¹And Jehovah spoke to Moses in the wilderness of Sinai in the tent of meeting, on the first of the second month, in the second year after their departure from the land of Egypt, saying,

⁵And these are the names of the men that shall stand with you: for Reuben, Elizur the son of Shedeur;

⁶for Simeon, Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai;

⁷Kang Juda: Si Naason, ang anak nga lalake ni Aminadab.

⁸for Issachar, Nethaneel the son of Zuar;

⁹for Zebulun, Eliab the son of Helon;

⁹Kang Zabulon: Si Eliab, ang anak nga lalake ni Helon.

¹⁰for the children of Joseph: for Ephraim, Elishama the son of Ammihud; for Manasseh, Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur;

¹¹for Benjamin, Abidan the son of Gideoni;

¹²for Dan, Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai;

¹²Kang Dan: Si Ahiezer, ang anak nga lalake ni Ammisaddai.

¹³for Asher, Pagiel the son of Ocran;

¹³Kang Aser: Si Phegiel, ang anak nga lalake ni Ocran.

¹⁴for Gad, Eliasaph the son of Deuel;

¹⁴Kang Gad: Si Eliasaph, ang anak nga lalake ni Dehuel.

¹⁵for Naphtali, Ahira the son of Enan.

¹⁵Kang Nephtali: Si Ahira, ang anak nga lalake ni Enan.

¹⁶These were those summoned of the assembly, princes of the tribes of their fathers, the heads of the thousands of Israel.

¹⁶Kini sila mao ang mga gitawag sa katilingban, nga mga principe sa mga banay sa ilang mga amahan; sila mao ang pangulo sa mga linibo sa Israel.

¹⁷And Moses and Aaron took these men who are expressed by their names,

¹⁸and gathered the whole assembly together on the first of the second month. And they declared their pedigrees after their families, according to their fathers' houses, by the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, according to their polls.

¹⁹As Jehovah had commanded Moses, so he numbered them in the wilderness of Sinai.

²⁰And the sons of Reuben, Israel's eldest son, their generations, after their families, according to their fathers' houses, by the number of the names, according to their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all that went forth to military service:

³²Sa mga anak ni Jose: sa mga anak ni Ephraim, sa ilang mga kaliwatan, pinaagi sa ilang mga panimaly, pinaagi sa mga balay sa ilang mga amahan, sumala sa gidaghanon sa mga ngalan, sukad sa kaluhaan ka tuig ang panuigon ug ngadto sa itaas, ang tanan nga makamo sa pag-adto sa panggubatan;

³³those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Ephraim, were forty thousand five hundred.

³⁸Sa mga anak ni Dan, sa ilang mga kaliwatan, pinaagi sa ilang mga panimalay, pinaagi sa mga balay sa ilang mga amahan sumala sa gidaghanon sa mga ngalan, sukad sa katloan ka tuig ang panuigon ug ngadto sa itaas, ang tanan nga makahimo sa pag-adto sa panggubatan;

³⁹those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Dan, were sixty-two thousand seven hundred.

⁴⁰Of the sons of Asher: their generations, after their families, according to their fathers' houses, by the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that went forth to military service:

⁴⁰Sa mga anak ni Aser, sa ilang mga kaliwatan, pinaagi sa ilang mga panimalay pinaagi sa mga balay sa ilang mga amahan, sumala sa gidaghanon sa mga ngalan, sukad sa kaluhaan ka tuig ang panuigon ug ngadto sa itaas, ang tanan nga makahimo sa pag-adto sa panggubatan;

⁴¹those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Asher, were forty-one thousand five hundred.

⁴²Of the sons of Naphtali: their generations, after their families, according to their fathers' houses, by the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that went forth to military service:

⁴²Sa mga anak ni Nephtali, sa ilang mga kaliwatan, pinaagi sa ilang mga panimalay, pinaagi sa mga balay sa ilang mga amahan, sumala sa gidaghanon sa mga ngalan, sukad sa kaluhaan ka tuig ang panuigon ug ngadto sa itaas, ang tanan nga makahimo sa pag-adto sa panggubatan;

⁴³those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Naphtali, were fifty-three thousand four hundred.

