dy dad, gan y byddai hynny'n amharchu perthynas agos; y mae'r ddau'n gyfrifol am eu trosedd.
19“‘You shall not uncover the nakedness of your mother’s sister, nor of your father’s sister; for he has made naked his close relative: they shall bear their iniquity.
20 Os bydd dyn yn gorwedd gyda'i fodryb, y mae'n amharchu ei ewythr; y mae'r ddau'n gyfrifol am eu pechod, a byddant farw'n ddi-blant.
20If a man lies with his uncle’s wife, he has uncovered his uncle’s nakedness: they shall bear their sin; they shall die childless.
21 Os bydd dyn yn priodi gwraig ei frawd, y mae hynny'n aflan; amharchodd ei frawd, a byddant yn ddi-blant.
21“‘If a man takes his brother’s wife, it is an impurity: he has uncovered his brother’s nakedness; they shall be childless.
22 "'Yr ydych i gadw fy holl ddeddfau a'm holl gyfreithiau ac i'w gwneud, rhag i'r wlad, lle'r wyf yn mynd � chwi i fyw, eich chwydu allan.
22“‘You shall therefore keep all my statutes, and all my ordinances, and do them; that the land, where I am bringing you to dwell, may not vomit you out.
23 Nid ydych i ddilyn arferion y cenhedloedd yr wyf yn eu hanfon allan o'ch blaenau; oherwydd iddynt hwy wneud yr holl bethau hyn, ffieiddiais hwy.
23You shall not walk in the customs of the nation, which I am casting out before you: for they did all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.
24 Ond dywedais wrthych chwi, "Byddwch yn etifeddu eu tir; byddaf fi yn ei roi ichwi'n etifeddiaeth, gwlad yn llifeirio o laeth a m�l." Myfi yw'r ARGLWYDD eich Duw, a'ch gosododd chwi ar wah�n i'r bobloedd.
24But I have said to you, “You shall inherit their land, and I will give it to you to possess it, a land flowing with milk and honey.” I am Yahweh your God, who has separated you from the peoples.
25 "'Yr ydych i wahaniaethu rhwng anifeiliaid gl�n ac aflan, a rhwng adar gl�n ac aflan. Nid ydych i'ch halogi eich hunain trwy unrhyw anifail, aderyn, nac unrhyw beth sy'n ymlusgo hyd y ddaear; dyma'r pethau a osodais ar wah�n fel rhai aflan ichwi.
25“‘You shall therefore make a distinction between the clean animal and the unclean, and between the unclean fowl and the clean: and you shall not make yourselves abominable by animal, or by bird, or by anything with which the ground teems, which I have separated from you as unclean for you.
26 Yr ydych i fod yn sanctaidd i mi, oherwydd yr wyf fi, yr ARGLWYDD, yn sanctaidd; yr wyf wedi eich gosod ar wah�n i'r bobloedd, i fod yn eiddo i mi.
26You shall be holy to me: for I, Yahweh, am holy, and have set you apart from the peoples, that you should be mine.
27 "'Y mae unrhyw u373?r neu wraig yn eich plith sy'n ddewin neu'n swynwr i'w roi i farwolaeth; yr ydych i'w llabyddio � cherrig, a byddant hwy'n gyfrifol am eu gwaed eu hunain.'"
27“‘A man or a woman that is a medium, or is a wizard, shall surely be put to death: they shall stone them with stones; their blood shall be upon them.’”
