1And the Spirit lifted me up, and brought me unto the east gate of Jehovah's house, which looketh eastward; and behold, at the door of the gate were five and twenty men; and I saw in the midst of them Jaazaniah the son of Azzur, and Pelatiah the son of Benaiah, princes of the people.
1 Yna cododd yr ysbryd fi a mynd � mi at borth y dwyrain i du375?'r ARGLWYDD, sef yr un sy'n wynebu tua'r dwyrain. Ac yno wrth ddrws y porth yr oedd pump ar hugain o ddynion, a gwelais yn eu mysg Jaasaneia fab Assur a Pelateia fab Benaia, arweinwyr y bobl.
2And he said unto me, Son of man, these are the men that devise iniquity, and give wicked counsel in this city:
2 Dywedodd yr ARGLWYDD wrthyf, "Fab dyn, dyma'r dynion sy'n cynllwyn drygioni ac yn rhoi cyngor drwg yn y ddinas hon,
3who say, It is not the time to build houses: this is the cauldron, and we are the flesh.
3 ac yn dweud, 'Nid yw'n amser eto i adeiladu tai; y ddinas yw'r crochan, a ninnau yw'r cig.'
4Therefore prophesy against them, prophesy, son of man.
4 Felly, proffwyda yn eu herbyn; proffwyda, fab dyn."
5And the Spirit of Jehovah fell on me, and said unto me, Speak, Thus saith Jehovah: Thus have ye said, O house of Israel; and the things that come into your mind, I know them.
5 Daeth ysbryd yr ARGLWYDD arnaf a dweud wrthyf, "Dywed, 'Fel hyn y dywed yr ARGLWYDD: Dyma fel y llefarwch, du375? Israel; fe wn i beth sy'n dod i'ch meddyliau.
6Ye have multiplied your slain in this city, and ye have filled the streets thereof with the slain.
6 Yr ydych wedi lladd llawer yn y ddinas hon, ac wedi llenwi ei strydoedd � meirwon.
7Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Your slain whom ye have laid in the midst of it, they are the flesh, and it is the cauldron; but you will I bring forth out of the midst of it.
7 Felly, fel hyn y dywed yr Arglwydd DDUW: Y cyrff a roesoch yn ei chanol yw'r cig, a'r ddinas yw'r crochan, ond fe'ch gyrraf allan ohoni.
8Ye have feared the sword, and I will bring a sword upon you, saith the Lord Jehovah.
8 Yr ydych yn ofni cleddyf, ond cleddyf a ddygaf arnoch, medd yr Arglwydd DDUW.
9And I will bring you out of the midst of it, and give you into the hands of strangers, and will execute judgments among you.
9 Fe'ch gyrraf allan ohoni a'ch rhoi yn nwylo estroniaid, a gwnaf farn � chwi.
10Ye shall fall by the sword; I will judge you in the borders of Israel; and ye shall know that I [am] Jehovah.
10 Fe syrthiwch drwy'r cleddyf, ac fe'ch barnaf ar derfynau Israel; yna cewch wybod mai myfi yw'r ARGLWYDD.
11This shall not be your cauldron, neither shall ye be the flesh in the midst of it: I will judge you in the borders of Israel;
11 Nid y ddinas hon fydd y crochan i chwi, ac nid chwi fydd y cig o'i fewn; ond ar derfynau Israel y barnaf chwi.
12and ye shall know that I [am] Jehovah, in whose statutes ye have not walked, neither have done mine ordinances, but have done after the ordinances of the nations that are round about you.
12 Cewch wybod mai myfi yw'r ARGLWYDD; ni fuoch yn dilyn fy neddfau nac yn ufuddhau i'm barnau, ond yn gwneud yn �l barnau'r cenhedloedd sydd o'ch amgylch.'"
13And it came to pass, when I prophesied, that Pelatiah the son of Benaiah died. And I fell down on my face, and cried with a loud voice, and said, Ah, Lord Jehovah! wilt thou make a full end of the remnant of Israel?