⁴⁴These are those that were numbered, whom Moses and Aaron numbered, and the princes of Israel, the twelve men: each one was for the house of his fathers.

⁴⁴Kini sila mao ang naisip, nga giisip ni Moises ug ni Aaron, ug ang mga principe sa Israel, nga napulo ug duha, usa sa tagsatagsa ka balay sa ilang mga amahan.

⁴⁵And all those that were numbered of the children of Israel, according to their fathers' houses, from twenty years old and upward, all that went forth to military service in Israel,

⁴⁵Busa, silang tanan nga naisip sa mga anak sa Israel, pinaagi sa mga balay sa ilang mga amahan, sukad sa kaluhaan ka tuig ang panuigon ug ngadto sa itaas, ang tanan nga makahimo sa pag-adto sa panggubatan sa Israel;

⁴⁶all they that were numbered were six hundred and three thousand five hundred and fifty.

⁴⁶Bisan ang tanang mga naisip mikabat sa unom ka gatus ka libo ug tolo ka libo, lima ka gatus ug kalim-an.

⁴⁷But the Levites after the tribe of their fathers were not numbered among them.

⁴⁷Apan ang mga Levihanon wala pag-isipa sa taliwala nila ingon sa banay sa ilang mga amahan.

⁴⁸For Jehovah had spoken to Moses, saying,

⁴⁸Kay misulti si Jehova kang Moises, nga nagaingon:

⁴⁹Only thou shalt not number the tribe of Levi, neither take the sum of them among the children of Israel.

⁴⁹Mao lamang ang banay ni Levi ang dili mo pag-isipon, dili ka usab mag-isip kanila sa taliwala sa mga anak sa Israel;

⁵⁰But thou, appoint the Levites over the tabernacle of testimony, and over all the vessels thereof, and over all things that belong to it: they shall bear the tabernacle, and all its vessels; and they shall serve it, and round about the tabernacle shall they encamp;

⁵⁰Apan itudlo mo ang mga Levihanon sa tabernaculo sa pagpamatuod, ug sa ibabaw sa tanang mga galamiton niini, ug sa ibabaw sa tanang mga butang nga nahatungod niini; pagadad-on nila ang tabernaculo, ug ang tanang mga galamiton niini, ug sila magaalagad niini, ug magapahamutang sila libut sa tabernaculo.

⁵¹and when the tabernacle setteth forward, the Levites shall take it down; and when the tabernacle encampeth, the Levites shall set it up; and the stranger that cometh near shall be put to death.

⁵¹Ug sa diha nga ang tabernaculo pagikanon na, ang mga Levihanon maoy magabungkag niini; ug kong ang tabernaculo pahunongon, ang mga Levihanon magapatukod niini; ug ang dumuloong nga mahiduol niini pagapatyon.

⁵²And the children of Israel shall encamp every man in his camp, and every man by his own standard, according to their hosts;

⁵²Ug ang mga anak sa Israel magapahaluna sa ilang mga balong-balong, ang tagsatagsa ka tawo sa iyang bahin, ug ang tagsatagsa haduol sa iyang kaugalingong bandila sumala sa ilang mga pundok;

⁵³but the Levites shall encamp round about the tabernacle of testimony, that there come not wrath upon the assembly of the children of Israel; and the Levites shall keep the charge of the tabernacle of testimony.

⁵³Apan ang mga Levihanon magapahaluna libut sa tabernaculo sa pagpamatuod, aron walay kaligutgut sa ibabaw sa katilingban sa mga anak sa Israel: ug ang mga Levihanon maoy magabantay sa sugo sa tabernaculo sa pagpamatuod.

⁵⁴And the children of Israel did so; according to all that Jehovah had commanded Moses, so did they.

⁵⁴Sa ingon niana gibuhat sa mga anak sa Israel sumala sa tanang mga butang nga gisugo ni Jehova kang Moises: mao nga kini ilang gibuhat.