13 Ac fel yr oeddwn yn proffwydo, bu farw Pelateia fab Benaia. Syrthiais ar fy wyneb a gweiddi � llais uchel a dweud, "Och! Fy Arglwydd DDUW, a wyt am wneud diwedd llwyr ar weddill Israel?"
14And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,
14 Daeth gair yr ARGLWYDD ataf a dweud,
15Son of man, [it is] thy brethren, thy brethren, the men of thy kindred, and all the house of Israel, the whole of it, unto whom the inhabitants of Jerusalem say, Get you far from Jehovah: unto us is this land given for a possession.
15 "Fab dyn, am dy dylwyth � tylwyth o'r un gwaed � thi, a holl du375? Israel � y mae trigolion Jerwsalem yn dweud, 'Y maent hwy yn bell oddi wrth yr ARGLWYDD; i ni y rhoddwyd y tir yn etifeddiaeth.'
16Therefore say, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Although I have removed them far off among the nations, and although I have scattered them among the countries, yet will I be to them as a little sanctuary in the countries whither they are come.
16 Felly dywed, 'Fel hyn y dywed yr Arglwydd DDUW: Er imi eu hanfon ymhell i blith y cenhedloedd, a'u gwasgaru trwy'r gwledydd, eto am ychydig b�m yn gysegr iddynt yn y gwledydd lle maent.'
17Therefore say, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: I will even gather you from the peoples, and assemble you out of the countries where ye are scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel.
17 Felly dywed, 'Fel hyn y dywed yr Arglwydd DDUW: Fe'ch casglaf o blith y bobloedd, a'ch dwyn ynghyd o'r gwledydd lle gwasgarwyd chwi, a rhoddaf ichwi dir Israel.'
18And they shall come thither, and they shall take away from thence all its detestable things and all its abominations.
18 Pan dd�nt yno, fe fwriant allan ohoni ei holl bethau atgas a ffiaidd.
19And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take away the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them a heart of flesh;
19 Rhoddaf iddynt galon unplyg, ac ysbryd newydd ynddynt; tynnaf ohonynt y galon garreg, a rhoi iddynt galon gig.
20that they may walk in my statutes, and keep mine ordinances, and do them; and they shall be my people, and I will be their God.
20 Yna byddant yn dilyn fy neddfau ac yn gofalu cadw fy marnau; byddant yn bobl i mi, a byddaf finnau yn Dduw iddynt hwy.
21But as for them whose heart walketh well-pleased with their detestable things and their abominations, I will recompense their way upon their heads, saith the Lord Jehovah.
21 Ond am y rhai sydd �'u calon yn dilyn pethau atgas a ffiaidd, rhoddaf d�l iddynt am hynny, medd yr Arglwydd DDUW."
22And the cherubim lifted up their wings, and the wheels were beside them; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them above.
22 Yna cododd y cerwbiaid eu hadenydd, gyda'r olwynion wrth eu hochrau; ac yr oedd gogoniant Duw Israel uwch eu pennau.
23And the glory of Jehovah went up from the midst of the city, and stood upon the mountain which is on the east side of the city.
23 Cododd gogoniant yr ARGLWYDD o fod dros ganol y ddinas, ac arhosodd dros y mynydd sydd i'r dwyrain ohoni.
24And the Spirit lifted me up, and brought me in the vision by the Spirit of God into Chaldea, to them of the captivity; and the vision that I had seen went up from me.
24 Cododd yr ysbryd fi a mynd � mi at y gaethglud ym Mabilon mewn gweledigaeth trwy ysbryd Duw. Yna aeth y weledigaeth a gefais oddi wrthyf,
25And I spoke unto them of the captivity all the things that Jehovah had shewn me.
25 a dywedais wrth y caethgludion y cyfan a ddangosodd yr ARGLWYDD imi.
